• Geraldiny (8/5): Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, en schoon en rustig verblijf. - Ruim en comfortabel, aan zeer rustige binnenplaats. Kleine keuken, maar voldoende voor gebruik. Dichtbij Karl Marxstrasse (metro en winkels). We konden onze bagage al vroeg brengen. Er was iemand bezig de deur te openen voor ons, maar dat lukte niet. Toen kregen we een overnachting in hotel Comenius aangeboden, dat was top. Vervoer werd verzorgd. Volgende dag met taxi naar appartement, zeer goed geregeld. Verlichting in appartement was vooral 1 grote plafonniere. De enige schemerlamp (niet verplaatsbaar) stond in een hoek waar je er niet veel aan had. Binnenkomst bij stofzuiger, vegers en schoonmaakartiklen was minder gezellig, maar eenmaal binnen was dit uit het zicht.

• Maria (10/5): Spacious apartment and excellent location! - The apartment was great, very spacious and has everything you need and more! It is perfectly located, about 5 min walk from the U-Bahn and 15min walk from the S-bahn. The area where the apartment is located is very nice with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, oil and even laundry detergent in the accommodation. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and replied very quickly! Would definitely rebook :)

• Ulrich (5/5): Wenn man erst am dritten Tag den Hausschlüssel erhält und dann noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung! - Die Lage war für meine Zwecke gut geeignet Wir haben erst am dritten Tag nach mehreren Anfragen den Schlüssel für die Haustüre erhalten. Voerher mussten wir hoffen, dass andere Bewohner uns reinlassen. Die Schlüsselbox von der Straße her ist falsch beschriftet / Kühlschrank war stark vereist / Wasserkocher total verkalkt / Im Kaffeekocher dichter Schimmel auf altem Kaffee / Mehrfachstecker mit Panzertape verbunden / Im Waschbecken kein Ablaufventil, sondern nur ein gähnendes Loch: wenn da etwas reinfällt, ist es weg / die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist ungenau: „Zimmer mit Verbindungstür“ meint vermutlich den dünnen Vorhang in dem Wanddurchbruch zwischen dem "Schlafzimmer" und dem "Wohnzimmer" – und dafür eine saftige Reinigungsgebühr … Nie wieder! PS: Alles fotografiert, falls es Rückfragen gibt ...

• Keith (4/5): Would not recommend - Close to underground station Taxi found it difficult to find, no advice where the unit was, no light to access the key pad, bedroom could be a hazard to access bed, electrical connection piggy backed from multiple power boards, which is a fire hazard.

• EIrik (9/5): Great value! - Close to subway. And supermarkets. Very good price Fridge freezer, clothes washer cooking amenities. Bed was a bit "used" falling down mattress is not springy. Easy fix with a new bed. Location is not the neatest area but it's easy to get away.

• Fabio (8/5): Perfecto para 2 - El espacio es muy cómodo, estuvimos en tres y fue muy cómodo, pero serie perfecto para 2 para aprovechar del sofá. El baño muy grande y la ducha genial Algunos detalles faltan, es incómodo lavar los platos, faltan trapos para secarlo y donde poner los platos mojados. En la habitación tenía enchufes con cinta americana, un poco peligroso. El cierre con código tengo dudas sobre la seguridad.

• Rice (9/5): A very comfortable and spacious base in an interesting and safe neighborhood. - Meals not provided but kitchen was fully adequate for preparing breakfasts and lunches. It was a single two room apartment in a larger building where at least most other apartments had "permanent" tenets. All we met were friendly and helpful. the neighborhood itself is clearly trendy but appealing to local families and the "younger set" rather than tourists. Always felt safe and welcome. Apartment itself was a very spacious main room (by European hotel standards) and bed was very comfortable for two. although it filled much of the smaller bedroom. Shortcomings were minor, but in addition to a very comfortable couch (which apparently could have been made into a second bed, but we didn't need it), the main room could have had a second comfortable chair for sitting. Also, we were there in September, and when a couple cool wet days occurred, the heat came on, kept the apartment comfortable, but then was VERY difficult to turn down when it warmed up again. Need help to get it fixed,

There are many things around ( groceries like Lidl, Aldi, edeka market and many asian/ African groceries, restaurants and bars. ...) the location is perfect. The staff i communicated with all along was the best in all, very responsive and fast in it. Sheets were clean and ironed . Check-in n out is contactless. Free parking in front from 15.00 to 8 am. Overall it was fine, just the old state and the boiler system The building is old, so is the appartment. The system of water boiler was a shock, because after my husband showered, there was no hot water, so my kid and I showered with cold water😩😩,
