• Regina (4/5): Nie mehr wieder. - Die Lage Sauberkeit – es war schmutzig, Schmutzränder in den Fliesen, Spinnweben von der Decke hängend, Schubladen fehlten, Wasserkocher war außen mit heftigen Schmutzflecken, etc.

• Quinn (5/5): Decent location. - Location was decent. Within walking distance to most things. Apartment was fairly clean. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The apartment had a strange smell that clung to our clothes and belongings even after we left. WiFi didn’t work.
• Vera (5/5): Difficult communication, smoky, bad mattress, but good location. - The location was perfect, the appartment itself was nice. The bathroom was nice and clean. I got a meeting point by email before arrival, but upon arrival no one was there. They did not reply to my texts or emails and when I called the other person only spoke German which I do not understand. It took 30 minutes before someone called me in English telling me to go to the address of the appartment itself. The person there also didn't speak English. The appartment smelled very smokey. And the mattress was really uncomfortable.

• Martina (8/5): Gute Lage aber wirklich minderwertige Wohnung - Die Lage zur Innenstadt Die Ausstattung 1 Topf, 1 Pfanne , Schublade fehlt in der küchenzeile, Stühle sehr wackelig, Klodeckel zersprungen, kaum Geschirr, kein Trockentücher und die Krönung ist das Kriechschlafzimmer, man müss wirklich gebückt ins Bett gehen da die Deckenhöhe nur 1.50 Meter beträgt. Also ich kann das nicht empfehlen

• Tily (1/5): Ich habe in diesem Apartment nicht übernachtet. Der Zustand war absolut unzumutbar – extrem schmutzi - Die Lage Bewertung: 1 von 10 – Absolut unzumutbar Ich habe das Apartment über Booking.com gebucht und den Schlüssel von einer älteren Dame erhalten, die selbst sagte, dass ihr der Zustand peinlich sei. Und das solcheDas Apartment war extrem schmutzig: ein kaputtes Sofa statt eines Betts, dreckige und riechende Bettwäsche, Urinflecken auf dem Boden der Toilette, eine verschmutzte Dusche, alte fleckige Vorhänge und nur eine minimale Ausstattung (1 Handtuch, 1 Duschgel, eine kleine Rolle Toilettenpapier). Oben lagen zwei Matratzen auf Holzpaletten – keine richtigen Betten. Der Besitzer war zunächst sehr unfreundlich und wurde erst ruhiger, als ich ankündigte, den Zustand zu melden. Seine Ausrede, Oktoberfest-Gäste hätten alles zerstört, ist unglaubwürdig. Die Unterkunft entspricht in keiner Weise den Fotos bei Booking.com und ist eine Zumutung. Ich habe das Apartment sofort verlassen und mir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Booking.com hat mir nach Überprüfung den Betrag vollständig erstattet. Ich rate dringend von einer Buchung ab.

• Schulze (2/5): Absolut dreckig, nicht zu empfehlen ! - Die Lage , mehr gibt es nicht ! Sowas von dreckig und ekelhaft. Überall spinnenweben und dreck. Die Dusche war absolut widerlich und die küchenausstattung hat mir komplett den Rest gegeben. Alles dreckig schmierig , alt , verrostet, gammelig. Und dann 500€ für 2 Nächte (wiesnzeit) außerdem kam ich erst um 19 Uhr ins Zimmer. Absolute Katastrophe. Ein Glück habe ich noch ein anderen Zimmer gefunden. Eine Nacht war mehr als genug dort. Schämt euch dafür , echt ! Peinlich.. man sieht es auch in den anderen Kommentaren.. es könnte ein wirklich süßes Apartment sein. Bitte lasst es vernünftig reinigen !

• Rabbia (5/5): 2/5 for me. 1 for customer service and 2 for location. - The location as it is central. That was one of the reason and the apartment in the pix look pretty reasonable. The cleanliness ( there were small bugs in the apartment, spider webs on the ceilings, the mop used or however the apartment was cleaned was smelly I believe that’s why as soon as you enter the apartment it was smelly). The portable aircon has no exhaust duct for hot air making it impossible to use as the whole apartment will heat up.
• Yves (6/5): Central et près du parc de Munich donc très plaisant - J'avais donné mon heure d'arrivée, il a été très compliqué de récupérer les clefs. Il a été nécessaire de contacter Booking. Donné pour deux chambres mais de fait un petit studio avec une mezzanine bricolée.
• Linus (7/5): nice place but not worth the full price in current status/cleanliness level - The terrace was very nice, lots of places to sleep and downstairs is very spacious. Had to wait on the property owner for half an hour at a different location which was annoying. The property itself is not super clean, lots of spiders and spiderwebs which wouldn’t be that bad but there also was a dead spider in the downstairs bed and some alive ones inside the couch. The TV is weirdly placed and not really comfortable to watch. It’s kinda echoing and you can hear if there are other occupants next door. A few rugs and maybe doormats would help against the echo and also in front of the terrace door (inside) to clean/place your shoes when you were outside.
• Bettina (2/5): Vorzeitiger Checkout, nicht zu empfehlen! - Zentrale Lage Das „Bett“ des kleineren Appartements ist eine völlig durchgelegene Klappcouch, auf der Galerie befinden sich statt vernünftiger Betten 2 Luftmatratzen auf Lattenrosten. Sehr laute Lage, da das Fenster direkt zur Hauptstraße geht.

