The apartment is perfectly located—very central and close to everything, restaurants, 24/7 markets, landmarks, making it easy to explore the city. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated that they arranged two baby cots and a high chair free of charge—such a thoughtful and generous touch that made traveling with children so much easier. We would definitely return 100% and highly recommend this place to other families visiting Prague!

God beliggenhed ift broerne og offentlig transport. Desuden var lejligheden dejlig varm og rigtig fin for en lille familie:) Der var lange sorte hår i sengen under puderne, håndtag på skabslågerne i køkkenet var klistrede - og lågerne i køkkenet kunne godt bruge en ren klud. Opvaskemaskinen vaskede ikke rent grundet manglende salt og afspænding.

Sécurité assurée par les serrures et coffre pour les plus craintifs. Le "petit geste" en plus, nous avoir installé un arbre de Noël, est topissime. Le ménage en mlieu de semaine est un plus. Personnel très disponible et agréable sur place. Un spa ou sauna, même collectif, serait extra.

- khalid (3/5): Don't make the same mistake. - Location and size of the apartment There's a daily disturbance outside the bedroom window. Even though you're a tourist expecting rest and a good sleep, you won't find that in the apartment. There are no keys to the rooms or bathrooms. The furniture is old and bad condition All the air conditioning they was turned off in October, even though it was included in the booking details. The windows are not soundproof.I recorded a video of the daily annoyances I was experiencing, but Booking only posts pictures. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment

Nette Kommunikation mit den Servicemitarbeitern. Tolles, herrschaftliches Treppenhaus. WLAN sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder Die Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus waren aufgrund der großen räumlichen Nähe (gemeinsamer Lichtschacht) im Urlaub morgens unangenehm. Es war ab spätestens 7,30 sehr laut, roch stark nach Nikotin, Fenster musste im SZ streng geschlossen bleiben. Aber irgendwann sind die Bauarbeiten beendet!

- Ghadir (3/5): - אהבתי את המיקום של הדירה, קרוב להרבה אטרקציות, שכונה שקטה. מיטה נוחה. דירה מרווחת. הסדין מלוכלך (היה עליו דם.)...ומאוד נגעלנו. שלחתי תמונה לצוות ואחרי יום באו להחליף ללא שום פיצוי. זה היה ממש לא נעים במיוחד שהייתי עם הילדים שלנו בני שנתיים ו 5 חודשים. מבחינת נקיון לא הרגשתי שהדירה נקייה.. ועדיף להשאיר מטטא במיוחד לאנשים ששוהים הרבה זמן. אנחני הינו 6 ימים .. וכן היה אבק ולכלוך על הרצפה שלא ידענו איך לנקות.. בנוסף לכך השולחנות מאוד מסוכנות למשפחה עם ילדים זווית חדה ..

Highly recommended! - The location was very central : right between the Charles Bridge and the Castle side of town, and roughly equal distance to center of Old Town. I felt like everything was an 8-16 min walk. Some small things to note : they don't supply wash cloths, so you may want to bring your own. We moved the kitchen paper towels into the bathroom to use aa hand towels. Also only 1 towel each for 5 days. Perhaps we could have asked for more, but we were fine. A/C ran great. Secured building Wanted to use the all in one w/d to spin and dry jeans after getting caught in a rain storm, but could not figure that thing out, LOL. Just 2 nespresso pods provided. Definitely more tea bags. Maybe bring your own? King sized bed , two twin duvets. These are just a few nuances. I still rank 5 Stars, and would stay here again. Highly recommend! See above. Oh, and no full mirror. Lights could be brighter in bathroom for makeup application.
- Gail (10/5): A fabulous apartment! - Such a terrific apartment! It exceeded our expectations. As other people have noted, it is perfectly located to access all the things you want to see on both sides of the river and beyond (being very close to major transit lines) but is also super quiet. The apartment is very spacious and, even more importantly, it has great internal doors so, for example, if someone is sleeping in the bedroom, others can be in the living room or kitchen and the sound will not disturb the sleeper. The shower is great. There is also plenty of natural light, a great AC unit (we didn't have to try using the heating). There are some wonderful cafes and restaurants within just a couple of blocks. It was really nice to have the host office right on site - we didn't run into any problems, but it was nice to know they were there if we did. Check-in was super easy and pleasant. Wifi worked great.

We loved the high ceilings and big windows. The place had great natural light and good ventilation. The kitchen was well stocked and we easily prepared light meals during our stay. The elevator worked well - as did the key card for locking unlocking the apartment. The building was secure and well maintained. The view from our bedroom was awful , thankfully there were sheer curtains that covered the windows. There was also a huge drain pipe outside the bedroom window not only was it an eyesore when it rained, the dripping noise was irritating. We requested to view another apartment while we were there just to see if there would be a better option of which apartment to book for a return visit - the response was unsatisfactory - we were just sent links of pictures to view other apartments and was told that we would not be able to book a particular apartment just a 'class' of an apartment.

We will definitely come back! - The location was great, near to the all objectives important from Prague to visit (in the old city center) and the apartment correspond to the one on the internet. Close to many restaurants, supermarkets and mall! The sofa bed for the kids was not so great.

Walking distance from all sights of interest. Perfect. The bedroom (apt. 22) was a bit dark. Better, stronger lighting can improve the situation.

- Arianna (10/5): "Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable.” - Excellent location within a 10–30 minute walk to the city's most important landmarks. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars, with a Tesco grocery store just two blocks away. Convenient tram stops are also right around the corner. The apartment itself was very spacious—perfect for our family of five, including three teenagers, with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the washer added great convenience. The shuttle service upon arrival was a nice touch, and while return service to the airport isn’t included, they can easily arrange it for you. The chat support is available 24/7 and responds quickly, making our stay even smoother. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back! We found everything to be just what we needed!

Bad smell from the sink, black purple from the banuo .the flat in the ground floor near of elevator and the garbage door so it's not quite apartment and you can hear everyone enter the building and everyone who is going to throw the garbage.

- Hisamaro (9/5): Superb - Kitchen utility is highly recommended: a lot of cookwares including cheese cutter, glass bat, etc. I enjoyed cooking after I buy some foods in billa supermarket in quadrio mall. Location is excellent; I also enjoyed many popular cafe, restaurant, and hospoda near the hotel. Nardoni street is well-lit with good security. You can also walk to old town or Prague castle. Bath tab is also nice. I walked a lot and rest them in the bath with beer bath salt. If I had to point something out, there was the odor from the plumbing in the kitchen. Comforter was a bit small for me.
