• Vlad Maslennykov (10/5): - Это уже не в первый раз когда мы что-то снимаем в Германии, но это в первый раз, когда место проживания не имеет длинного списка абсурдных правил проживания, что очень обрадовало. Так же очень хорошо, что хозяева не пытались вмешиваться в приватность с избыточным контролем, как это обычно происходило в Германии. Некоторые вещи требуют ремонта + не было отопления в комнате приёма пищи, хозяева там осталавили тепловентелятор, но он сгорел после пары часов работы.

• Greetje (8/5): - Appartement is prima en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bovenstaande vinden wij wel een serieus aandachtspunt Alles was prima, maar de stoelen zitten echt niet lekker een bank met wat comfortabele stoelen bij de eettafel zou erg prettig zijn.
• Anja (10/5): Berlin Berlin , wir waren da 😉 - Wir hatten zu siebent ( 6 Erwachsene , 1 Kind ) ein paar wunderschöne Tage . Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden , für uns war es perfekt .
• Tarja (6/5): En yöpyisi uudestaan - Sijainti oli ok, aamiaista ei ollut tarjolla majoituspaikan puolesta, mutta kauppa oli lähellä ja tarvikkeet aamiaisen valmistamiseen ja nauttimiseen löytyivät. Tilat oli mitä luvattiin, mutta yleisnäkymä kulahtanut ja osin nuhruinen. Yhdestä pöytälampusta oli johto kuoriutunut ja sain siitä sähköiskun. Vessapaperia oli jätetty puoli rullaa 7 hengelle kahdeksi päiväksi. Suihkusaippua puuttui. Vaikka uloskirjautuminen oli klo 11.00, omistaja pommitti sähköpostilla, watsupilla ja tekstiviestein, koska poistumme asunnosta, jotta saa sen siivota.
• Ana (9/5): Kann man gut unterkommen. - Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar und man kann sein Fahrzeug gut abstellen. Im Souterrain ist es relativ frisch und dunkel.

• Andreas (3/5): Nicht nochmal.... - Es war sehr dreckig und das Inventar stark verbraucht... Beim Blick aus dem Fenster schaute man auf einen Sperrmüllhaufen.... Der Grill war bei Ankunft voller Kippen... Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand der "Kellerwohnung".
• VHF (10/5): Odlična nastanitev blizu javno-prometnih povezav in z velikim udobjem. - Bližina avtobusne postaje in nasploh povezave javnega prometa do centra, bližina samopostrežne trgovine- vse hitro dostopno peš. Gostitelj se je potrudil, da nam je zagotovil rezervni ključ , ko smo se po nesreči zaklenili ven in pozabili ključe v stanovanju. Res hvala še enkrat za prijaznost. Odlično je tudi to, da ima nastanitev svojo teraso. Terasa bi bila lahko bolje očiščena in zelo dobrodošla bi bila kakšna streha za senco. V kopalnici bi nam bila v banji bolj všeč kabina namesto zavese. Nic od tega ni odločilno vplivalo na naše počutje, zato bi z veseljem ponovno rezervirali.

• Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional - I have stayed in a few apartments while in Germany, this 1 had the best facilities like towels, hairdryer, enough plates and glasses. There is no parking unfortunately a common occurrence in Germany and there is no washing machine

• Matthias (8/5): Very good - Plenty of space and beds. Clean house. Very convenient to get into home as landlord messaged how to get in. TV in each of the three bedrooms. The dining area had its own space and could seat up to eight people at the table. The location was great, very close to grocery store, not far from public transit. Electric shutters on the windows great to keep out bugs if window is open, great to keep light and heat out in summer, though we visited in winter. Heating worked well and home was quite a comfortable temperature when we arrived home each evening. Doorway to the dining area is low, as the room is a step lower than the rest of the house. I and my son bumped our heads a few times on that door frame. The microwave didn't work very well, I had it on max power, and it seemed to heat the plate or bowl more than the food on the dish; its probably time to upgrade.
• Andrey (2/5): You won 't recommend it to the enemy either - There is a supermarket nearby Photos of these apartments were taken using additional lighting by a professional photographer. In fact, this is a basement without heating. The only battery is in the dining room. It was quite dirty - a stain on the bed sheet (hope it was a chocolate bar), dirty windows. It is unclear why they took the money for cleaning, probably to clean up after us, but then why did they forget to take it from the previous residents? One window did not open due to a broken roller shutter. There are a lot of beds and probably the owner of the apartments assumed that we would sleep in another room, but there is a very small window and little natural light. Sockets coming out of the walls, strange cloth-covered and locked doors. A dead set of knives, a scary-looking, broken ashtray in the terrace area of the house. Of course, we did not expect this at all, judging by the description and photos on this site.