UNA HABITACION donde hay una planta de arriba QUE NO CABES DE PIE y oyes a los de abajo respirar. Un despropósito, es como un loft que han puesto un pladur para hacer de planta de arriba y otro pladur para hacer una parte de abajo (que se convierte en una sauna)

No wifi at all though it was stated there was. No where to sit and it was unclean (big spider webs in bathroom, hair everywhere especially in the loft area, kitchen had water bottle with cooking oil and bottle had hair stuck to the bottle. No wifi made it difficult to plan daily travel plans. We could not cook there as there was no where to sit and eat. Forced us to eat out.

• Larner (1/5): Good location, but lot of property faults should have been checked up by the management prior. - I liked the location. There was a handy pharmacy and a grocery store. The underground and the trams were accessible.It was an easy walk into Englischer Garten. WE asked for two bathrooms and were only given one. The upstairs ceiling on the mezzanine floor was too low. Two of the four garden chairs are broken, and the garden is overgrown and is a trip hazard. Also one of the safety rails in the bedroom in the loft is broken and serves as a safety hazard . If a child is staying up there, then it could easily fall through onto the concrete floor below. There is no mirror in the bathroom, bare electrical wires are exposed and the toilet seat is insecure. We cannot get the big tv to work in the lounge onto any channel and if we press the YouTube button on the tv remote then it shows the channel is locked to another person. Also we get poor reception on the little tv in the bedroom. Some channels are not possible. We had been trying for several days so it is not a temporary problem.

Upper floor very, very low; have to hunch down (open concept). Bedroom in lower floor very small for 2 beds. Apartment not well kept; dirty. No windows in rooms, no air circulation. Only 3 chairs for 4 guests. Old sheets. Dirty stove, kitchen drawers, floors, walls. No lamps; if sleeping in upper room chandelier that lights up kitchen-living room area must be turned off so people are not disturbed by the light. So living room and kitchen is in total darkness. To avoid.

• Allen (1/5): I won't come back - Good WiFi, good location, spacious The property was dirty. I had to clean the table before using it as it was sticky and so was the floor. The main issue is that the door to the garden didn't work so it couldn't be opened. This meant there was no ventilation at all so the whole place smelt musty. I specifically booked this place so I could have the outside space and wasn't informed that it wasn't available.

• Geoffrey (7/5): Good price for place to sleep in quiet, central location. - Located in central but quiet area of Lehel. Very good for a short visit to Munich. Price very reasonable for location. Kitchenette just has hotplates, no oven at all, not even a microwave. (2 of the beds are on a mezzanine level, where the ceiling is not full height. Wasn't an issue for me as I was on my own, but these are best suited to children).

• Matan (7/5): Praktisch for our needs. - great location and nice garden terrace to sit in. very basic but ok for mid aged or younger people. we couldn't pay a lot, traveling for work. bathroom clean and modern. the upper floor beds in the Gallery are open to the living space so if one person downstairs wakes up before the others, it wakes everyone up. would be helpful if the Appartement would advertised as a loft with an open sleeping gallery (not of standing hight) and a closed sleeping space on the ground floor (windowless). We needed 2 pairs of keys and they’ve recently lost one so we only had 1 and it was trouble. I would have appreciated at least to see some intention of sorting this out by for example offering some compensation from the side of the host that was in general very friendly.

• Jenny (8/5): nice stay thank you - good location and good communication from the owners, clean and tidy room with some home touches was perfect for what we needed. the room has been converted to add a double room up some steep ladders, which made it fairly cramped as it’s only a small room.
• Katie (1/5): The whole experience and how were were treated was terrible. - Shocking!! Host did not turn up!! Our flight arrived in Munich at 3.30pm, we caught a bus and a taxi to the apartment and had advised that our arrival time would be between 4-5pm . The check-in instructions were that someone will meet you on location with a Call Host option. We arrived at location, it was cold, dark and raining. No one showed up!! We called several times with no avail. After over 2 hours waiting we decided to book a hotel at great expense as it was last minute and during the Christmas Markets!! Finally at 7pm Tom, the host called to say he had been in a business meeting. We informed him that we had given up waiting and booked elsewhere and requested a refund. Tom turned very nasty on the phone, shouted that I would not get a refund (€448.89) and hung up on me! We are now waiting for Booking.com to help us get our money back.
