- Aleš (9/5): Ubytování všem doporučuji. Pan domácí byl velice příjemný a ochotný. - Pěkná, klidná a bezpečná lokalita. V okolí je spousta obchodů, jen pár minut chůze. Dostupnost veřejné dopravy je plně vyhovující. Autobus 2-3 minuty chůze a S-Bahn do 15 minut. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné a čisté, plně vybavené. Otevírání vstupních dveří bylo možné buď kódem nebo klíčem. Parkování na pozemku domu před garáží (ne za plotem) bylo bez problémů. Zmínil bych snad jen rozkládací pohovku, která dost vrže i při sebemenším pohybu. Kdo má neklidné spaní, asi bude budit spolubydlící ve vedlejším pokoji. Jinak je měkká a leží se na ní celkem příjemně.

- Wojciech (9/5): Great place to visit berlin - Big clean appartment with bedroom, "living room" and kitchen. Tram to center 5min from app, s-bahn 10min by foot. You need however 30-40min to get to the center. Quiet neighborhood. Good wifi. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Kitchen very well equipped. You really have everything you need for even longer stay. I strongly recommend this place. The sofa in "living room" is short and not for two people (we took air mattress with us for the fourth person - there is enough place for it). The app was quiet but first night after arrival, when we were really tired, there was an all night long party in the neighborhood - and we couldn't sleep... But it didn't happen again during our 1 week stay.

- Tea (9/5): It worth its price - Nice, clean place, a nice and safe neighborhood. Our host was kind and didn't disturb me, just offered help if we needed it (we didn't need it). The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen are well-equipped. It is not far from the center (20 minutes by car, 50 minutes by tram). Only one thing: the bed in the living room was not too comfortable.

- Tomasz (9/5): Superb - very good location in a quiet part of East Berlin. the distance to s7 bahn is 10 min walk, with train is to 30 min. to reach center The apartment is fully equipped with great comfort. We spent there 6 nights and we find this place very comfortable. If I visit Berlin again I'll consider Fink accommodation again. 1. hot tub, filling it needs some attention. in the middle, cold water starts to fly (tested 3 times) maybe it's a matter of season? 2. sofa bed in the living room creaks terribly. even children 6-10 years old could be heard in the bedroom
