• Jennifer (5/5): - Das Appartement war zum Schlafen ok. Die Lage war sehr gut. Mit der Essbahn (3. Station) sofort am Alexanderplatz. Leider war es dort sehr dreckig, Klebe Flecken auf dem Boden. Viel Staub, welchen wir noch zusammenkehren mussten. Viele Alltagsgegenstände waren defekt oder waren stark abgenutzt. Die Duschkabine war an den ersten zwei Tagen defekt (wir wurden von Vermieter am Ankunftstag darüber informiert). Diese wurde am dritten Tag repariert. Auch defekte Elektroartikel wurden auf Anfrage ausgetauscht. Die Parksituation mit dem Auto war nicht gut und teuer.

• Daniela (7/5): Zentral und zweckmäßige Unterkunft - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Wohnung lag im Hinterhaus und direkt an der Bahn. Angebunden und sehr ruhig. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief kontaktlos ohne Probleme. Der Wohnraum ist geräumig, es gab eine große Küchenzeile. Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Teil kaputt und fleckig. Zwei Töpfe mehr in verschiedenen Größen wären gut gewesen. Dafür gab es drei Pfannen - zwei davon kaputt. Im Schlafzimmer stehen zwei Hochbetten sehr eng zusammen, keine Möglichkeit von fünf Personen das Gepäck zu verstauen.

• beatrice (8/5): - Très bien situé, à 3 arrêts de tram de Alexanderplatz Le lit est bien confortable, la smart tv permet de regarder d'autres choses que la télé allemande La salle de douche est rénovée et bien ventilée Absence totale de lumière extérieure. Des gros rideaux couvrent les fenêtres, pour cacher en fait la vue deprimante d'un angle d'immeuble. Le lit est coincé dans un alcove de seulement 20 cm plus grand, ce qui rend l'accès plutôt pénible. Très peu d'espaces de stockage, et très peu d'espace en général, le réseau wifi fonctionne par intermittence.
• pieter (7/5): - Mooi appartement, grote living en voldoende kookfaciliteiten. Handige, vlotte toegang met code. Proper opgemaakte bedden en voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Goede ligging, niet ver van centrum. Koffiezet en haardroger waren defect. Diepvries moest dringend worden ontdooid, deur kon zelfs niet dicht omwille van het ijs! Verlichting in living was niet gezellig. Beter iets meer kleine wandverlichting voorzien.

• Alexander (6/5): Man fühlt sich wieder jung :) - Die Lage ist super, Verkehrsanbindung top. Der Alexanderplatz ist in wenigen Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder rund 20 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig, da in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Sauberkeit. Ich bin eigentlich nicht sonderlich pingelig, was das betrifft, aber wenn in meinem Gesamtpreis eine Reinigungsgebühr von 75,- EUR enthalten ist, dann erwarte ich auch, die Wohnung in einem angemessenen Zustand übergeben zu bekommen (denn meine Vorbewohner mussten die ja sicherlich auch zahlen). An den Vorhängen fanden sich undefinierbare Flecken, über die ich lieber nicht weiter nachdenken wollte, das Geschirr, Besteck, Backofen und das Innere der Schränke klebrig. Auch nicht so schön: An vielen Stellen befinden sich Warnschilder mit Hinweis auf horrende Strafen, sollte man gegen diese oder jene Hausregel verstoßen. Mit Hinweis auf eventuelle Lautstärke- und Videoüberwachung (letztere selbstverständlich nur in den öffentliche Bereichen). Das Ganze vermittelt so den Charme einer Jugendherberge, wofür ich mich eigentlich langsam zu alt fühle. Das Schlafzimmer, in dem auf wenigen Quadratmetern 5 Etagenbetten verteilt sind, rundet diesen Eindruck gut ab :) Übrigens: Wenn mal 1-2 Tage Luft zwischen den Vermietungen ist: Unbedingt mal das Eisfach abtauen! ;)

• Aldana (1/5): No vayan allí - Realmente solo puedo decir que la calefacción funcionaba bien . Ya que hacía mucho frío #NO RECOMENDADO# Más si van en familia ! Nunca pasé tan mala experiencia en un lugar así , fui en familia y el departamento que tiene mucho “potencial” tenía un olor que era insoportable. Gasté casi 30€ comprando aerosoles y perfumes para al menos pasar la noche ahí. La ducha, luego de usarla salía un olor muy muy fuerte. Exprese esta incomodidad desde el minuto que llegue al propietario y no me dio ninguna respuesta. Pagué más de 100€ la noche . Realmente la pasamos muy mal , fui con mi niña de 3 años . Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios , la cocina un asco el baño también. Pero el olor en general es muy fuerte. Berlín es una ciudad maravillosa, pero realmente esta estadía en este lugar restó demasiado porque nunca pudimos comer en la casa y bañarnos era el peor plan . Espero que no estafen a más nadie y Booking tome cartas en el asunto y controle a quienes habilitan en su plataforma. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!

