Но можно иногда пойти на встречу гостям и разрешить им оставить тяжёлые чемоданы на 3 часа раньше. Мы были в полещвсю ночь, прибыли в Мюнхен в 12 и просто сидели с чемоданами на вокзале три часа. В итоге один день отпуска и настроение были потеряны.

Check-out process difficult if you leave through the underground garage because you have to leave all keys in the appartment while you need them at the same time to get access into the garage.

UBahn 5 min entfernt. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Eine Kleinigkeit: größere Kaffeetassen. Für die Tschibo Caffissimo Kaffeemaschine haben wir in den Supermärkten keine Kapseln gefunden.

• Jan (9/5): Happy to stay there, loved having the space and kitchen and would stay there again - It was roomy and it was in an area that had few restaurants around it and also little supermarkets, and we could walk everywhere from there no problems. Subway up the road and easy to use as well, so met family elsewhere quickly and easily. Possibly ventilation, was a bit noisy from traffic but had to open windows as some nights were a little warm, but it was unseasonally warm when we stayed there. there was a portable air con which was an extra charge if we used but we found some pedestal fans, and they sufficed.

• BAM1 (9/5): Convenient location in comfortable apartment - Very good locations. Grocery stores, bakery, train station, city center all within walkable distance. The apartment had all we needed to get started (coffee filters, dishwasher tabs, etc.) Convenient washer/dryer. The first time or two it was hard to open with numbers on two doors... but once we got the hang of it, it went well.

• Peter (10/5): Excellent place to stay. The criticisms are minor and outweighed by the many pluses - The location was ideal. It was minutes from the main station & seconds from a U-Bahn station with lift access, great for travellers with suitcases. A few steps away was a metro-sized supermarket. The apartment was handy to many of Munich’s excellent museums. The apartment was light dry and warm. The washing facilities were great. It would have been good to have another non-Euro style (non-square) pillow. A few more towels would have been nice but the existing ones washed and dried quickly in the washer and the very efficient dryer. A non-slip mat for inside the bath while having a shower would have been a plus.

• Yew (9/5): Spacious apartment with good amenities within the neighborhood. - Apartment was spacious and there were convenient stores within walking distance. Ample utensils were provided. The bath towels were thin and would be nice to have at least 2 towel per pax for 3-night stay. Additional towel chargeable at Euro 15 per pax is excessive. The curtains are only block-out for 2 out of 3 window panels (both living room and bedroom).

• Jim (9/5): Top apartment and I would definitely recommend. - Great location (just over 1.5k into the old town and about 0.5k from Munich Central Station) and all you want from a holiday apartment - clean, comfortable and convenient. The initial instructions for using the door codes (there is a floor door and and apartment door) are a little unclear and there is a definite knack to using them. In particular the knob on the apartment door sticks a bit. But this is a minor issue once you have figured it out.
• Tamás (7/5): Great apartment very close to the city centre - The apartment is very close to the train station and the city centre. It is perfectly equipped, clean, and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We also ran into the owners, who were very helpful and kind. The only downside: I find it very difficult to accept that when paying nearly 200 euros per night for accommodation, cleaning is mandatory, and I am required to take out the trash before leaving. I say this as someone who is, of course, a considerate guest—we always do the dishes, clean up after ourselves, and take out the trash during our stay if needed. However, the obligatory nature of these tasks and the "threat" of an extra charge if any of these are not completed left a very bad impression of the accommodation. It would be a perfect 10/10 accommodation without these requirements.

If he opened the window it was very warm and did not cool off the room for a comfortable sleep. The bathtub drained very slowly so that you’re standing in water while showering. The shower curtain was moldy.

The apartment was located in an excellent location, within walking distance to hbf. The bedding was comfy. We actually love your toilet paper it was the best during our entire trip in Europe. Our backsides thank you :) Apartment C had a door knob that was very hard to turn and unlock. (I think there was a longer piece attached to it that was missing) We were stuck outside having to try several times to twist it. I ended up never being able to open it but thank god my husband had better grip than me. If I were alone I would be in lots of trouble. It would be great if you could look into it because I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issue.
• Anne (8/5): Great apartment - The apartment was nice and clean and in a good location. We arranged to check-in at a certain time and the system said someone would be there to meet us but that was not the case. You have to look for a message from the host giving you details - another person staying in the block had to help us with this. Also the details say there is a washing machine but this is shared with the neighbouring apartment and cannot be used whenever you want - i.e. not after 8pm. We also had to sort out the tumble dryer when we arrived as the water tank was full and would not work - luckily my husband knows what he's doing. Other than that the apartment was fine.

