• on.matteo (9/5): - Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi, facilità di check-in/check-out, appartamento molto spazioso con tutti i comfort Il quartiere non è dei migliori, ma data la posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni ce lo si poteva aspettare. Non direi pericoloso, ma sicuramente rumoroso e movimentato.

• Anni (1/5): Nicht vertrauenswürdig!! Apartment in der Schwanthalerstrasse baufällig und verdreckt!!! - Nicht vertrauenswürdig!!!! An dieser Unterkunft hat uns rein gar NICHTS gefallen.Eine Stunde vor Abreise wurde ich vom Vermieter informiert, dass dieses Apartment zwecks eines angeblichen "Wasserschadens oder Wasserrohrbruches" am Anreisetag nicht beziehbar wäre und wir alternativ in ein Hotel gegenüber einquartiert würden. Die Sanitärfirma würde mit Hochdruck daran arbeiten den Schaden zu beheben und danach würde es natürlich auch noch andauern es zu beziehen, weil die Reinigungskräfte das Apartment noch gründlichst reinigen möchten. Anfangs war dieser Herr noch sehr entgegenkommend und wir hatten auch Verständnis dafür weil dies natürlich passieren kann. Das Hotel war gut und wir bekamen auch ein tolles Frühstück dazu.Er versprach uns, sich am nächsten Morgen zu melden, es passierte bis 10.30 Uhr rein gar NICHTS.Als wir ihn schliesslich telefonisch erreichten, wurde mit diesem Herrn dann ein Treffen in der Hotel Lobby vereinbart um Weiteres zu besprechen.Als zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt niemand auftauchte und wir ihn endlich telefonisch erreicht hatten um ihm mitzuteilen, dass unsere Geduld jetzt am Ende wäre, wurde er sehr laut und unfreundlich am Telefon. Ca. 10 min später kam er endlich und auf die Nachfrage wann wir jetzt endlich das Apartment beziehen könnten, drohte er uns mit einer Stornierung seinerseits in einem sehr lautem Ton, dass die Gäste in der Lobby sich schon nach uns umdrehten.Er versprach uns dann, dass wir am Nachmittag in das Apartment können und er unser Gepäck schon in das Apartment bringen würde. Später am Nachmittag vereinbarten wir wieder einen Zeitpunkt, welchen er natürlich nicht einhielt und telefonisch lange nicht erreichbar war.Als er schliesslich fast eine Stunde später auftauchte und uns in das Apartment begleitete, begann der Albtraum.Die Fotos entsprechen niemals dem was wir vorgefunden haben.

• Margarita (8/5): - La ubicación del apartamento y los dormitorios Habíamos contratado un apartamento de tres dormitorios y dos baños. Por algún problema de logística nos ubicaron en este con dos dormitorios, un baño y un aseo aunque mejor situado. Finalmente nos compensaron con un descuento del precio.
• Tae (9/5): Comfortable flat near main train station - Proximity to public transportation and groceries, elevator, size of apartment, host moved us to large apartment nearby because the one we rented was damaged by previous guests. The air conditioning units are a bit loud.
• Michaela (9/5): Great location comfy spacious apartment helpful host - We had to switch properties due to water damage but the new apartment was nicer and bigger and the host was super helpful and available for contact, Could do with a bit more cooking equipment
• Matthew (7/5): Overall good. - Key pick up support was excellent (waiting longer due to issues clearing immigration) Window in bathroom needs to be fixed (let cold air in during winter). Living in TV room needs repair to lock fully.

• Joe (3/5): Not entirely trust worthy - Clean, new apartment, very nice but not correct apartment, it was not the size we expected. We were changed into a smaller apartment at the last minute that wasn't large enough for our booking. Apparently there was a water leak and they had to move us to a smaller apartment the wasn't large enough to accommodate us comfortably. I think this might have been a lie about the water damage. They didn't give us any warning or notice about the change beforehand
• Atkinson (4/5): Nice location and friendly hosts but substandard facility - Nice big living room Beds were rather flimsy. Area was very noisy. Kitchen was functional but rundown
• John (7/5): Helpful host in convenient location - The location was close to downtown and the railway station. The apartment was spacious. There were no bed lamps on arrival but the host did get them fairly promptly. The shower recesses had no shelving for soap, shampoo and conditioner. They had to be placed on the floor. We had difficulty finding the accommodation.
