Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der.Nähe. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden; es fehlte an nichts.

Les commerces de base sont à proximité. Les informations données par le propriétaire sont complètes et détaillées. Le réseau de transports en commun permet de rejoindre facilement les différents quartiers de Berlin.

• Jon (9/5): Great comfortable base to explore Berlin - This property was in a really great location. A little away from the heart of tourist areas but easily walkable to everything. It had a good supermarket really close, some lovely restaurants nearby and great transport links if we wanted to go further afield.

• Svetlana (9/5): Very nice and great value for money. Would surely choose it for the next visit. - Excellent location, quiet, safe and green surroundings, not far from the city centre. Lidl and bus and tram stops are in close proximity. Kitchen is well equipped (the grater is great! :)), all in all the place is cosy, clean and totally acceptable, the staff is nice and helpful. Sound isolation - in the hall you hear well sounds from the staircase, but, fortunately, closed doors between the hall and the room solve major part of the problem. If you do not wake up from the cat's steps, there is nothing awful about that.
• Zaira (10/5): Perfect! - I think is one of the most equipped apartments in Europe i've ever been. It has everything you need for a short/long stay. The ubication is good, we like to walk, so we could reach Alexanderplatz in 45 min by walk, so i guess by public transport is even quicker! Thank you, you made our trip to Berlin even better than expected! I liked everything!

• Michelle (9/5): Lovely flat in a quiet neighbourhood near supermarkets and easy public transport to central Berlin - Quiet location, well equipped and clean. Less than 5 mins to bus stop, less then 10 to tram stop. We were unlucky with the flat next door being refurbished so a lot of power tool noise. I’d presume it should be finished shortly (our stay 25-29th Aug’24).
