• Izabela (3/5): Mieszkanie do remontu. Żenujące jest zapraszać tam gości. Jedyny plus to widok z okna. - lokalizacja była korzystna, blisko tramwaje i metro. Mieszkanie wymaga remontu i gruntownych porządków. Na ścianach Wisiały pajęczyny a w "Kuchni" było dużo kurzu. Zostawiona zużyta gąbka do naczyń na brudnym spodku. Łazienka była mikroskopijna. Spod prysznica trzeba było wyjść na korytarz.

Udostępniono nam możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, bardzo dziękujemy! Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklepy oraz przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Na stanie jest pralka, lodówka, kuchenka, czajnik i wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo ciasna niewygodna kabina prysznicowa jest jedynym mankamentem tego małego mieszkania. Wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, ale nie jest to problem, jedynie drobną sugestia.

Check-in není samoobslužný, při příjezdu jsem musela čekat 4 hodiny navíc a ubytovala se až po 17 hodině, protože majitel byl někde odjetý. Nepřiměřené, když píše možnost check in od 14. Ubytování malé, ve sprše a koupelně se nedá ani pohnout. Všude nepořádek, plíseň ve sprše, podlaha nevytřená, musela jsem si sama po příjezdu všechno umýt. Nádobí neumyté, se zaschlými zbytky jídla, nefunkční vybavení(vařič), vyměněno až po půlce mého pobytu. Majitel se moc nesnažil, kdybych ho neurgovala, nikdy bych se nedočkala, potom už ani nekomunikoval a na kompenzaci též nereaguje. Potrhané povlečení, smradlavá mikrovlnka, 1 hrnec a jedna pánev rezavé, vařit se na tom nedalo. Rozhodně nedoporučuji, za tuto cenu se víc vyplatí si koupit hotel a chodit na jídlo do restaurací! Chtěla jsem ušetřit a vařit si, ale když je vybavení nefunkční a zaplatím jednou tolik za ubytování s kuchyní a přesto musím nakonec celý týden na jídlo do restaurace, tak se to nevyplatí!! Majitel strašný!!!

• ONUR (9/5): Quiet and comfort stay - Located close to metro, tram and bus station. Transportation is never a problem in this area. Near by a shopping center exists. This means many fast food options, exchange office, stores and facilites are 5 min to reach. Also there is a supermarket in the next block. Apartment is old but meet expectations. What is seen on pictures is 100% in real. Heating was good. Wifi was excellent. Value for money standart is appropriate. Host met with me in front of the apartment while check in. Communication speed and customer needs will be solved directly. Recommended for a quiet and comfort stay.

• Ertuğrul (9/5): - Evin konumu harika. Otobüs metro ve tramvay duraklarına yakın. Penny market çok yakında. Ev sahibi hemen dönüş yapıyor. Ev gayet temiz. Yatak konforlu. Ütü bile var. Havası temiz ve çok sakin bir konum. Tuvalet ve lavabo birbirine çok yakın.

• Ian (9/5): A great apartment for getting into Prague. - I really enjoyed my stay. The owner was a prompt communicator, friendly and helpful and met me at the door exactly as arranged. Perfect English too. It's a studio apartment with a double bed to the side, kitchen at the back with plenty of storage for clothes and lots of bedding. The kitchen is fairly basic. A two ring hob and microwave, a few pans and a mix of crockery. You couldn't do gourmet but it suited me fine and the pictures let you know what to expect. The bed was firm but comfortable. It's against the wall so not every couple's choice but I was solo so bed was fine. No TV but good WiFi and I wasn't staying in. The transport links are perfect. A short walk to lots of tram lines and not much further to the metro. The local area is quiet with a useful shopping centre, a few restaurants and the cemetery opposite is peaceful with one or two interesting gravestones. It's on the fifth floor with a lift with short flights of steps to and from the lift doors. I recommend Flora Cosy Nest. It met my needs perfectly and I enjoyed staying there. Just make sure you look at all the photos and contact the host if you have questions. As others have commented, the bathroom is very small. There's some visible pipework too but it's perfectly clean and everything works. The shower is especially cosy and standing in front of the sink and mirror is awkward. There are very few surfaces to put toiletries on so I got a little tray from Action with a sucker. I left it there too as I enjoyed the stay so much. The kitchen could use a cutlery drawer rather than mugs and there were no scissors so I got a pair of those too from Action and left them as you can't take sharp stuff on a plane. Otherwise it was just what I had been expecting.

• Jacob (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great time in staying here, and I really enjoyed my time in Prague. Pavel was a great host, and gave great recommendations! The location is really good only a few stops on the metro or tram to the city centre. There is also corner shops, restaurants, bars and a shopping centre a short walk away. There is also a Lidl about a 15 min walk away. Airport was easy to get to and is around 50 mins away via metro and bus

The apartment is on the 5th floor so there is a lot of light, it is a one-room apartment but the size is pretty reasonable and comfortable. The location isn't central but it is super easy to move around being close to the metro station Flora. There was everything we needed in the apartment and the utilities, even if essential, were more than fine :) I honestly don't have any complains about this apartment, the only thing I can think about is that the bathroom is really small. we had no issues using it but I can imagine that maybe someone older or with some mobility issues might find it a bit tricky.
