• Galina (9/5): - I had everything I needed in this apartment, easy to check in and check out. Cosy, comfortable, well decorated space. Perfect location in Neuköln, U8 and buses right here. I recommend. The overall rating for this place should be definitely higher.

• Eva (2/5): würden wir nicht erneut buchen - Der Checkin war durch den hinterlegten Schlüssel einfach und zeitlich flexibel, es war alles gut beschrieben. Die Lage ist durch die Anbindung zur U-Bahn und die umliegenden gastronomischen Angebote ganz gut, man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass man sich in Neukölln aufhält. Wir haben keinerlei schlechte Erfahrungen mit Menschen in der Umgebung gemacht, wer aber gepflegtes Champagnertrinken erwartet, ist hier falsch. Wir waren in Anbetracht des Unterkunftspreises (5 Nächste über 500,00 €) geschockt vom Zustand und der Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Die Immobilie war kaum bis gar nicht gereinigt (wobei der Host auf meine Beschwerde hin unmittelbar geantwortet und Abhilfe durch die Reinigungsfrau angeboten hat. Da wir abends angekommen sind und nicht im Dreck die erste Nacht schlafen wollten, haben wir das Objekt selbt gereinigt, die Reinigungsmittel wurden vom Host zur Verfügung gestellt). Die Ausstattung ist unterirdisch, der Kühlschrank - kaum Kühlleistung, war wohl früher eine Minibar, es sind ein paar Teler, 3 Kaffetassen, drei Gläser, Besteck, 1 Wasserkocher, 1 Topf, 1 Pfanne, 1 Nudelsieb und Kochlöffel vorhanden, das ist alles. Theoretisch könnte man auf den Induktionsplatten kochen, haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da keine Schneidemesser, Bretter oder Schüsseln vorhanden. Damit wenigstens die Nachfolger Kaffe trinken können, haben wir den von uns besorgten Filteraufsatz und Kaffefilter in der Unterkunft gelassen. Das Wlan ging kaum, ein TV existiert ebenfalls nicht. Für den Preis ist auch in Neukölln ein besserer Standard zu erwarten. Die Umgebung ist laut, wobei man in Zimmer 2 nur Lärm aus dem Haus hört, die Straße ist kaum zu hören. Im Haus selbst wurde jede Nacht ab 23:00 Uhr sehr laut Musik gehört und getanzt - dafür kann aber der Host selbstverständlich nichts.

• Henry (3/5): - The room was very hot and no fan was available , no TV available. Really bad for a modern accommodation. Even a small fan and TV would have made a difference.

• Michael (3/5): Overpriced and not good value - Location Foyer/entrance area downstairs stank of sewrage. Room was old and tired looking and stank of old stale cigarette smoke. Shower sliding door had completely fallen off the rail and was not useable and moreover at risk of falling and therefore dangerous. Owner did not offer to fix this after reporting it. It had obviously been an issue before as there was a sign on the shower upon arrival saying "fragile door". No tea towel, or even paper towel, provided for drying dishes. One of the towels had holes in it. The mattress had a plastic cover on it and the sheet was directly on top of this, so it was quite sweaty. The apartment is on the third floor and the lift did not work, but this is not the fault of the owner.
• Aissatou (5/5): It was a good stay overall. - I loved the location. A lot of food restaurants were around I wish there was a microwave and better curtains to block the light. And pillows.
• Jennifer (2/5): Very disappointing accommodation, expensive for what it was. - Location was good, very near U station Very poor interior, holes in the walls, extremely dirty balcony didn’t use it. Holes in the sheets, single quilt on a double bed, stained pillows, exposed wires, curtains were too small.
• Bakhyt (9/5): Cozy place with a balcony - I really liked the vintage vibe going on in the room and that it was quite spacious and quiet. I also loved the Tempelhofer Feld and U Bahn were so close, the location is convenient for discovery of the East side of Berlin

• Anže (7/5): Comfortable Stay on an awesome location - The price for this location was awesome, offering great value for a decently comfortable apartment. We liked that it already had some amenities, and the communication with the owner was nice and understandable. The location was great for the price, adding to its overall appeal. While we had a pleasant stay, a broom for tidying up and a larger knife in the kitchenette would have been helpful. Also, an extra small cooking pot would be a nice addition.
• Jan (9/5): Good value for the money - Easy communication, good location, There is NOT free parking. You have to find your own parking spot somewhere around the neighbourhood. WC had a bad smell
• Steve (9/5): Great for large groups. Best location. - Property Manager Fabrice was very responsive. The apartment was excellent for large groups. It provides much privacy and with 3 bathrooms, it is very functional. The place was very clean.
• Dejan (1/5): Please avoid - Real keyboard warrior running this account on booking, replied to questions with no actual answers, arguing with guests about poor condition of facilities. Really good way to attract guests. Dirty frodulent operation. Lift not working for a long period of time, while missing this info on booking (3rd floor). This is mentioned in previous previous of other guests and was my experience as well. I asked to come back to inspect lift later in the week because I was in Berlin for longer time. Of course lift wasn't repaired when they said it is just about to be repaired and it was clear that this person is a liar. I asked for compensation (rooms are on 3rd floor) but it was argument as well. I could come for cash compensation from that person, because I was still in Berlin. This operation should be delisted from booking because misrepresentation of facilities. Shower doors are broken for prolonged period of time and labeled as HANDLE WITH CARE. OTHER STUFF BROKEN TOO.
• Emma (7/5): Good - It was in a good location for us. Easy to access with self check in. The room was up on the 3rd floor of a building reached by stairs and the lift was out of order which made it really hard for us to get our luggage and pram and child up to the room and back down again on departure. The room was located within a shared "flat" with other rooms and other guests really closeby, all of who were really loud partying from the early hours of the morning all the nights we stayed so we didn't get much sleep.

• Masha (7/5): Good - Small Apartment with everything we needed, private bathroom and small kitchen. Beautiful view from the windows, comfortable beds. It is not super new and fancy, but clean and close to u Bahn. The faucet in the kitchen needs attention, it leaked, water flowed onto the floor and I slipped.
• Clara (5/5): It was good but could have been way better. - I liked that it was easy to access and that the communication with the host was easy and they provided all the necessary instructions. Also, the balcony was a good thing although it could have been more clean. The house didn’t feel super clean, however the bathroom was. It wasn’t very comfortable but it is worth it for the money that we paid.

• Emmanouil (9/5): Most negative comments over this property are unfair and not to be taken too serious - The room was clean and had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. View was pretty nice. The shower base was very low and had capacity for a very small quantity of water
• Weronika (8/5): Perfect host! Close to the subway - Very friendly and helpful host, and answers questions very quickly. I really appreciated that (I had small questions regarding the fridge and the hair dryer). Very well located regarding the subway (a few min on foot). Lidl (shop) just under your nose. Fridge in the room and a small place to cook, which was very important for me. Small towels, so-so neighborhood (homeless people, but this is a problem overall in Berlin). The fridge was a bit small. Furniture and sheets could be of better quality. The pillows looked very old and needs to be changed.
