• Damian (10/5): - Apartament w spokojnej dzielnicy Berlina, dobrze skomunikowany z centrum miasta ok 30min pociągiem. Apartament był dobrze wyposażony, a właściciel bardzo pomocny i gościnny. Dwie wygodne sypialnie ,salon z aneksem kuchennym i miejsce parkingowe to atuty tego miejsca.
• Thomas (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung am Rand von Berlin mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Verkehrsanbindung! - Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die zwei Badezimmer waren für uns 5 Personen (Eltern + 2 Söhne + Schwiegertochter) sehr vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit der S-Bahn war perfekt. Ca. 10 min. Fußweg bis zur Bahnstation und dann ca. 30 min. ins Zentrum von Berlin. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über einen Schlüsselsafe. Kommunikation per Whatsapp mit dem Vermieter ebenfalls problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen! Nichts! Alles war für uns perfekt!

• Baum (10/5): - Wir waren als Gruppe von 5 Freundinnen von Montag bis Freitag für einen Städtetrip dort. Durch die Anbindung an die S7 war für uns alles ohne Probleme erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Noch nie zuvor hatten wir auf einer Schlafcouch einen extra Auflieger. Die Freundin die dort geschlafen hat, sagte sie schlief wie auf Wolken. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. In den Bädern ist Platz für alles was Frau so mitnimmt. Auch die Kleiderschränke bieten für alles ausreichend Platz. Der Vermieter war bei der Ankunft und jedem aufeinandertreffen sehr freundlich. Unser Highlight waren Fridolin und Frieda, die beide Eichhörnchen die jeden Morgen in den Bäumen fangen gespielt haben. Wenn wir wieder einen Trip nach Berlin machen, dann ist die Wohnung unsere erste Wahl.

• DVZorroBE (9/5): Zeer proper, volledig uitgerust vakantieappartement - Mooi, recent appartement in een rustige buurt omringd door groen. Dicht bij de S-Bahn (Metro) die je in een 25min naar het hartje van Berlijn brengt. Uitrusting en properheid van het verblijf is uitstekend. De 2 badkamers is een mooie plus voor reizen met vrienden zodat elk zijn toilet en douche heeft. Gereserveerde parkeerplaats voor 1 auto bij het huis, indien aanwezig met meerdere wagens, kan er langs de straat gratis geparkeerd worden. De groene kamer is wat kleiner dan je zou vermoeden op de foto's, maar toch vind ik dat geen probleem.
• Pia (8/5): - Schöne große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. 2 Bäder und 2 Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die S-Bahn erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20min.

• Gediz (10/5): We felt like at home - The flat is ideal for groups with a plenty of spaces for everyone. There is a very well equipped kitchen and you may find very well designed rooms. We slept on very comfortable beds. Two bathrooms are bonus. The area is safe and there is a private parking place for car. During our accomodation we were in awe and we felt ourselves at our own home. There was nothing negative. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and close to supermarket and train station to get into the city. Good value for money, much cheaper than staying in the city centre but the centre of Berlin is still easily accessible using public transport. No mirrors in bedrooms. If you want to experience the Berlin nightlife then a more central location might be more suitable.

Note that there's no A/C so in summer it could get hot I guess.

We spent 3 weeks there happily over Xmas / NY and the hosts made our festive season very special with a lovely Xmas tree and kind gifts. Thanks so much Rudiger and Petra. Nothing. It is about 30 mins to centre of Berlin but that was fine for us.

• Vladimír (10/5): Very nice apartment - Very nice apartment in a house on quiet street. Rooms vere clean, tidy and generously fubrished. Very well equipped kitchen, there were all the instruments we needed to cook some food. Apartment has two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and quite large living room (comfy sofa) with kitchen. Apartment is pretty far from city centre, but there is bus stop right behind corner (3min walking). Train station with direct connection to city centre (S7) is 10min walking distance from apartment. Communication with owner was good and fast. Highly recommended. Nothing.