The apartment was reasonably soundproof (see below for exception). Everything you would need for a city trip was in the apartment. There was no option to lock the frontdoor from the inside. As the front door of the building is always open and every door inside is opened by a code that is shared by more people, this didn't feel secure. A bolt and chain would be an improvement. The number of bathroom towels (4 in total) was a disappointment (4 towels for 2 persons for 5 days). The apartment was very clean, except for the oven.

Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen & comfortable bedding. Glad to have booked the air con as this Sept the hottest I remember in years. Check-in via security codes & very convenient.
• Carol (4/5): would not recommend to anyone to stay here - The apartment is outdated compared to their pictures - red mold in bathroom and floors were dirty - mattresses had stains= strong smell of sewer or cooked fish - fan for supposed air movement old and inadequate = spoke with landlord he did not care - charged $370.00 Euro per night as he said it was common for Octoberfest - we saw other places that were allot better and included breakfast for less Euro. unfortunately could not get a refund on this property and still have not received my receipt for the first night which was cash only .

But the parking was a nightmare and not easy to get into with a big car (the garage entrance). The first night there was a car in the space already so we parked outside. Next day we were able to park our car. Very disappointed that despite my sending photographic proof at the end of our 3 night stay, the guy did not offer to return the cost of one night's parking, saying I should have emailed him and he would have assigned me another parking space. Who checks their mail at midnight?! He also marked it incorrectly in the document saying the parking is 41A but there was no 41A just 41. We wasted time walking all over the garage multiple times as we did not want to park in the wrong space. It is also ridiculous that one has to use the key to enter the garage and then double park on a busy street to run back to the apartment and deposit the key.

• Kevin (9/5): Spacious, well-equipped apartment very close to the city center - The apartment is very well-situated near a subway stop with a bakery and grocery store on the same block. It's close enough to the central train station that you can walk to there and then on to the downtown area without needing to take public transport. A good number of restaurants are in the area within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious with enough furniture to accommodate up to 4 people easily. Since we were staying there over Christmas when most stores and restaurants were closed, we especially wanted a well-equipped kitchen and dining area so that our family could cook meals and eat together. Fortunately that was the case here, and we had no trouble preparing several nice meals using the cooktop and oven. Additional appliances such as a water cooker and a toaster also came in handy. The well-lit bathroom had two large sinks with lots of storage. The shower setup was a little odd (curtain about halfway across a tub made it a little cramped), but there was plenty of hot water. The bedroom has a lot of closet space which was great to have since we were there for over a week. The sleeper sofa in the living room worked well and was pretty comfortable. The room had a large TV with quite a few available channels and a radio unit that we used to listen to local radio and play music from our phones. The small elevator worked fine for us, although most of the time we simply took the stairs. The unit is in a building with a number of offices above and below. It was very quiet when we were there, but even at a busier time there would be little noise, especially in the evening. The owner was responsive when we had some questions. The clothes dryer didn't work.

• Hallgeir (8/5): Good appartment in central München - Localisation.Size and equipment The 3rd bed in the living room is (of course) of secondary quality compared to the main bedroom. So I would not recommend being more than 2 in the appartment.

• Hallgeir (10/5): Exceptional - Nice spacy flat in central town. 10 min walk from Hauptbahnhof. Grocery/supermarket next door.
• Lars (7/5): Good - perfectly functional, if a tad expensive. having to pay additionally on arrival for air-conditioning which is available only in the bedroom (and a flatrate at that, irrespective of the extent of use) wasn't exactly great. the bed wasn't quite right when i arrived and on the second evening, without my doing anything i haven't done in innumerable beds before, it effectively collapsed, making the rest of the stay pretty uncomfortable. given i wasn't there for long, i couldn't be bothered to make a fuss—only to be told afterwards that i would be invoiced for the damage (which i obviously refused to go along with). as a result the landlord is punishing me by refusing to provide a proper invoice for the stay itself. in short: all a bit dodgy.
