andfrs (7/5): Dias tranquilos em Berlim - A localização do apartamento é muito boa. Gostámos também do tamanho do quarto. A casa de banho é realmente bastante pequena, mas o que mais nos desagradou foi não haver um exaustor, o cheiro a comida era impossível.

It had everything we needed and the host had even left out a bottle of wine to welcome us! The property is slightly far from the closest station (not much of a problem though because buses are plentiful and the station is a walk-in-the-park away!)

We checked out early in the morning, so left the keys in a pre-agreed place. The shower room is a bit small and cramped, but that's not so important. everything was perfect. thank`s

Beds were comfy, shower great and the apartment was toasty warm, despite it being December. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. He went beyond what was required for us and was easy to communicate with. The location is quiet but easy to get to transport links. We would not hesitate to return! Nothing. It was all good 👍

Natalia (9/5): Our stay was amazing! I can’t recommend this property enough. - The apartament was well equipped, clean and just generally very pretty and functional. The location was great, the closest bus station was only 2 minutes away and the neighborhood was very peaceful despite being only a few bus stops away from the central train station. As for the host, he was attentive and helped us with right away when we needed it. We were also given a phone number we could call in case of any emergencies.

Khue (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, huge rooms, nicely decorated. The apartment is in a quiet, nice area, 15-20 minutes walk to the central train station. There's no confirmation direct message for our booking nor any communication beforehand. In book confirmation page, there's no address and we had to call/left messages the day of to confirm our reservation. Bathtub has a weird glass door system that doesn't really stop water from spilling all over the bathroom floor when showering.
Tomas (10/5): Had a great time, cosy, clean, would definetely book again on my next trip to Berlin. - location was nice and quiet, relativelly close to public transport. Quick route to the city centre too, reachable also on foot if you don't mind a walk. The place had wonderful, if a bit kitsch atmosphere, which I personally prefer. the heating was not working and it was cold in the appartment, but that was not a problem of the host, but of ridiculous weather which didn't trigger the centralised heating in the city. Watch out for this if travelling when seasons change, like I did.

It's location perfect for us as we were able to walk to Berlin HBF station in 20mins or catch a bus if it was raining; public transport was very close.There were plenty of extras in the kitchen such as oils, dish washing liquid, pods for the coffee machine etc.. as well as ample linen and towels. The bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet. The bonus was the washing machine, for which powder was supplied. The photos in the advertisement give an accurate indication of the quality of the apartment. Nothing!

Comfortable bed, kitchen has everything, appliances etc. Bathroom is too small. Wi Fi did not work properly, so if you absolutely need constant Wi Fi this is a concern.

And the side facing the street has big window with a door to go outside. You would literally step on the pavement on the pedestrian walkway. So if you want to open the window cover during the day, all people passing by would be able to see how you are enjoying yourself on the bed watching a TV :) Luckily I was not in the appartment during the day, so I had no issues with this chellange :)
