• Manon (10/5): Super séjour ! - Super appartement, très confortable, avec une cuisine partagée très pratique. Nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse à cause du temps froid mais c'est vraiment un plus également ! L'appartement est très bien placé, quartier calme et bus/tram à proximité qui permettent de rejoindre facilement les points principaux. Super accueil de l'hôte, très réactive et disponible, merci beaucoup !!

Dans tous nos voyages c’est bien la première fois que nous dormons dans un silence total. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche des transports, quartier calme et agréable. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. En revenant à Berlin nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement
• anarkika (10/5): - The management was very courteous and very accommodating even when dealing with unusual and unpredictable situations. The area is so quiet and beautiful in fall; it's also well connected with the rest of Berlin. The room+bathroom has indeed a shared kitchenette, but that was written quite clearly in the descriptions. For me it was ideal, as I just needed it for making my own breakfast, thanks to the Aldi Nord that's nearby (a 3-4 min walk). Please note that, for fresh croissants and other breakfast pastries, it's better to go buy them in the morning: the selection is better. Also, they sell milk ONLY as one-liter. No half-liter bottles/cartons of milk there. The bed was quite comfy and, if you need and orthopedic pillow, you can ask for one. The furniture disposition was very well-thought. The small balcony is a good place to start relaxing at the end of the day, before getting in the shower. The winter heating in the corridor and in the common areas of the building is a tad high 😅

• Termorshuizen (8/5): - Goede lokatie gelegen bij mooi park en supermarkt op 5min loopafstand. Goed bereikbaar met ov. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Keuken klein en was wat behelpen maar volstond verder wel. Waren wel problemen met toegankelijkheid van appartementen-complex beneden omdat slot met magneetstrip haperde en gerepareerd moest worden. Beheerder was wel weer behulpzaam en snel ter plekke.

• Samuel (10/5): A beautifully apartment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. - What an excellent gem in the midst of the city. The apartment was clean , had a very comfy bed and all the amenities that you need in the shared kitchen. Our holiday turned out to be daily visits to Vivantes Clinic in Friedrichshain. Our son , who was also in Berlin for the FISU university games had an emergency appendectomy and the hospital was a 5min walk through a beautiful park opposite the apartment. The M200 bus,50m from the apartment, also took you right into Berlin to Potsdam Platz. The apartment exceeded our expectation and the location was perfect Zero

• Oksana (10/5): Great place in Berlin - It is a very comfortable apartment in a nice and safe neighborhood with the shared hall and a small kitchen. The hosts are friendly and nice. The check in was quick and easy. I like that the bedroom window face a quiet treed area, the birds were chirping in the morning, very peaceful. I love Berlin and hope to be back to stay there again!

• Giulia (10/5): Amazing host and apartment, 100% would come back. - The host was super kind and available to welcome us, by checking what time we would arrive and make sure to be there for us. The apartment was better than imagined, with heated floors, and a beautiful view from the private balcony. The shared kitchen was perfectly clean and tidy for us to use. The position of the apartment was super, close to the city centre and close to the metros,I would definitely recommend this place and a 100% will come back when visiting Berlin again.

• Alon (6/5): Small room - bad soundproofing - The room is relatively small and has its own bathroom. A corridor with a kitchenette is shared with another room. It is clean and well located in Prenzlauer Berg. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear (and understand) every word that is spoken in the next room - therefore there is no sense of privacy. The owner was unfriendly over the phone and ignored some of my messages. The agreed time for handing over the keys was not adhered to, which is why I had to change my entire plans for the day at short notice. I would not stay here again.

• Yoshikazu (10/5): very special! - The owner was a very nice person, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. And there was nothing wrong with the clean room and calm atmosphere. I'm very grateful. The drainage of the shower is difficult to flow.
• Michaela (7/5): Good - The bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to do some cooking. The location is great for using the tram. Noise: you can hear the conversations of other guests staying. Also, I guess I booked this too quickly and didn't catch that the kitchen and laundry were shared. A grouchy upstairs neighbor was apparently not happy with there being a rentable room in his building.

• Marko (9/5): Had a great time, perfect location for my mostly outdoors berlin trip. - Location. Spatious room. Comfortable bed. Balcony. Quiet place. Rather late checkin and rather early checkout (10am). Potential problems with neighbour, was warned, but didn’t meet her in the end.
• Wade (9/5): A quiet, clean, comfortable space in a neighborhood with some hidden gems. - The location seemed out of the way and somewhat lackluster at first, but then we discovered more of the park and neighborhood side streets, which were quite nice. I’m not sure I knew this was a room in an apartment which has been renovated to be three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a communal kitchen at the entry. Nothing bad, just unexpected. I believe each unit also has its own balcony, which is a plus.

• Kacper (10/5): Comfortable stay in the centre of Berlin - The host was helpful and caring. The place was clean, very quiet (yard-side windows) and in general a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing or a night of partying. The location right in the centre of Berlin is incredibly convenient. Has everything you could need for a comfortable 1-week stay. The check-in and key exchange was a bit messy. We had to be there at a specific time and the check-in was later than advertised. It would be a nice idea to implement a self-check-in solution for the arriving guests.

• Anuraag (6/5): Pleasant - Location is pretty neat. The building is secure. Kitchen had bare essentials. My review represent how the facilities don't match up to the price: the room was small as there was no space for luggage at all. The decor was average. It felt very old and dated. The balcony was not clean. The bathroom was average in a way that there is only a curtain that separates the dry and wet area and after the shower the entire bathroom gets wet. The shared kitchen is painfully tiny.

• Rhian (9/5): Friedrichshain flat - Great flat, good location, nice proprietors, Recommended. Good transport links to both East and West Berlin. Bus outside, Tram a few minutes walk.
• Vasileios (9/5): Great central Berlin stay! - Sparkling clean, in a very good location, new building and excellent neighbourhood. If you do not mind sharing the kitchen it is highly recommended. There is food odour coming in. Some kind of odour insulation would be fantastic.

Nice tv facing the bed. Table and chairs available for sitting down and eating. 20 minute walk to Alexander Platz. 6 minutes walk to tram to Alexander Platz. Nothing. Nice apartment and friendly hosts.
• Sudeikyte (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay here - very cozy little flat, didn’t even meet the neighbours in the kitchen. The bathroom was equiped with the hairdryer, cotton pads and ear buds. Small shop on the same street and some places to eat or have a drink near by. Buss stop on the same street, tram stop around the corner.

The owner was really kind and helped with our queries (thank you very much again!) The apartment is on good public transport links to get to all the museums and attractions of Berlin. The local neighbourhood is very good for restaurants and food shops and the park across the road is excellent too. The apartment is around the back of the building so is quiet. Really good stay. -
