- Brigitta (10/5): Charming mansion in a unique neighbourhood - The neighbourhood is stunning, with cobblestones and mansions, and it is really lovely to choose this accommodation in autumn. You can reach the Lichterfelde West railway station with a short walk. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and the Teltowkanal is also nearby, and it’s a lovely place for running and walking. The host is very helpful. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment for ten days, and it has some really lovely elements like the palace-style window and the loggia. There is also underfloor heating. I recommend this accommodation for two people who want separate bedrooms or for a small family with one or two kids. The coffee could have been better (granulated instant coffee).
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

- Agata (10/5): - The appartment was very propery prepared for us. Sheets and towels vere provided. Same with hair dryier in the toilet and all the kitchen supplies.
Moreover, the apartment is in the basement so it stays chill even in a hot weather, that we experience during our stay in Berlin. No wasching maschine, but some laundry servises are avaiable in the area.
- Samuel (6/5): Pleasant - Towels provided by request. Supposed to Bring your own.
Quiet Street
Neighborhood architecture was stunning Defined contactless experience
Apartment felt cold even with heat
No place to relax. Basically kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bath.
No personality to the apartment
- Nicole (9/5): Quiet, clean, feels like home. - Super quiet That towels were not provided and that it was quite expensive, as it’s not a hotel, no services.
- Slav (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, good location, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only one thing - the doors to the rooms are not closing fully for privacy.
- Oliver (9/5): Superb -
- Charles (4/5): Accommodation just adequate, but wouldn't return. - The residential location, very quiet. Apartment was warm and comfortable. Difficulty contacting host and obtaining entrance code. No towels provided, which was not stated when booking. No electric kettle. Dangerously steep stairs up to bedroom and bathroom. Very basic kitchen and bathroom facilities. 20-minute walk to nearest supermarket and shops. No contact with host.
- Ákos (9/5): Worth for the cost. - Good location, good price, large apartment, equipped kitchen, table and chairs, fridge. More soap in the bathroom would have been better.
- Johannes-jochen (3/5): I wouldn't go there again. - Location was okay for us due to closeness to family, but far away from the city center (ca. 1 hour by bus). Refrigerator too small; stair way too steep, not for people with walking issues; no soap and no towels provided.
- Nádasy (10/5): Great place to stay on your Berlin visit - Lichterfelde is a really safe and beautiful neighborhood with intresting houses like Lilienthalschlösschen itself. We stayed at the Gardenapartment on the gruondfloor, which had a seperate entrance with easy access and good privacy. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It was a really comfortable place to stay. Parking was free infront of the house and the S-bahn was just about a 15 minutes walk. All in all Potsdamer platz is reachable in about 40 minutes. The apartment was a bit on the smaller size.
- Françoise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Felix (8/5): Very good -
- Ross (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (9/5): Superb - Location easy to find and to get to other places, furnishings very pretty, easy to enter and exit, very quiet. Internal stairs are very narrow and steep. Very basic kitchen -- fine for 2 nights when we were out with friends, but any more would be inconvenient.
- David (10/5): Great stay in a comfortable setting for a family. - The owners were great and responsive, when we had a question they were able to provide a solution right away. We didn't like that we had to leave at the end of our trip.
- Tomas (10/5): Very charming and definitely coming back - The little castle ist so charming and wonderful that I will definitely come back anytime I will have business in Berlin. The neighborhood is quiet and has very beautiful villas, that makes walking very pleasant and full of personality. The rooms are comfortable, warm and clean, and the kitchen has almost everything you need. The owners should change the water heater + coffee maker (had mold)
- Heidi (8/5): Great location - Fabulous location. Pretty tree lined neighbourhood. Short walk to S Bahn. Beds comfortable and apartment nice a warm. Easy access to property with code lock. Shower nice and warm. Apartment is not the apartment in the photo so a little misleading. Sofa is a bench to the table and isn’t very comfortable after a long day exploring Berlin. Double room small so bed pushed up against the wall so have to climb in and out from the end of the bed, or climb over the other person.
- Artfc (8/5): Everything was ok. -
- Ilaria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mem (8/5): Very good -
- Gabor (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment with quiet location. 15minute walk from S train. The stairs were a little loud. There were no dark curtains and we could not find a beer opener.
- Andreas (7/5): It was okay, not luxurious. I wouldn't come again. - Everything was clean and cozy. New Furniture, quite complete. The area is quite. The Appartement is in the basement which is not shown in the advertisement. Therefore it has less light than expected. There are doors with a low lintel that tall people (especially at night) will eventually bang their heads on. It would be appropriate to make this transparent when agreeing the price.
- Johannes (9/5): Two Room Studio in quiet Residential Neighbourhood - Beautiful two room studio in extremely quiet Residential Neighbourhood. Perfect if you like it to Escape the City Lights for the Night. Charming Interieur, if a bit old-fashioned.
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Jo (9/5): Welcoming - We liked the location - lovely, leafy neighbourhood, good transport links and good restaurants nearby.
Outside seating was nice for relaxing and eating breakfast. Friendly cat!
Cool indoors, despite the heat outdoors. Living space was a bit small for family of four to relax in. Main bedroom only had room for (large comfy) double bed.
- Zuzana (9/5): Superb - Very nice and quiet place, 10 min walk to S Bahn station to the centre. Very pleasant owners. We were very satisfied.
- Michael (7/5): Great location and property. - It was clean. It is located outside of the city center.
Residential neighborhood. Recommend some maintenance on the outside of the building. Perhaps
painting.
- Kamil (10/5): An oasis of peace in lively Berlin - Very nice apartment with a „climate”, situated in a quiet, peaceful residential area. Walking distance to the S-bahn station and even shorter distance to the bus. Comfortable and representing great value for money for those who need a good sleep and peace during the night. Cleanliness was on good, not a great level
- Douglas (8/5): Very good -
- Sonja (8/5): Very good -
- Sanjay (4/5): Disappointing - wifi was not good, it was slow and not working at times. Amenities were not there, for e.g. iron press was not there, room sizes were too small
- Rebekka (10/5): pleasant quiet and cosy - super quiet and well equipped
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Nicolás (10/5): Just perfect! - Everything was perfect. I would say is the best apartment I have ever stayed in Europe. Perfect location, near to a train station, several shops and in a quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and everything in perfect order. Very friendly and communicative owner as well Nothing really. The accommodation is brilliant. I would totally recommend this apartment to any group of friends or family visiting Berlin.
- Bucci (8/5): A great location to stay near Freie Universität - Perfect location if you are planning a visit to the Dahlem Campus. The house is spacious and clean. The second bedroom (with two single beds) is small but nice and cosy. The host was very kind and prompt to accommodate my last-minute request, providing me with a hairdryer and an iron. He was also flexible with my check-in time. I would definitely recommend this place! :) Only drawback: the host does not provide towels or hand soap.
