• Sósikné Jagodics (8/5): Ár-érték arányban megfelelő - Tágas, két hálószobás apartman. Négyen kényelmesen elfértünk benne. Ágyak is kényelmesek. A hálószobák a kertre néznek, így csendesek voltak. Kb. 10 perc sétára van a metró és a villamos, amivel könnyen el lehet jutni bárhova. A lakásban cigifüst szag volt, ami elég kellemetlen, szellőztetéssel próbáltunk ezen javítani.
• Jan (10/5): Große Wohnung in perfekter Lage - Sehr gute Ausstattung und super Kommunikation! Die Lage ist super, nur einen kurzen Laufweg von der Haltestelle Warschauer Straße entfernt und die Nähe zur Uber Arena ist sowieso unschlagbar. Das Große Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist ein hingucker und man hat sehr viel Platz, selbst zu 4.

• Jasmin (8/5): Unterkunft sauber und in sehr guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft & gute Kommunikation Das Bad könnte bisschen mehr dekoriert werde, da es bisschen kühl wirkt, eine Steckdose müsste ausgetauscht werden & der Lichtschalter im Bad springt immer auf Anschalten
• Silke (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut: Anbindung Bus, S-Bahn und U-Bahn perfekt. Die Betten/Matratzen sind wirklich gut! Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet und ist deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Es fehlen Schlüssel für das Bad und ein 2. Paar für den Eingang.

• Tatiana (9/5): - Wir haben Übernachtung wegen einem Konzert in Uber-Arena gebucht. Die Nähe zur Arena ist super. In nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kostenloser oder günstiger Parkplatz ist ein Problem, das wir sehr unterschätzt haben. Haben im Arena-Parkhaus für 35€/24Std geparkt. Für 2 Nächte sind es 70€ geworden. Es war aber billiger als auf der Straße im Wohngebiet. Wer aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel anreist, dürfte keine Probleme haben. Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarerer Nähe. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind auch um die Ecke.

• Belen (8/5): Estadia en Berlin! - Muy buena ubicación. El área de ducha nos resultó incomoda y un poco peligrosa.
• Susanne (7/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt - Die Wohnung ist großzügig - viel Platz für 4 Personen. Sie ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet , aber es fehlt an nichts! Sie ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um Berlin zu entdecken - Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist die Uber-Arena - optimal für einen Konzertbesuch. Was ich schön fand: hier pulsiert das Leben, aus der Tür raus, viele Clubs, viele junge Menschen. An der Spree entlang einen Abendspaziergang machen, oder sich ans Ufer setzen... Toll war auch die Pizzeria La Cesta, in 4 Min. Entfernung (lecker und tolles Ambiente), und eine Bäckerei (Ebenso 4 Min, an der anderen Ecke), mit wirklich leckerem Backwerk, wir haben dort morgens lecker gefrühstückt. Trotz Nichtraucher-Wohnung liegt ein Geruch nach kaltem Rauch vor - entweder war es früher die Wohnung eines Raucher, oder nicht alle Gäste halten sich an das Rauchverbot. Das empfanden wir alle als etwas unangenehm- in Schälchen Kaffeepulver aufgestellt hat die Situation verbessert.

• Krisztián (9/5): It was great for our weekend trip. - The place was easy to find, Many places to go nearby, The river was 200m from the apartmant. Many shops and markets in 1km radius. Big rooms, cozy flat. Everything was great.

• Yordan (8/5): Very pleased with the amenities overall! - Well kept and super clean, the beds are very comfortable and there’s connections to every part of the city nearby. The bathroom had no key or locking mechanism.

Overall, a reliable choice for a hassle-free accommodation experience. A few improvements could enhance the experience, like additional towels, a couple of tea bags, or instant coffee for weary travelers.

• Aniek (9/5): Superb - it was very close to the mercedes-benz arena so it’s the perfect place to stay if you’re attended a concert there! it gets very hot very quickly and because it’s on the ground floor we didn’t feel safe leaving a window open.

• Ben (9/5): Comfy spacious apartment in a convenient location - The beds were great, the mattresses were very comfortable and the bed was long so plenty of space. The bathroom was very spacious, the shower was a good temperature and had good pressure too. The lounge/kitchen space was lovely, they had all of the facilities that we needed for cooking our own food and there was plenty of relaxation space. Every person's set of towels was a different colour or pattern which was a nice touch, it meant that we did not need to worry about who was using each towel - much easier than when every towel is white! The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the Berlin Wall remains at the East Side Gallery. There is a U-bahn/S-bahn/tram station within 10 minutes walk, so getting to the centre of Berlin and the airport were both very straightforward. It did get quite hot and stuffy even though it was only March. We had to have the windows open almost all the time that we were at the apartment otherwise it was too hot in bed at night. For some reason the fridge was unplugged when we arrived so it did take a few hours before it was actually cold enough for us to use.

• Ayesha (7/5): good location and private flat - the cooking equipment provided was good and beds were comfortable. unfortunately the sofa on the left was broken, when u sit on it the leg drops and it was just balancing for ‘show’ but wasn’t usable. also in one bedroom there were no blackout curtains
