• Christophe (8/5): Great stay. Would repeat it.. - Very nice with a lot of space and really liked the location. Great location close to everything. Internet connection was not that good. Weak signal at some places in the apartment
• Reut (1/5): Horrible - Nothing 0/10 - Avoid this place We booked Selinor Apartments for 4 nights for a family birthday trip to Prague and had to leave immediately after check-in. The apartment was in shocking condition - the sofa and carpet had an unbearable smell that filled the entire apartment, there wasn’t enough bedding for our group, and the place didn’t feel safe or properly secured. When we raised the issues with reception, the staff were dismissive. The only ‘solutions’ offered were a quick cleaning (which obviously couldn’t fix smells absorbed deep into the furniture) or moving us to another apartment - for an additional charge. The alternative apartment also didn’t look acceptable. We had no choice but to check out and find somewhere else to stay on short notice. Despite leaving the same day due to the unlivable condition of the apartment, we were charged in full and management refused any refund. I have video documentation of all the issues. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

• Voigt (10/5): Ein wunderschönes Apartement mitten im Stadtzentrum. - Das Apartment hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht von allen Schlafzimmern. Zudem ist der Balkon eine große Bereicherung gewesen. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Stadtzentrum gelegen und somit ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich während dem Aufenthalt auch nach dem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte verbessert werden. Hier wäre ein scharfes Messer und andere Utensilien zum Kochen angebracht. Außerdem waren einige Schränke von vorherigen Mietern beschädigt, dies hat jedoch nicht sonderlich gestört.

• Jeffrey (5/5): Abgesehen von den Ameisen und der Baustelle würde ich immer wieder buchen - Top Lage und an sich eine sehr gute große Wohnung Rollos an den Fenstern konnte man nicht schließen Ameisen im Badezimmer Leider war in dem Appartement unter uns eine Baustelle. • Tobias (9/5): - Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Sehr gut gelegen und fast alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder wenn wir noch mal nach Prag fahren. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, ist die Parksituation. Grundsätzlich gut gelöst, im Palladium Einkaufszentrum ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung. Für 3 Nächte 122€ und die Karte die wir an der Rezeption bekommen haben funktionierte weder bei der einfährt noch bei der Ausfahrt was dann zu Wartezeiten vor der Schranke geführt hat bis die Situation geklärt wurde.

Buvo net 2 kavos aparatai, tik gaila, kad nebuvo kavos pupelių ar kapsulių nors keliems puodeliams :( O apsistojus neilgam laikui, nepirksi juk viso kilogramo pupelių... Brangokas parkavimas. Užsakant rašo, kad parkingui būtina turėti grynųjų. Bet jų nereikia, atsiskaitėme kortele. (už išsigryninimą sumokėjau didelius mokesčius, o grynųjų nereikėjo)

• Daniel (10/5): Great place in the great location! - The place was different to the pictures, but it was actually a quite luxurious upgrade, with chandeliers and high quality furniture. I was surprised that the building had an elevator. The construction work in the building meant it was a bit dusty on the stairs and noisy in the morning.

• Ondrej (2/5): Very poor - 1. The host is a large apartment operator. We carefully chose the apartment based on the pictures/description yet ended up getting another apartment. 2. Unfortunately, it was an attic apartment with non of the bedroom windows functioning (broken skylight windows). Nobody bothered to give us the apartment that we booked nor fix the windows problem. 3. We asked for additional bed linens to accommodate our group to find out that a cleaner made the additional bed while we were not present in the apartment (with all the belongings inside). 4. We reported a left-behind hand-bag which we detailed exactly where it was. The obvious answer was that the cleaner "did not find anything".
• Jason (5/5): Keep looking! Unit 12, Stupartska 9 isn't worth it. - The location is good AND bad. In warm months you'll have to keep the windows open in this unit (penthouse #12) because there is no air conditioning. This building location was good because it's close to the main old town square but the unit is super noisy most of the night with people partying in the streets until 3-4 am. Don't expect to sleep much. The staff were good with communications prior to our arrival and were helpful at check in. We had to inform the property that we were a group of four men (in our 50s) so they could "put us in a building with other party groups". If I didn't inform them of our group makeup, they say that they could cancel the reservation when they found out upon our arrival. I made it very clear in advance that we were not there to party. Even so, we were definitely put in a building that had other partying groups. The building was very noisy (the noise carries from the 1st to 5th floor) and we could hear the other loud groups come back between midnight and 3:00 a.m. Very annoying. One window leading to the tiny "patio" was broken and temporarily fixed with a clear plastic sheet. Very unsecure. We were told not to worry about it because Prague is very safe (so...how was the glass broken???). The views of old town are nice from the unit but you likely wouldn't sit on the patio because it's very small and it overlooks the garbage dumpsters. One reason I selected this place was that there were four beds. When we got to the unit only two beds were made up with sheets. I informed the management that the other two beds weren't made and was told they only provide bedding for four people, meaning that we would need to sleep two men to a bed while two beds remained vacant. They refused to make up the other two beds. This fact is not fake! Truly ridiculous. After a terrible sleep because of the noise inside and out of the building, we woke up to loud renovations in the suite next to us which started at 7:30. The only toiletry provided was liquid hand soap in one of the two bathrooms. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom with the shower. There was a coffee and espresso machine but no coffee grounds or coffee pods provided. The TV only worked if you stood right beside it (I'm not kidding...and I can't explain it). There were too many issues with this place which is why I've given the bad review.

• Satu (7/5): Family Finland - Excellent location. Clean and warm apartment. It would have been nice to know in advance, that there was a lift renovation at the moment. Apartment was in the 5th floor. Kettle didn't work propely, toilet lid covers were broken. Not enough toilet paper, refrigerator door compartment was broken.

• Isabell (4/5): Disappointing - The size of the apartment was really good. Also the view from the windows. It was central and easy to find. Before we arrived i asked for check-in time by phone. One of the reptionists told me, our room is ready at 14 o' clock. We went to the reception and took the keys (it was 14:45). The receptionist had a look in the computer and told us again,everything is ready. So we went to our room. I was opening the door and the cleaning service was still in the room. A conversation wasn't possible. I called the reception to solve the problem. We were wainting till half past 3. The offer was to check-out at 12 o'clock, but this was no option for me because of my flight. The apartment wasn't clean as well. The oven was really dirty. Also the bathroom and the floor. A lot of items like maschines in the kitchen and some windows were broken and unusable.

• Polona (5/5): Passable - The apartment has 2 separate bedroms and a living room with 2 more beds. The views from the apartment are astonishing. The location is superb. There are over 120 stairs to reach the apartment and the elevator was not working despite the instructions given at the reception to use it. There were ants coming in the kitchen where we left an opened box with cookies. The bath pipe was not fixed. The heating was not efficient in the first days of stay. The response rate via e- mail was very long, we needed to phone to the reception.
