• TATIANA (7/5): Buenas ubicación y espacio reducido. - La ubicación, a una parada del centro. El alojamiento está ubicado en un bajo en Alemania, lo que hacía que el ambiente resultara bastante húmedo. El espacio era algo reducido para cuatro personas; al abrir el sofá cama, quedaba muy limitado el uso de la cocina. Además, la ducha era bastante pequeña y habría agradecido un mayor nivel de limpieza.
• Scott (10/5): What a base - I liked so much! First, the communications with the owner leading up to my visit and then the check-in video - so simple. The apartment is in quiet street, is so perfect. The TV had one remote control instead of very often 2 and it worked! Washing machine (I needed to wash everything to carry on my trip) was so simple to use as was the microwave. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in and I've made many bookings on booking.com Everything was super clean and the bathroom that was nice to use. Every cupboard / drawer has what you need. The location worked very well for me - just one stop to Bellevue on the many trains from the main station and then a simple walk. There's a good supermarket nearby and some places to eat at. Next time I or anyone I know is in Berlin this is the place to stay Wasn't sure where to recycle cans Shower head holder needs replacing but worked ok
• Kerry (9/5): Lovely ground floor unit in quiet street nearby eats and parks. Would stay again. - Lovely street very close to Bellevue train station and restaurants. Clean, quiet and secure with modern and quality furnishings. Host friendly and informative. It was great for a family of 4. A small freezer in fridge would be a nice to have if any improvement was needed.

The host was also very nice and gave us all the information about the apartment that we needed. The area was also lovely and all the best attractions were easy to get to.
• Worldwide2 (10/5): Exceptional - The location is top! It is just 8 minutes from the main train station to the front door of appartment! The area is nice and quite too.
• Pau (8/5): Good value for money in a convenient location - Quick delivery of keys by the door. Convenient location. Close to the river. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Clean and new. Well equipped, has all you need for a short stay. Shower door doesn't close well and water can spill out. Smell of cigarettes on the corridor getting to the apartment (inside the apartment there isn't any smell). There's an iron but no ironing board. No oven. It's a semi-basement with no views, which isn't obvious from the pictures.
• Tiina (10/5): Friendly host, we could check out according to our flight time. - It was in a very quiet area, but close to the center. Very good connection to the airport. Good cooking facilities. I liked the view to the peaceful courtyard.

• Abhijit (10/5): Pleasant stay in Berlin, conveniently located near the city's main attractions. - This property is conveniently located near the train station within walking distance, in a quiet residential area, with a supermarket just around 300 meters away. Everything was perfectly fine for a short stay of a few days. The only minor inconvenience was having to wait 15-20 minutes to collect the keys, but I realize that I should have informed them of my exact arrival time in advance.

• Karin (4/5): Expensive and disappointing - Location is excellent Below ground floor level. Blinds closed all the time. Only view is to the rubbish bins. Bedding is, frankly appalling. The pillow is a loose assemblage of bits of rubber. Duvet is thin and synthetic.

• Glen (3/5): Very disappointed we did not receive what we paid for and expected better quality for what we paid for. - Location to SBahn On arrival, we were told the washing machine was broken, this is why we booked this place. Not happy. Were given name of laundry to use and pay, we are on holidays and have a full schedule to visit, not to sit at a laundromat. Then he tried to turn on TV, unsuccessful, said maybe the batteries. Never received any replacement ones. We received a message from host asking if all was OK, we replied with our concerns, did not hear anything. Shower leaks all over the floor and needs a good clean as black mould all around edges. Kettle needs to be replaces as was full of scale.

• Hyesook (7/5): Value for money, given its location. Clean and quiet. Lovely tree lined street. - Only waited for the owner a few minutes, to be handed the keys to outer door and apartment door. No hassles. Close to the river, restaurants and cafes. Shopping Centre not too far away. Rewe supermarket a short walk away. Quiet location. No drunken loud people around the area. Pizza and Kebabs around here are great too. Berlin was worth a visit. Please be aware that this apartment is partially subterranean (partially basement, i.e 50% underground). We spent our days out, so not really a problem. If one wishes to stay "home", there is not much of an outlook to see, only a courtyard.

Could chat to host - Quiet old neighbourhood close to all amenities including train station , I felt very safe there … Easy access with keys and you can chat to host at any time. No view Only view of the bins and back yard inner court area there are trees and plants but the direct view is of the bins !!! Shame the pillows were not the best quality. There’s no freezer compartment in the fridge the kettle keeps boiling and the lid kept popping up. So it needs replacing There’s no long mirror on a door or the wall . bedroom furniture is quite low so you need to be fit to get out of it. Shower head needs replacing as it squeaks and makes a shrilling noise when on, but the pressure is good and the selection of types of shower makes up for the high-pitched noise It’s subterranean so I can imagine it would be damp in the winter and cold

• Adithya (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, it was a 5 minute walk away from S Bahn Station, and the location was mostly quiet. The facilities were as mentioned, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, kitchen with facilities needed for a 5 day stay. The caretaker was courteous and helpful. The couch was a little more bouncy than I would have preferred and there was minor sound if you sit on it forcefully.

• Jordon (7/5): Come during the summer, last week in September is cold as heater doesn’t get turned on - Location near train station, great Irish pub down the road Coming in after first night and finding someone in the apartment doing electrical work. If I had known work was going to be done during my stay I would of stayed else where to give the property owner space to fix. Heater/radiator didn’t work the first 2 nights, told it was due to Berlin central heating, complained to owner funny enough the very next night the bedroom radiator on heat, so seemed it could of been turned on but was saving power

• Agnieszka (8/5): Very good - Location in nice and quiet neighbourhood. Close to public transportation. I would suggest to inform anyone who want to come by car that they need to buy Umweltplakette which is quite difficult to get, on weekends impossible. The best way is to order via internet, but it needs to be done at least 1 week ahead. It would be a great place for 2 but for 4 it was rather tight and sofa bed in the kitchen not very confortable. An appartment is located in semibasement with windows facing waste bins.