La salle de bain est correcte. le chauffage fonctionne correctement. les photos ne sont pas conformes a la réalité, il y a beaucoup de bazar dans les coins. le ménage est fait partiellement, cela mériterait un ménage approfondi. équipement cuisine très sales, tringles de rideaux cassées, réparées avec du scotch. L'appartement n'est pas dans une résidence calme (passage en rdc, portes qui claquent, bruit du tram, travaux a 7h30 du matin). et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

• Michael (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip durchaus empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz. - Lage gut, Haltestelle Straßenbahn M4 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung ausreichend. Edeka, Biomarkt, Bäckerei und Metzgerei in unmittelbarer Umgebung (1-5 Minuten). Apartment im Souterrain. Möbel könnten neuer/hochwertiger sein. Bad/Dusche teilweise Schimmel. Zwar modernes TV mit MagentaTV, aber keine normalen Fernsehkanäle empfangbar.

• Karl-Heinz (1/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - nahe am Prenzlauer Berg, aber in stark befahrener Str gelegen Es war schmutzig, dunkel, vergitterte Fenster, laut und abgewohnt und muffig-seit ewigen Zeiten nicht gelüftet. Im Bad verschimmelt und schmutzig, Fön u Internet funktionierte nicht, im Fernsehen keine gängigen Sender empfangbar, alte völlig verkratzte schmuddelige Töpfe, die Küche schmutzig, Sitzkissen zerfleddert, kaputte (u zu wenige Handtücher), verschmutzte Bettwäsche. Die Eingangstür zum Innenhof liegt direkt an der FeWo und fällt immer mit lautem Knallen zu..Tag u Nacht! Die Wohnung liegt in einer dunklen Ecke eines Innenhofes u entspr dunkel ist sie. Verhänge können nicht zugezogen werden, da sie sonst abfallen ( nur an Clips befestigt).

Manteniment deficient - El millor de l'apartament és la ubicació, al barri de Prenzlauer Berg molt cèntric però tranquil, amb botigues, bars, restaurants i davant mateix d'una parada de tramvia que et connecta fàcilment amb Alexanderplatz Pel preu que ens han cobrat, el propietari hauria d'invertir una mica en manteniment: Poca llum en general (és un soterrani), per afaitar-me havia d'utilitzar la llanterna del meu smartphone. Tenen un problema de drenatge dels desaigües, quan et dutxes queda molta aigua que va evacuant lentament i se sent molta olor de claveguera. La calefacció no funcionava i hauria estat útil com mínim per eixugar les tovalloles. Un dels motius pels quals vaig reservar aquest apartament és perquè té terrassa, però just el dia abans d'arribar, el propietari m'envia un missatge dient que a la terrassa no es pot fumar ni beure. La cuina molt petita, poc pràctica. No hi ha microones, ni cafetera de càpsules, es troba a faltar una rentadora, encara que fos comunitària. Tampoc m'agradat el fet que quan reserves no saps exactament quin apartament llogues, a l'anunci surten fotos de diferents apartaments i fins que arribes al lloc no saps quin t'ha tocat. Alguns veïns sorollosos.

• Ettore (6/5): A place where will not return/book again - The location is very central and very close to the tram stop, comfortable beds and the choice not to have keys but to use codes to enter and exit the facility was excellent. My parents stayed in flat number 9, which appeared to be on the ground floor, but unfortunately it is ‘underground’ and was not indicated in the room description. My father has difficulty climbing stairs and this was not indicated. Flat also had a small garden, which in my opinion could be better maintained. The door to the building was a nightmare; it slammed very loudly during the day and at night (definitely something to improve). Perhaps the value for money should be reviewed considering the size of the flat.

Thanks to Markus, who provided me with all information and updates before my visit. The bathroom sink could be slightly bigger. The water in both the shower as well as the bathroom sink, drains very slowly that sometimes, it gets a little frustrating. The drainage system should be checked. The pillows and cushions could be better.

• Magali (1/5): Basement appartement for 5 persons - The location was perfect, near of public transport and everything (food, supermarket) around the corner I stayed with my family in an apparent that was on the basement, it was my fault not to read carefully, but if you are a claustrophobic person like me this is not a place for you, even if there were windows the feeling was not pleasent. The beds were dissapointig, all of them were super squeaky, if you are noise sensitive defently you will not be able to sleep. We have an issue with the toilet, we used 4 times and it got clogged, this happened in the middle of the night, there are signs that this can happend so it's a frequent problem (even if you use properly as we did). The only positive thing was that the owner gave us a solution and found a plumber able to fix it, but we were the whole morning without a toilette, this was a big big deal considering we were 5 persons. All in all was not a pleasent staying.
• Oleksandr (10/5): I highly recommend these apartments if you need a comfort stay in Berlin :) - I often travel using Booking and these were some of the best apartments I have ever booked. Especially considering the price/quality ratio. The room is very cozy, tidy and clean. The area around is also good, very close to public transport. Wi-Fi was too slow and sometimes even prevented my laptop from connecting to it. If I had relied on the Internet for this trip, it would have been a serious problem.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Good proximity to Alexander Platz, with trams right outside door. Mostly quite. Large comfortable bed in a large bed sit set up. Check-in with door codes etc easy to understand. Small but nice courtyard. Nice neighbourhood. Quite expensive for what it was., nothing really fancy and a bit tired. For the price paid a washing machine and a decent shower screen would have been good. No real space for clothes and TV only worked on occasion. Occasionaly woke up at night with other people coming and going and ringing door bell.

