• Iva Tušaj (9/5): - Skvelá poloha-blízko do centra pešo (cca 25min), blízko zastávky. Prekrásny park Stromovka na pár krokov od apartmánu. Free parking - v súkromnom nádvorí. Tesný prechod, nie je to pre široké autá, ale my sme vkľude prešli. Ubytovanie hneď na prízemí- vstup priamo z ulice- vôbec nerušilo, nebol hluk. Ubytovanie priestranné, čisté, rozťahovací gauč (deti sa vyspali do ružova), 3 vyhrevné elektrické radiátory za veľmi krátky čas vyhriali celý apartmán napriek vysokým stropom (ubytovaní sme boli prvý marcový týždeň- večery a noci ešte chladné), vybavená kuchynka. Rýchla,jasná, príjemná komunikácia. Za nás aj nabudúce ☺️

• Cristina (9/5): our stay in Prague - comfortable, clean and spacious location heated apartment and quite good position of the property good communication with host - bathroom might use a heater / anything similar - during winter it gets cold there - city tax collection separately from the tax collected by booking and also not having been mentioned anywhere - this is something I truly believe should be mentioned in the notes section of the property, it is not fair to let tourists know about this 1 day before arriving just because it is imposed by the city. it doesn't matter if it's imposed to be collected separately, your tourists need to know in advance about this by having it mentioned somewhere, I have downgraded my vote because of this

• guzelkzn (9/5): - The communication with the host was great. She gave a parking recommendation before the check-in, 3 minutes of driving away. Good location, the tram stop was close, we walked once from the city centre (20-25 minutes). All necessities were there. The parking was challenging but it was mentioned in advance. I was confused by the key boxes, I was checking the wrong ones so it took time to get in. I would say there was a humidity smell, dusty floor corners, some mold. Anyway for the price and one night stay I found it pretty good.

• Tomas (7/5): - Komunikace s majitelem. Parkovani auta ve dvoře Neprůhledná okna ve všech místnostech. Z obývacího pokoje vedou na ulici a z ložnice do vnitřní chodby domu.
• Jitka (7/5): Ubytování bylo blízko Technického muzea a Sparty. Vchod byl přímo z ulice do obýváku bez chodbičky, ale na pár dní asi v - Vše nachystané a uklizené. Klidná lokalita, bez nočního hluku. U postele byla i prodlužovačka s USB připojením. Kuchyň vybavená toho nejnutnějšího včetně topinkovače. Chladněji na wc i sprše. Byli jsme s dětmi a sedací souprava v obýváku se neustále rozjížděla, bohužel s tím má tento typ sedačky problém, tak jsme zapřeli proti posouvání. Pro děti ok, ale pro dospělého asi nepohodlné. V bytě byla cítit staroba, ale to asi v tomto typu bytu je normální.

• Radomír (8/5): - Vjezd na parkování je opravdu velmi úzký. Mám VW Touran a bylo to na centimetry.
• Halina (7/5): Moderný, príjemný apartmán v blízkosti MHD, parku ... PARKOVANIE NEODPORÚČAM!!! - Skvelá poloha v blízkosti mestskej dopravy. Cca 300m od Stromovky, kde sa dá super zabehať, poprechádzať (do ZOO cez park za 20minút..). Pohodlné matrace, moderné vybavenie, postačujúce pre dvoch, prípadne s dieťaťom. Parkovacie miesto by som ponúkala len pre vyslovene malé autá ako možné plus a upozornila,že bežné auto bude mať určite problém! Keby sme vedeli vopred o aké park.miesto sa jedná, určite by sme ho nevyužili (keď som vyslovene hľadala, tak som našla, že je uvedené, že do 180cm auto vojde..) Vetranie je možné len cez predné okno alebo dvere do ulice s tým,že strážite,či niekto nepríde n nevítanú návštevu. Osvetlenie slabé, pocit ako v pivnici.

Deși proprietatea dispune de parcare,nu se poate întra decât cu o mașină de dimensiuni mici,a trebuit sa plătim 25 euro pentru o parcare de 24 ore în fața proprietății. • Rafał (5/5): Passable but not recommend for people with cars for 2+2 families - Localisation Confusion related to parking. it’s only when already booked you get to know the parking spot is for narrow cars - this made the whole stay almost 50% more expensive

Free parking spot in the back (for a small car). We would stay there again. We stayed there during the Summer and unfortunately they didn’t have Air conditioning or a fan. A fan would have been helpful as it was a hot day in Prague.

• Gopikannan (7/5): Good - Owner is good and co operative. They are very reachable on phone. Promptly responded to the query messages. We broke the main door key while removing it from the door and owner was quickly responded and replaced with extra key within 15min. Please take care that the key is quite long and while removing from the lock small stucking also will easily break the key due to long size of the key. City can be easily reached by walk from this place and even if you use Bolt cab services its very cheap for short distance travels with family. We loved the place. The room heaters were also functioning good. It has free parking but only for small cars not suitable morethan 1.8m width cars. The bathroom is attached with the bedroom, so if the people stays in hall wants to use the bathroom, every time they need to go thro bedroom. So disturbing to the bedroom staying people. The bed in the bedroom is very small, not sufficient for two people. No extra bed or no extra mattress available. Parking: its not very clearly indicated that the parking door opening is only 1.8m width. So cars width morethan 1.8m can not go and you need to either use street parking or the underground parking near the property. Parking is costly in Prag city, around 17 to 24 euros per 24hrs near by this location.

• Vilma (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a good location it's a walk away from everything that you need to see in beautiful Prague. The apartment was clean and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to check in and check out 😉 The parking is free, BUT only if you have a very small car. If you have a bigger vehicle, you'll have to pay for the parking (if you have good luck to find one outside nearby 😬). It was not cheap to park!

• Vitalii (9/5): Very good overnight staying- break after the 1st day driving for driving the car further - The location was very good. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the central part of Prague. The access to parking place was pretty tight through the gate but I managed it.

The apartment is nicely decorated, has everything you need and is extremely clean. With the owner excellent communication. I will recommend this apartment to my friends.
• Timea (10/5): Lovely apartman for a good price - The old City center and the Castle are within walking distance(if you like long walks), the parkhouse ca. 500m, safe and for a reasonable price. You can leave your car there (Garage Letná) for more days without moving it. We didn't use the apartman's private parking, as the gate is extremely narrow (old building stuff) and only really small cars (either old or small like a Yaris) can get through it. Info about this came immediately after booking, so no surprise on arrival. The tram station is also near. Great apartman with nice ambient and a fully equiped kitchen. The owner is nice, easy and fast communication with her.

Don't know if we were the problem or something's not working properly. But anyway it wasn't that bad even without the heating during the night.
