• Nives (10/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location that offers everything you need in Berlin. It is very well connected to public transportation, and there are many interesting things in the neighborhood itself. The apartment is spacious and clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. I would also like to mention the girl we communicated with regarding check-in everything went as agreed, and she was available and kind.

• Laura (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico in un appartamento stupendo, ci tornerei senza dubbio! - L’appartamento era meraviglioso, ancora più bello che in foto! Spazioso, luminoso e curato nei dettagli. Gli ambienti erano ben riscaldati e accoglienti, perfetti per un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione ottima e zona tranquilla, ideale per visitare la città. Nulla in particolare, è stato tutto perfetto e oltre le aspettative

• Davbad1969 (9/5): Mooie rustige uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te bezoeken. - Heel fijn ruim prettig appartement met een keuken waarmee je voor een weekend uitstekend uit de voeten kan. Appartement ligt in een rustige woonwijk met supermarkt (EDEKA) op 5 minuten lopen aan de Traveplatz.

• Ferry (8/5): We hebben er een prima verblijf gehad. - Ruime slaapkamers, nette keuken, fijn huis. De locatie vonden we minder geslaagd, aan een doorgaande weg, zag er niet uitnodigend uit. Ook vonden we de geluiden vanuit het portiek af en toe storend. Bewoners die om 06.30 uur met veel lawaai vertrekken.

• Väisänen (8/5): Spacious rooms, great location - - Great location in a nice neighborhood with easy metro access - Very spacious – perfect for a group - Stayed pleasantly cool even in warm weather. Fans in the bedrooms are a plus - Well-equipped kitchen for basic cooking - Access to the building's courtyard - Nice bakery right across the street 🥰 – Some parts of the apartment could have been cleaner (e.g. stained headboards and armchairs, dusty floors), and overall tidiness didn’t quite match the photos or price point – No shared living area; dining table is in one of the bedrooms (wasn’t a problem thanks to great company) – One bedroom doesn’t have a wardrobe – Occasional ants in the kitchen – No shower products provided – even a small soap would be appreciated
• Louise (7/5): Nice apartment but let down by communication and care of staff - The apartment was furnished nicely with comfortable beds and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were big and spacious We had no hot water for 3.5 days of our stay. It was very frustrating trying to get any information regarding the situation. 5 people with no hot water and no washing machine really ruined our trip. There was no attempt to relocate us or to try and facilitate showering facilities. Staff offered no feedback or update on the situation and eventually offered a very poor financial compensation.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Very good - The apartment is situated in a very nice neighborhood. There are some nice restaurants around and there is a very lively area with bars just 15 minutes walking from the apartment. There is also a tram stop just meters away and the metro station is 5 minutes walking. The coffee shop just opposite the apartment has great coffee and bread. The place is spacious and clean. The main disadvantage is that the place is in the ground floor and that the two of the rooms are having windows on the main street. That means that you almost never open the windows and you have to have the shutters down in order not to be seen by the passerby.

• Christopher (10/5): We would certainly stay here again. It was extremely comfortable and welcoming after a long day’s sightseeing in Berlin - It is perfect for 2 or 3 couples. There were 2 couples in our party and we had a large double bedroom each and used the 3rd as a large sitting room. A well equipped kitchen and bathroom with an extra separate toilet. All the facilities were working and easy to use and everything was clearly explained to us by the person who greeted us (Ilya) on our arrival. No issues at all.
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a small lounge in the backyard where you can drink your morning coffee. Also great location, the metro is nearby and takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. The public parking spaces on the street are expensive, but there is a parking facility within walking distance with reasonable prices. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come again!
• Tamara (9/5): Lovely location and rooms. I would recommend. - Travelling with family and appreciated the three bedrooms giving everyone their space. Having the second 1/2 bath also helps when multiple people are getting ready in the morning. The location was within east walking distance to public transit and some nice restaurants nearby. Grocery store was also only a few blocks away. Street parking was difficult to find but there is an outdoor parking lot and a covered parkade within walking distance and reasonably priced.
• Amiltimore (8/5): Very good - Location is amazing, quiet neighborhood, great night life a few blocks away Illia greeted us and did everything he could to speed up our entry into the apartments. There was a misundrestanding on arrival times so he did extra effort to get us in

• Dovainis (10/5): Exceptional - Thanks Ilja for greeting us on our chosen time, the apartment was nice and clean. Next to it great bakery for early breakfast. We were very haly with this choice.

• Dror (10/5): A great stay for a family vacation in Berlin - The location is a big off-center, however, this what makes it a perfect fit for our needs, the apartment is located in a quite street, with a great local bakery just across the street & plenty of available parking around, for those who use a rental car. Ilja was a great host. He met us at the apartment upon checking in & did all possible efforts to accommodate any need we raised. None

• Danielle (9/5): Lovely specious bedrooms, clean & modern. - Large spacious bedrooms, additional separate toilet, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Some basic supplies - hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, teabags, toilet rolls supplied. Lovely guy met us to handover the keys and was very helpful. Ground floor which meant two of the bedrooms faced the street. The shutters on these windows had to remain closed at all times (made the rooms dark) otherwise pedestrians could see straight into your bedroom. At night we had these bedroom windows open for fresh air but the shutters down for privacy & security but this meant that people walking by could be easily heard in the bedroom when trying to sleep. No separate lounge area, dining table in one of the bedrooms.

• Kate (10/5): Book here - It was a lovely big apartment on the ground floor of the building. There was a cafe/bakery across the road and it was a 5 minute walk to the closest train station which went directly into the city. Having three bedrooms was a big bonus for us and having full use of the kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment was wonderful. It is a little out of the way but it was completely fine catching the underground train.
• Ádám (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, spacious rooms. Good surprise that there is a dryer in the flat, which was handy with a 2 years old child. Really well equipped flat Bed mattresses are extremly soft, but we still had good sleeps.
• Steb75 (10/5): Exceptional - The communication before arrival from the hosts, including detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the property was great. Even with a slight hiccup on arrival time with the keys, we were kept updated on what time they would arrive to hand over the keys. The property was great for our size of party 4 adults (including 2 adult children), with us all having a large double bed and room to live in and relax. Kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine was brilliant as we where travelling around Europe and needed to wash clothing. Property is in a quiet location, easy reach of local shops and supermarkets, as well as transport links directly to the city centre. Nothing property and location was great.

• Emma (8/5): Very good - Host met us and was in contact the night before to arrange check in time. 3 big bedrooms, no Livingroom however each room had armchairs and one had a table which seated 6. location was good since the transport in Berlin is great. Frankfurter Alle underground is a 5 min walk. quite area and although on the ground floor we didn’t hear much outside noise. Lidl and other supermarket near by too. I couldn’t get the toaster to work but thankfully the grill done the trick.
• Douglas (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good near subway. No living room for sitting eating had to use one of the bedroom where the table was.
• Eunice (10/5): It is indeed a great stay! Recommended! - we love the apartment. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms are big. We find the apartment complete for our needs as a group (just bring your own toiletries). Two of the rooms are adjacent to the street, and so if you are sensitive to noise, it’s not good. It did not bother us too much.
