• zzzen (9/5): Clean and welcoming - The apartment is not located in the city center, but the price reflects that. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Getting to all the main attractions is very convenient, with a direct tram connection. The room is a good size, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay—you can prepare simple meals and work comfortably. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, and access to the terrace is a great bonus. There is even a washing machine available for a fee.

• Aída (10/5): - Wir haben diese Wohnung gewählt, weil meine Mutter, die zu Besuch war, sich die Hüfte gebrochen hatte und eine barrierefreie Unterkunft benötigte. Wir mussten die Reservierungsdaten ändern, da sie später als erwartet aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen wurde. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr komfortabel und ausgesprochen sauber, sondern auch von hervorragender Qualität und in der Nähe meines Zuhauses gelegen. Außerdem befindet sie sich ganz in der Nähe des Willibaldplatzes, mit Supermarkt, Apotheke, Metzgerei, Bäckerei und mehreren Restaurants sowie sehr guten Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Unterkunft ist vollständig barrierefrei, und die Änderung der Reservierungsdaten wurde ohne jegliche Probleme vorgenommen. Angesichts der Umstände bin ich der erhaltenen Unterstützung äußerst dankbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen.

• Alexander (10/5): Top Unterkunft! - • Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt, ideal für ein paar entspannte Tage in München. • Das Apartment ist hell, gut aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit kleiner Küche, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett und allem, was man im Alltag so braucht. • Der persönliche Umgang war wirklich klasse, man merkt, dass sich hier Mühe mit den Gästen gegeben wird. • Die Silikonfugen im gesamten Badezimmer sind an einigen Stellen rissig, und es gibt vereinzelt leichte Schimmelflecken, die uns vor allem auffallen, weil wir beide schimmelallergisch sind und deshalb sehr genau hinschauen. • Der Duschkopf ist deutlich verkalkt und würde von einer gründlichen Entkalkung oder einem Austausch profitieren. • Der Vorhang im Schlafzimmer hat zwei Flecken, die bei der Reinigung wohl übersehen wurden, sich aber sicher leicht entfernen lassen. Ausstattung und fehlender Punkt Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt wirklich stark – von der Küchenzeile bis zu den Bügelmöglichkeiten ist fast alles da, was man braucht. Ein Detail hat uns aber gefehlt: Ein Schuhlöffel wäre bei der sonst so kompletten Ausstattung noch das i‑Tüpfelchen gewesen.

• Matthias (10/5): Gelungen - Es war rundum sehr gut, ansprechendes Gebäude und funktionale Einrichtung, gern wieder! Es gab Missverständnisse beim Einchecken, die ausgeräumt werden konnten.
• Heike (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Das Appartement ist nett eingerichtet und extrem sauber, sehr ruhig mit Rolläden und in einer schönen Wohngegend gelegen. Parken in der Straße problemlos. U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Restaurants z.B. das Laimers und Trattoria Lindengarten zu Fuß erreichbar.

• Cornelia (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Wohnlage. - Hochwertige Ausstattung, Komfort, Ruhe und Sauberkeit. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen unkompliziert telefonisch erreichbar. Das Appartement ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Vorteilhaft ist die Lage hinsichtlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in der Nähe und gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt durch nah gelegene öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

• Hadebee (9/5): Rustig appartement, persoonlijk contact met zeer behulpzame eigenaar. - Rechtstreeks contact met de eigenaar die ons persoonlijk ontving en een uitgebreide uitleg en een paar welkomstpresentjes gaf. Ook tijdens ons verblijf goed bereikbaar toen we een probleem met het slot van de deur van ons appartement hadden. Snel en goed opgelost, duidelijk in de communicatie. Het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation is een minuut of 20 lopen. De metrolijn wordt wel doorgetrokken, maar het duurt een paar jaar voor dat klaar is.

• Marko (10/5): Exceptional - A quiet, family-friendly part of town with nice houses, you can park your car on the street, but the underground garage is not expensive and is big enough for bigger cars. The accommodation also has an elevator, in case you carry suitcases from the garage to the apartment. The accommodation is as in the pictures, comfortable, clean, the yard is a big plus. There is a tram nearby that goes to the city center, and metro and train stations are not far away either. There is an excellent Greek restaurant nearby that serves large portions of food. Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, Mc Donalds, Burger King... are also a 10-15 minute walk away. Mr. Renners is very nice and helpful and will do his best to welcome you and make your stay as pleasant as possible (big greetings to you Stephan!). Would love to stay here again, highly recommended! Nothing. We had a problem of a technical nature, regarding the return of the deposit, it took several days (probably communication between the banks was a problem), but in coordination with Mr. Renners, everything was successfully resolved.

• Ksenia (9/5): Superb - We had the most wonderful time staying at this hotel! The amenities were new and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make a quick meal with a grocery store a 5 minute walk away. The host who greeted us was very welcoming and showed us around the hotel and explained how to use some of the appliances (Greetings to you Stephan!). Overall, we had a great quiet stay! P.S. Make sure to notify the host an hour before arriving :) This is not specific to the hotel, but there is construction going on around the hotel, so driving takes a lot longer than expected as they closed a 3 lane road, to be just one. Hopefully, it will reopen soon.

• Deniz (9/5): We left with good memories. Thanks to all the staff. - Stephan met us right on time and he was very kind with the greeting and instructions. He even kept our son's name in mind which makes your experience special. The room was very clean, every detail well organized, and that we could use the garden made it unique. Area was very quiet, shopping facilities were good. You can use tram 19 to get to the city center in ~25 min. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed and pillows could be a litte bit more comfortable, but no biggy. There could be a small stool and an anti-slip mat in the shower for the kid. It is a general fact for Munich but price for accommodation is high in general.

The apartments are spacious and have everything required for a stay - The manager meets you at the property, there was a slight miss understanding as we had not realised the time we had give as a rough guess for arrival, was the time the manager would be meeting us there to hand over the keys. We did receive a call where he explained he was waiting, so we went to meet him.It was our fault for not reading this was the expectation in the email prior to our arrival Nothing, we were happy with the accommodation

• Prim (10/5): A perfect place for a quiet getaway! - The room exceeded my expectation! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a residential area, a little far from the centre but that makes it a perfect area to have a quiet pleasant stay. You can travel around conveniently as the place is close to a tram station(tram no.19), which can take you directly to the central station or other big train station if you needed to. The host is super helpful, he tried his best to help us book a tour we wanted as well but we couldn't find any availability. That's ok though, we enjoyed the place a lot! None. Everything was perfect!

Very quiet place and a nice little patio. The tramway to Munoch center was at a short walking distance. Self checkin was a plus (we arrived late). Good wifi.
• Cougarprime (10/5): Amenity Garden Apartments was perfect for our use. - The apartment is located in a residential area that is a short walk from a stop on Tram 19. There were 3 reserved parking stations in the underground parking garage, and at the time of our stay it cost 6 EUR per day for parking. We stayed in apartment number 4, and the sink in the bathroom was only offering cold water. This was a minor inconvenience, as the kitchen sink was only a short distance away.

• Jeffrey (10/5): A wonderfully organized, comfortable and clean place to stay and an overall great value. - This is one of the most perfectly organized and sized spaces I've ever stayed in. Everything was right were it needed to be. The host met us at the appointed time and couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. He walked us through all the details very thoroughy and gave some really good insights on local attractions, etc. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The bathroom is good sized and comfortable. It was nice to have a washer dryer in basement as well. The location is a bit far the city center but it's very close to public transport so that didn't matter much. I could go on but it was all really well done and we have a very pleasant stay.
