La persona que nos recibió, Florian, muy amable, nos dejo café y papel higiénico de sobra, las sabanas y toallas muy cuidadas y limpias. Tiene un balcón muy agradable, la zona es buena y esta bien conectado con el transporte. Ah! Y tiene ascensor ☺️
• Franziska (9/5): Stilvolles Loft in ruhiger Lage - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern war stets positiv, schnell und zuverlässig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung jederzeit zu finden gewesen. -
• Bojana (10/5): Amazing!!!! - This property was extremely well kept, it was very spacious, the host was amazing at providing the necessary items and pointing out restaurants in the area. It is very close to the center of the city and you have an aldi right across the street from you.
• Torben (7/5): Fint ophold generelt, fik set meget af det vi ville i Berlin i denne omgang - Meget rent, lå virkelig godt, tæt på offentligt transport ca. 500 m fra stationen. Kunnegodt være noget mere service og ikke kun til 4 mand. Sengen kunne godt bruge ben så man ikke nærmest lå på gulvet. Sovesofa burde få nye madrasser, var virkelig slidte.

• m.k.w. (5/5): Schlechte Schlafsituation aber top Lage. Zu teuer für schlecht schlafen - Die Lage Der Blick war phaenomanal. Die Kueche ist top ausgestattet auch eher nur für 3 leute +es gab sogar Cafepulver Top mit der Spülmaschine :) Tolles modernes Umfeld mit vielen Speise und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Öffis 8 Minuten entfernt. Der Männergeruch (vor allem im Bett) Das sehr niedrige Bett ..unkomfortabel Die sehr schmalen Klappliegen bei denen man trotz doppelter Decke als Unterlage die Federn spuert Die Wohnung ist für 2 junge Leute mit Kind - auf keinen Fall für 4 leute. (Es gab z.b. Weingläser auch nur 3 Stück) Die Wohnung ist überall wie vom Mann bewohnt. Wir hatten eine neutrale Ferienwohnung erwartet. Nur 2 Balkonstühle, kein Balkontisch. . Kein Wetterschutz. Nachts (durch die tollen großen Fenster) auf der Mondseite sehr hell, durch fehlende Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten.

Comoda la presenza della lavatrice e del balcone per stendere i panni e godersi il panorama. Quartiere tranquillo. Nonostante la gentilezza dello staff, il check in è stato effettuato in ritardo perché la casa non era ancora pronta. Nella prenotazione era indicato parcheggio gratuito sotto casa ma l’appartamento si trova dentro la green area pertanto per accedere, circolare e parcheggiare serve il green ticket che va acquistato in precedenza e nei centri autorizzati a cui bisogna indicare la targa dell’auto: non proprio semplice per i turisti stranieri

Personalul dragut Curatenie Balcon cu o vedere superba Ma asteptam sa fie separat dormitorul de living dar a fost o camera mare despartita de un perete. Paturile pliante pt doua persoane au fost inconfortabile iar patul dublu avea salteaua prea moale.

• Tetiana (10/5): Nice spacy appartment - The apartment is one large space devided by the bathroom into two parts. There's a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and gives useful advice. It's 5 minutes walk from a tram and SBahn - so, it's easy to get to any point in Berlin. For those who have issues with sleep: consider that there's a railway right under the bedroom windows, so it's qiute noisy. Also, parking is free near the house, but you need German green sticker - take care.
• Antonio (9/5): Superb - Great host, Florin, who met with us at the property and told us about great locations in the neighbourhood and in Berlin. Great location - close to tram and S-Bahn stations, but also relatively quiet. Easy to find a parking spot on the street, and its free (but you will need a Umweltplakette, as the appartment is at the edge of the Berlin green zone) The apartment is very spacious - we were 4 people, and we had enough room. The window curtains aren't the greatest, but they get the job done.

• Hocking (10/5): Lovely stay - wish I could stay longer! - Spacious and comfortable apartment with nice balcony and view of neighbourhood. Quiet area but close to good cafes and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and good washing machine. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accomodating and provided excellent suggestions of places to visit in the area.

• Mo (7/5): Great apartment with amenities but the wifi is really bad - The apartment was really nice and spacious. It was super clean and taken care of. It had all the necessary amenities and was very convenient The wifi is really bad; dont rely on it if you want to have video calls for work for example The extra foldable beds are super uncomfortable, maybe worth replacing them with a double sofa bed.
• Ghassan (9/5): Big, nice, functional. - The owners are helpful and they answer you directly, big studio apartment functional, near the public transportation 8 minutes walk, we are two adult two children, we felt comfortable. The billows could be better. Only that the rest are good.
• Laust (8/5): Great location if you are traveling by car - Great NY-style place with a lot of light. We traveled with three kids by car and finding a parking spot right outside the entrance was no problem. Also Aldi was right across the street, which made grocery shopping easy. Close to playgrounds and walking to the hot-spot in Friedrichshain was doable with the kids. hmmm - If you're looking for doors to close, there is NO doors in this place. I like being with my family, so I loved it, but the oldest teenage son would have preferred his own room. Also more kitchen ware would have been nice, since we traveled with three kids - but we managed.
