• Gj (9/5): Prachtlocatie voor het verkennen van Berlijn - Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is gelegen op een centraal punt, dichtbij supermarkten, restaurants en openbaar vervoer. De bedden en sanitair waren uitstekend en het was zeer schoon bij aankomst. Kortom, prima locatie voor een paar dagen Berlijn! Op het pand en de deur is graffiti aangebracht, wat de aanblik van buiten wat mistroostig maakt. Echter, in het appartement is het prima schoon en netjes ingericht. Die graffiti mag echter wel een keer verwijderd worden.

• Viorica (9/5): Spacious and cozy apartment in a nice location - The apartment is in a great condition, equipped with all necessities. Very bright and spacious. Finding a parking spot might be a bit challenging especially in the evening but it’s justified considering the location. Overall, we had a nice stay

Comfortable beds and well equipped with a lovely wet room/shower and delicious grind-to-cup coffee. Perfect for walking to all of central Berlin’s attractions. Quiet, laid-back neighbourhood with excellent cafes, bars, shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the property. It’s one of a few neighbourhood doors in central Mitte which retain legacy graffiti on the outside but this does not reflect the safe and laid back neighbourhood or indeed the interior of the building.

• Christian (9/5): Recommendation ! - Nice and clean apartment in Berlin Mitte. Easy check in and check out. Excellent location to all political and cultural sites. A bit pricey but that account for all accommodation in this area. Compared to others almost a steal. Ik can highly recommend this place The facade of the multi appartement property would need some new paint for a better first impression. However, the appartment itself is just beautiful and tastefully decorated

The managers were also very accomodating of our late check out request and were very quick to respond. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

• Litiog (7/5): Nice flat with some flaws - - big flat, fully furbished - very clean and everything looks new - convenient location in the Mitte neighborhood - shower is always getting stuck and water overflows - only one set of keys and the owner didn't want to give us the access code for no reason - pillows and materass not very comfy

Easy access to buses. Kitchen and washing machine were easy to use. It was very comfortable to stay here. By the way, the landlord is a handsome gentleman. He lives nearby and is always ready to solve problems for us. I look forward to staying at this apartment again. 都不错的

There were generous amenities and good instructions on how to best use the property. The Murphy bed in the front room was very stiff and not so comfortable to sleep on each night.

• Anna (9/5): Nice, spacious appartment in great location. - Very spacious flat on the ground floor: 2 big bedrooms with double beds both, huge living room with big sofa, small bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. i like very much modern design inside and lamps:-) Definitely to repeat. Noise - street noise and corridor noise, squeaking floor. Some sound-proofing solutions of the entrance- door may help.

It is located in a clean, safe residential neighborhood with easy access to major attractions by tram and subway and have good restaurants nearby. We liked that the place is spacious with a high ceiling. Also, we much appreciated the generosity and kindness from both hosts. One of the hosts Patrick offered and came to the airport to pick us up, when we asked for a taxi arrangement. The hosts gave us insightful travel tips, and was communicative and assisted us promptly. Thank you for hosting us, and we hope to see you again.
