• Enea Francesco (9/5): Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit allen was man braucht - Schöne Wohnung mit grossem Schlafzimmer, bequemen Bett, Küche perfekt um auch zuhause zu essen und Bartisch zum arbeiten (WLAN top!) — es hat wirklich alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber:in antworten sofort wenn etwas ist! Vielen Dank Das Bad und vorallem das Waschbecken ist sehr klein. Für eine Person: voll okay! Aber wenn es einem wichtig ist ein grosses Bad und Waschbecken zu haben, dann wird es hier ein bisschen eng.
• Mireia (10/5): Ideal per a una parella que vol conèixer Berlín - L'apartament estava molt net i la comunicació amb els propietaris va ser sempre molt fluïda. Hi ha un llibre d'instruccions molt clares i amb moltes recomanacions de llocs per anar a Berlín. Nosaltres hi hem estat cinc dies i des d'on es troba l'apartament és molt fàcil moure't cap a tot arreu. Al costat hi ha totes les botigues necessàries. El barri és genial! Som una parella i l'apartament ha estat ideal per a tots dos. És el que volíem i necessitàvem. Sí que pensem que a una família o a dues parelles els pot quedar petit, sobretot la zona per menjar (no hi ha una taula quadrada o rodona, sinó que és una barra amb tamborets).

• Anne (8/5): Spacious apartment in a trendy neighborhood - This was a great haven for a week in Berlin. Had we not stayed here, we probably wouldn't have discovered the Prenzlauer neighborhood, which would have been a real shame. It's in an excellent location, lots of restaurant, cafe, and ice cream options in the near vicinity and close to a couple tram lines. The apartment is big and well lit, and the neighborhood is really nice to stroll around and call home. The bathroom was a bit musty; there were a lot of instructions to mitigate the musty smell and avoid mold forming. That said, the common area/rest of the apartment did not smell. Aside from updating/renovating the ventilation system, I don't know that there's much more they can do. The sink in the bathroom was so small we ended up solely using the kitchen sink.
• Marlo de Kat (9/5): Mooi appartement in fijne wijk - De vriendelijkheid van de verhuurder en de uitgebreide informatie over Berlijn. Weinig waspoeder voor wasmachine (1 wasbeurt). Dat mag wel wat ruimer.
• karen (9/5): Decent small apartment in Prenzlauerburg - Great apartment in the perfect location. Walking distance from supermarket and trams. Comfy bed and quiet area. The only issue I had was no oven or grill despite a full kitchen. So had to fry on hob which set off smoke alarm every time despite having all windows open. Ceiling was so high I was unable to turn it off so had to just let it run. I think it is a good size for 2 on a short trip but would be way too small for 4 people.

• Mindy (10/5): We had a great time in Berlin and enjoyed our stay! - This is a great property close to public transportation. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We utilized the sofa bed, which was in a separate room, so it gave each area some privacy. There is nothing we didn’t like.
• Annerita (9/5): Really lovely and comfortable. Good value for money. - Very comfortable and well situated for use of public transport. Lovely having washing machine and dryer. Only thing I missed during longer stay was an oven. This is obviously not essential considering the nice hob and microwave.

Hair in the sheets, smelly towels, window from one side directly to trash, window from the other side directly to street (at ground level, so pedestrians and cars will wake you up if you have window open at night), dirty kitchenware, things falling apart, fluctuating temperature of water in the shower, dust everywhere, owner who ignored us after mentioning the smelly towels and the dirty sheets

A kitchen scale would be a nice addition, to make coffee making easier. A light blanket would have been nice, as the one we had was too heavy for the warm temperatures.
