• Norbert Weber (2/5): Völlig enttäuscht - Die Lage ist gut, nahe zum Fluß , nahe zur U-Bahn und zur City West 1.)Zuerst wurde ohne Ankündigung eine Kaution von eiern Firma abgebucht mit der ich keinen Vertrag hatte. Ich hatte direkt über booking.com gebucht und auch dort wurde nicht auf eine Kaution hingewiesen. (Ist weder bei booking noch z.b. bei AirBnB üblich). 2.) Das so genante Bett war eine Schlafcouch, die ausgeklappt wurde und deren Querstreben so hart sind, dass ich dort nicht schlafen konnte. Ein richtiges Bett (außer die Stockbetten) gab es nicht. 3.) Am Samstag morgen um ca. 8.40 Uhr stand ohne zu klopfen oder zu klingeln plötzlich ein Reinigungskraft im Raum. Mein Sohn war seit dem völlig verängstigt. 4.) Das Badezimmer, insbesondere der Duschvorhang und die Decke waren verschimmelt (siehe Bilder)

• Paola (5/5): La gestione del soggiorno da parte di Arbio è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. - Non c'era colazione Ho prenotato un "letto matrimoniale" e l'unica camera da letto, piccola e stretta, aveva soltanto due letti singoli a cuccetta. Il divano letto era letteralmente sfasciato e nonostante otto telefonate e molti messaggi NON ho avuto le lenzuola per il divano letto. Ho parlato con dieci persone diverse, e nessuna ha risolto il problema.

• Marina (7/5): - La taille du studio, le lit était super confortable, la douche très bonne, cuisine complète. En arrivant, la porte automatique ne marchait pas et j'ai du attendre longtemps pour entrer... L'internet n'a pas marché du tout !! (Ou au moins quelques heures en arrivant...) ça m'a posé beaucoup de problème comme j'étais là pour des études et travaille. Aussi, il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux...
• Lykash (9/5): - The apartment is very warm and comfortable. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness — the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. There is hot water as well. Everything you need for a comfortable stay can be found in this apartment. For those who might not figure out how to lock the door from the inside, there are clear instructions with a QR code — everything worked perfectly.

• Adam (1/5): Bad - I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite returning the room in perfect condition, they refused to return my deposit, which os unaccept able! Additionally, I was never informed about parking options, which resulted in me paying much more than necessary. This lack of communication and fairness has left me frustrated, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable, lots of space, pretty cool in hot weather, well equiped for a short stay for family with children. A separate like for location. I liked the district very much, U-bahn is close, and the round S-bahn station is not far as well. The automatic lock at the door didn't works for us.
• Michał (5/5): Passable - good localisation, close to Ubahn and charlottenburg schloss late and unsufficient checkin guide, the description lacks information that the entrance is directly from the street, there were noisy construction works in the building, the windows are dirty. No heating at all, we were informed about it on the day of our arrival but still it was cold and wet.