• David (8/5): Very good - This apartment was a clean and adequate place from which to launch into exploration of Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin generally. The host sent information about nearby facilities such as grocery stores and restaurants which was very helpful. The location was superb and the living room/ kitchen/dining area was comfortable. The basement apartment opened up onto a bicycle-filled courtyard which was charming and the corridor leading out to Greifswalderstraße was sweet and provided peace and privacy. The bathroom was clean and modern and the shower was first rate. Part of the problem was I didn't really understand exactly what I had booked. The pictures on-line were of a variety of different sized apartments and I thought I had booked one sufficient for the three of us: myself, my partner and her adult son. I was surprised to discover I has rented an apartment described as capable of sleeping 9 persons. All the beds were steel-tube bunk-beds. One room had one bunk-bed with a double bed below a single. The other bedroom which was entered by squeezing by the aforementioned first bunk-bed then down a slight corridor and into a room which had another single over double bunk plus a three tiered high bunk. Anyone in that bedroom would need to squeeze by the persons sleeping in the first bedroom to gain access to the living room/kitchen/dining room or the single small bathroom beyond. This all worked for the three of us but would be even more awkward for the stated capacity of 9.

The shower was dirty and the plumbing leaked water onto the floor. The TV remote batteries were old and didn’t work. Wasn’t very clean upon arrival.
• Marina (9/5): Superb - The apartment has everything you need, clean, nice decor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We were also provided with a baby chair upon request. Comfortable bed and sofa to sleep. The location is excellent - close to many cafes, grocery stores, tram to the center. We are very happy that we chose these apartments. The owners are always in touch. Wifi is not fast. The windows overlook the courtyard, where it is noisy in the evening.
• Christopher (1/5): A terrible place and waste of money. - The only positive was the location, right on the outskirts of a great neighborhood Prenzlauer Berg (and close to the friends we were visiting). If not for this, we would have left the same day we arrived and tried to find a new place to stay. We were only there for three days for a wedding, and so we just tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment. The bathroom shower was FULL of mold. The basement unit was nothing at all like the pictures, and incredibly small. The bed was only a box spring with a thin mat on it, no mattress, torn sheets, and very uncomfortable. The unit was very musty from the mold, you couldn't leave the window open, and the host would not provide a fan, even though there was one in the pictures they sent us directly (which were again not even pictures of the actual unit they rented us). And not that this mattered, but they advertise free Netflix, and the internet is too slow for it to even work. Might be the worst accommodations I've stayed at in the last two decades (including many backpacking trips staying only at hostels)

I will be back!! - The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything I needed, including a very comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and super-fast WiFi. I also loved the pre-war building architecture, with large windows and extra tall ceilings. The location is hard to beat as well, with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and grocery stores right at your doorstep.... and immediate access to safe and reliable public transportation. Even at 3am when I headed back to the airport! Last but not least, the host was very responsive and welcoming. Everything was top notch, really.

Right near the transit lines with tons of family restaurants, a laundromat, pharmacy, and grocery nearby. The booking agent was extremely responsive any time I had a question. It could stand a fresh coat of paint or a scrub down of the walls but, honestly, for the space and the price it was an incredible value and I can’t complain!

• Oleksii (10/5): Great location, perfect for a solo traveler - I booked this property for my brother, who was visiting me in Berlin, he said that everything was excellent and asked to leave a good review. From what I saw, the flat was a bit bigger than I expected. The location is great: M4 tram stop is right near the house (4 stops to Alexanderplatz), in about five minutes walking distance there's an M2 stop and the vibrant Kollwitzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg. Going in the opposite direction, Volkspark Friedrichshain is also pretty close. If I were staying there, I'd probably like to have a microwave oven in the kitchen too — I don't think there was one, but maybe I just didn't notice it. It wasn't a concern for my brother at all though.

• Brendan (9/5): fine - nice and efficient check in and communication from host. it’s was as described. it’s one room with no separation between kitchen and sleeping area, which I already knew. the fridge was a bit loud with the compressor turning on and off. So if you’re very sensitive it might bother you. I didn’t bother me too much as I’m not super sensitive.
