• Aartie (6/5): Redelijke verblijf - Leuke winkels. De kamer was schoon. De eigenaar heeft voor alle kleine dingen gezorgd. Alleen de bed die boven op de wc ligt , is stom. Je moet klimmen om daar te slapen. Niet fijn. Heel vaak hoofd gestoten aan het plafond. Het internet, en steeds omrijden omdat de weggemaakt wordt. Ook is het parkeer betalen voor de deur. Nergens kan je gratis parkeren. Wel veel winkels in de buurt , maar niet geweldige. De buurt is slordig. Wifi superslecht. Alles klein in de ruimte, maar is te doen. Ook geen behoorlijke vriezer en geen strijkplank en ijzerijzer. De matrassen waren dun. Geen tv waarop netflix of youtube zit. Waardeloos. Kleine eettafel.

• VENDRELL ALGUE (9/5): - Un apartament senzill i molt correcte per visitar la ciutat. Aprop del centre i ben connectat amb transport públic. Milloraria la qualitat dels llençols. Els mantindria senzills però de cotó.

• Heather (10/5): Perfect for my stay & great host - Loved it! I stayed here for a few days as a solo traveler and it was perfect. I think for any more than that (2-3 people) it would still be doable as long as you don't plan to spend lots of time inside (hopefully not if you're traveling anyway!). The check in and check out processes were easy, and the host accommodated my super early check out. I didn't actually meet the host but he was very responsive when I had any questions. The neighbourhood was pretty quiet and empty at night but I had no problems walking around as a female alone taking normal precautions. The proximity to the train (a walk from the line that connects to the airport) was so helpful. I didn't find the street sounds noisy in the slightest, especially with the shades/blinds completely shut (it did take me some time to discover there were windows out haha). I would stay again and recommend to others! This is nothing major or unexpected, but coffee grounds would be nice to have and scissors are always helpful.

The room was clean and had everything we need. The bed linen had a strong detergent smell which was bothering me. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the street, so we couldn't really open the window shutters. It was also a bit noisy from the street during the day.

• Antje (10/5): Super geeignet für einen Kurztrip - Super netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Es gab sogar Begrüßungsgetränk. Die Wohnung war top sauber. Für ein Kurztrip, um Berlin zu erkunden, absolut zu empfehlen. S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist total gut. Viele kleine Cafés und Restaurants. Ich würde definitiv wieder buchen!

• Meredith (8/5): Good price and location. - The bed and bathroom are comfortable. The property is next to a nice bakery, and within good walking distance of public transport. There was no bolt, chain, or any other way to secure the door from inside (the door is too high off the floor for a doorstop), other than locking it with the key. The neighbourhood and building feel safe, and there was no problem, but when travelling I prefer to know the door cannot be opened from the outside.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Удобная локация. Приятное пребывание - Хорошая локация. Удобно добираться от центрального автовокзала. Рядом метро и остановка трамвая. Через дорогу по диагонали есть небольшой продуктовый магазин. Хозяин приветливый. Очень хорошо изложил, как найти ключи. Приятным сюрпризом был маленький комплимент от хозяина в виде бутылки вина и воды в холодильнике. В помещении было все необходимое: кухня и посуда, электрочайник, чай. Пожалуй, не помешал бы утюг, но его не было. Ванна чистая, есть фен. Был только один маленький нюанс: не было простыни на верхней кровати.

• Keren (8/5): - It is a nice appartment, you have everything you need! The communication with our host was great. No English but we manage with translations. We got a very nice welcome with wine and sparkling water. Everything was very clean. The appartment is on the street level. The tram is noisy and people are walking right next to the windows. But when closing the windows and blinds it's ok.

Se agradece el agua y vino de cortesía, que estaban en la nevera.Bien conectado con metro y tren. Barrio seguro, aunque había gente algo extraña. Supermercado cerca (centro comercial). Wifi correcto,. Baño pequeño pero suficiente. Viajamos tres adultos. Es algo pequeño, más que nada porque no caben bien las maletas. La cocina podría mejorar con una cafetera de cápsulas y con un microondas. Siguen faltando una tijeras (básico!!) y las sábanas son de muy baja calidad, no dan sensación de limpieza. Hay elementos de la cocina, como la sartén a la que se le pega la comida aunque pongas aceite, y en plano estético los tiradores de los cajones se podrían cambiar. También hay que separar la basura, pero solo hay un cubo, por lo que se hace difícil. Lo que es lo peor es el tranvía que pasa día y noche por delante de la ventana, tienes que estar durmiendo con las ventanas cerradas porque sino te despiertas, pero supongo que con unos tapones se arreglaria. En resumen, buen sitio económico para alojarse pero le falta dedicación y mantenimiento....y con unos tapones, el ruido del tranvía arreglado.

