Fortissimo odore di detergente in camera, non era piacevole rimanerci a lungo. Finestre senza zanzariere (impossibile far prendere aria alla stanza senza fare entrare insetti).
• Carmen (9/5): Vacanta frumoasa la Praga - Apartamentul a fost amplasat bine, la 10 min de metrou si 5 min de tramvai, curat, check-in-ul (cu cod de acces) si check-out-ul s-au facut fara probleme, la plecare ne-am putut lasa bagajul la locker, avand avionul seara. Nu am avut suport de prosoape in baie si nici papuci de unica folosinta, dar ne-am descurcat.

• Karlosici (9/5): - Poloha skvělá. Ulice klidná bez velkého provozu. Chválím samoobslužný check-in. Postačují malá kuchyňka na přípravu snídaně, čistá koupelna. Vse čisté, připravené. Komunikace s ubytovatelem bez problémů. Nic jsme nenašli. Možná jen chybějící utěrka na nádobí. Použitou sklenku jsem musel ponechat v dřezu.

• khmilevoi (10/5): Комфортное и тихое место для отдыха после прогулок по городу. - Отличное место для ночевки во время отдыха. Просторная квартира с возможностью готовить и личной ванной комнатой. Район тихий, но достаточно близко к старому городу, чтобы быть в шаговой доступности. Нужно учитывать, что место находится в районе где много сильных перепадов высоты, что может неподходить некоторым людям.

• Rocio (10/5): - La zona estaba muy bien,muy tranquila, con un Lidl cerca, transporte al centro cerca. Nos contactaron para explicarnos todo antes de llegar. La habitacion era amplia,y comoda,el baño igual, no se escuchaban ruidos de la calle y hay zonas tipo salon donde puedes estar.

Є додаткові зручності для загального користування- мікрохвильова піч, сіль і т.д. Подушки занадто великі, їх варто змінити. Запах в туалеті. Повна відсутність вішалок в душі. Погана шумоізоляція. Гості що заїжджали вночі- будили.

• Luis (9/5): Gute Anbindung, kleine aber ordentliche Unterkunft - Es ist ganz gemütlich, die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung. Das Bad ist sauber. Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Es war ein wenig kalt und die Küchenzeile ist sehr klein.

Lokalita je ok, komunikacia s prenajimatelom super. ​Izba bola v poriadku, no bohužiaľ musím vytknúť kvalitu postelí, ktoré by podľa môjho názoru potrebovali kompletnú výmenu. Matrac bol extrémne tvrdý, čo mi výrazne skomplikovalo spánok. Najväčším problémom však boli vankúše – boli nepohodlné a neforemné až do tej miery, že som ich musela odložiť, aby som predišla silným bolestiam krčnej chrbtice. Verím, že zlepšenie vybavenia postelí by výrazne zvýšilo komfort budúcich hostí.

• Innapol (9/5): - Удобное расположение, рядом транспорт, рестораны, парки.От вокзала одна трамвайная остановка. Маленькая кухонька, все необходимые принадлежности. Прачечная. Можно до заселения оставить вещи. Тепло. Нет лифта. Комнаты на первом и втором этажах. Мы жили на втором, но для нас это было не проблема. Лестница широкая и не крутой подъем.

Excellent location with nice kebab places, picturesque church, restaurants, and shops a couple minutes away. Great price and value. Responsive host, convenient kitchen in room, large living space and clean. Fast WiFi with multiple connections/routers (4) depending on which apartment or area you're in. Easy self check-in with codes and specific directions. All fantastic. Also, the shared area between the ~8 apartments is a pleasant bonus benefit: 2 microwaves, washing machine and dryer (soap provided), tables and chairs (and tons of outlets), perfect for video meetings. Extra bonus, they have 2 (or 3?) travel cots available for babies. Really just a very thoughtful place and everything you could ask for. Thanks, would highly recommend! All pretty good!

• Besi (9/5): - The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had everything you need for a short stay in Prague. Location was perfect for a local experience since the it was in touristy neighborhood but it was still not far from everything you needed. It just needed just some small stuff like for example some pair of slippers and maybe the beds were a bit small for big guys but overall it was quite ok.
• lu_su (8/5): Ótima opção - A localização é boa, perto do tram. O quarto tem uma cozinha onde você pode cozinhar. Cama confortável. Travesseiro grande, ótimo. Tem lavanderia na área comum, o que é ótimo se precisar lavar algo. Havia um cheiro um pouco desagradável, não sei se vinha do banheiro, do ralo, mas permaneceu pelo tempo da estadia. Poderia ter pendurador de toalha no banheiro. Como era inverno, abrimos a janela apenas um dia, mas o cheio não se dissipou.

• Arsène (8/5): - L’appartement était super, très bien placé (30min à pied de l’hypercentre, 15min en tram). C’était propre, on avait tout ce qu’il fallait. Le matelas était horrible pour moi, ça dépend de chacun.

• Roman (2/5): Personal schreit Gäste an - Das Badezimmer hat sehr unangenehm gerochen, was auch trotz elektrischer Lüftung nicht viel besser wurde. Der „Höhepunkt“ war aber der Checkout: Wir hatten uns leider in der Uhrzeit geirrt, waren daher noch nicht ganz fertig. Punkt 10 Uhr stürmte eine Mitarbeiterin ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer und brüllte uns an, dass wir jetzt sofort raus müssten. Wir standen noch in Unterwäsche im Zimmer, waren gerade dabei, die letzten Sachen einzupacken. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt! Es kann doch immer mal vorkommen, dass man vielleicht ein paar Minuten länger braucht, zumal viele Hotels und Pensionen ja einen Checkout um 11 oder sogar 12 Uhr anbieten. Normalerweise wird dann geklopft, höflich auf die Uhrzeit hingewiesen. Aber dass das Personal trotz „verschlossener“ Tür (offensichtlich lässt sie sich nicht wirklich verschließen) einfach ins Zimmer rennt und die Gäste wüst anschreit, das geht einfach mal gar nicht! Zumal die Checkout-Zeit noch nicht einmal in den Zimmerinformationen zu finden sind, sondern erst nachträglich per Direktnachricht mitgeteilt wurden. Nicht zu empfehlen!

• Irina (10/5): отсутствие вешалки для полотенец и вещей в ванной комнате. - Квартиры находятся в тихом районе , в пешей доступности к вокзалу и достопримечательностям города. Плохо открывается замок на входной двери здания, не очень хорошее освещение комнаты. В общем, чтобы переночевать и приготовить завтрак, нормально!

• Dmitrii (8/5): - Недалеко от трамвайной остановки, шума не было, недалеко бары и кафешеки. Не шумный район, до центра 3 остановки, пешком минут 20-30. Отопление работало, но иногда бывало прохладно. Хозяйка давала точные инструкции по заселению. В общем везде чисто кроме пола, но он просто уставший. Маленький обеденный стол.