• Isabella (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and clean and the perfect space for our visit. The location is excellent, in a nice area and with trams and the metro right outside. Communication with Aleksander was easy (even though we do not speak German, we managed with google translate) and he gave us thorough information and very kindly left a welcome gift. The addition of a microwave would be useful rather than just the hotplate, although this was not a big negative for us.

Our host was super helpful and the apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our teenager and the space had everything we needed. Nothing ☺️
• Biolanescu (8/5): A good budget friendly appartment - The apartment matches with the pictures. The communication with the host was good and the check in/out went smooth. The mattresses were confortable. The location was good, close to restaurants and metro. All in all, a good budget deal. Bare in mind that it can get a bit noisy from traffic, even with windows closed. It would be great to invest in better quality sheets, especially in the summer time.

• K (9/5): Comfortable, busy, exciting stay in Berlin amongst the locals! - Central location, comfortable bed with extra mattress /bed in loft allowing for privacy and extra space. The fan was a godsend as we were there during a heatwave. The room was also naturally cooler as it is on the ground floor and does not receive any direct sunlight at all. Aleksander met us at the property to settle us in and welcome us. There was water and even a bottle of wine cocktail in the fridge, which was most welcome. Nothing in particular. A lovely, albeit short, stay
• Giacomo (8/5): Very good - The location is convenient, close to both the tram stop and metro station, making it easy to reach popular tourist spots and clubs both with means of transport or walks. There are plenty of restaurants, small grocery stores, and a larger shopping center nearby. The apartment is small but has everything you might need. It is bright and clean. We were three people and stayed for five days. The bed downstairs isn’t very large but is still comfortable for two people, as long as you don’t move around too much at night. One small note: we couldn’t find scissors, but maybe we didn't look in the right place (and we didn't ask for them), but that’s anyway an easy thing to fix if needed. The host was very kind and quick to respond. He was flexible with an early check-in and even left a bottle of water and wine in the fridge for us. We were very happy with our stay! The only thing that could be improved in the house are the chairs, which are uncomfortable if you want to eat for a long time.

There was no oven as described in the advert. The bar fridge that is 3m away from the bed was very noisy and leaking water. There is a tram track 15m from the apartment that is running all the time that is also quite noisy. The kettle is leaking. There is no smart TV, therefore only German channels.

• Iva (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent; U-Bahn station is a short walk away, tram station is across the street, there are plenty of shops around, and you are a short walk away from the busy part of the neighborhood. This is an all in one room apartment; the ceilings are high so there is a sort of gallery that has a single-person bed. Nice flat rungs on the ladder, so easy to use barefoot. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces the street. There aren't that many cars, but there is a tram line. It is not extremely noisy though, mostly you can sleep through it. The apartment faces south, so you do get the afternoon sun. It has the blinds to block out the sun, but it does get a bit stuffy. There is a small fan though. There is enough closet space for two people on a one week stay. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils. Even has a salad bowl. Water kettle is nice and big. Bathroom has good water pressure, but the hot water is a bit slow to come in the shower. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Bed is good. Finally one that is not two separate mattresses where you constantly fall towards the middle. I would prefer it a bit firmer, but that is personal preference. The linens (pillow and duvet cover) were made from some slippery synthetic material and made you hot when you slept on them. Plus they were slippery. Since the apartment is on the ground floor and faces the street, I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open during the night so I could never get as much air inside as I wanted to.

• Gillian (7/5): Good - We were allowed to book in early and leave a bit later than advertised, so this was really helpful. Great location, just by station and tram. Lovely and warm. TV didn't work. The 3rd bed was up a ladder on a mezzanine above the bathroom, which we thought was quite dangerous if you needed the toilet in the middle of the night or for children. Despite the negatives, it had everything we needed for a short break.

• Peter (8/5): Great location. Great value for money.Great host. - The location and the facilities it was a small studio but it was perfect for our short stay and a base. It was a few minutes walk to the train station that took us everywhere and lots of local shops to grab a beer in the evening or bars etc. It was very close to the tram line so if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you especially in summer if you need to open the windows. So I'd say if you are light sleeper take some ear pugs just to dampen the noise - not crazily noisy but my wife did struggle at times falling asleep but that's just a very slight minus. Balancing up the cost and location I would definitely stay again.

Room and toilet was very clean, kitchen can be useful for breakfast or other meal, wifi good. I recommend bar Panenka just 30m down the street. Bed is quite noisy.
