• Naser (9/5): - location central, on the first floor, many shops and restaurants around. Taxi available in front of the accommodation. The staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment is on a busy road, so it is noisy at night. You may need to put cotton buds in the ears.

• Wageda (10/5): Exceptional Value for Money - value for money; the best I've seen in years of travelling. staff; helpful, curtious, prompt and extremely welcoming, especially Kazim. location; everything is within walking distance including some of the best restaurants, hospitals, clinics and labs. the room; clean, spacious, elegantly decorated and offers a very homely vibe. despite the time of day and how noisy it gets during rush hours, the room is still very quite, which resulted in nights of quality sleep. In summary, it's extremely highly recommend 👌 👍 👏. I can't think of anything that i didn't like.

• Marwan (6/5): لن أكرر الزياره ولاأنصح به - الموقع فقط. على شارع رئيسي وقريب من شارع جامعة الدول العربيه الاستوديو ينقصه الكثير من الإضاءه النور غير كافي النظافه سيئه المطبخ عديم النظافه لايوجد اي ادوات عنايه في الغرفه ازعاج من الغرف الأخرى الأخرى يبدو لايوجد عوازل كافيه الغرفه باالعموم تحتاج تجديد وتنسيق اكثر من ذالك الصور مختلف عن الواقع تماما الصور افضل بكثير للأسف

• Taghrred (10/5): تجربة جميلة - الموقع كويس وقريب من الكافيهات والمطاعم والشارع حي فيه حركه وأمان ، عبدالرحمن كان لطيف وخلوق ومتعاون وحريص اننا مانحتاج اي شيء وباستمرار يسأل اذا محتاجين شي الله يعطيه العافيه، كأنك في بيتك بالضبط دخولنا سهل وخروجنا سهل واعطانا وقت اضافي نرتب امورنا قبل نطلع. الاستوديو نظيف مرره والاثاث حديث وخدمة التنظيف عندهم بعد ممتازه ، موفرين جميع اللوازم الاستوديو موجود في عماره فيها عيادات يوجد كاميرات عند مدخل الاستوديو ،مستوى الامان عالي فقط الاصانصير الي قديم يحتاج تجديد. الاصانصير

• HFEZ (10/5): ممتاز - بصراحه اعجبني المكان لقربه من جميع الخدمات والموظفين بصراحه ممتازين وخدومين جداً واخص الاخ كاظم بصراحه خدوم في اي وقت اتصل عليه الاقيه موجود وفي الخدمه يلبي جميع طلباتي بدون مايطلب مني شي والاخ عبدالرحمن كذالك نفس كاظم خدوم وخدمني في الطلبات سمحوني اتعبتكم معاي المكان والاقامه هاذي بدون كاظم وعبدالرحمن يخسر كتير نضيف ومرتب وجميل ياريت يغيرون المخدات تكون واطيه شويه
• إيمان (2/5): مخيبة للآمال - الأثاث والأجهزة كانت حديثة إلى حداً ما، الشقة في عمارة يجلس في مدخلها أناس يشربون شيشة ودخان كانت الرائحة تصل الى داخل الشقة، موقع الشقة كأنني في الشارع إزعاج شديد لم استطع النوم واشتكيت قيل لي انه لاتوجد وحدات شاغرة غيرها ، كانت هناك أعمال صيانة تتم خلال ساعات الليل والراحة وهذا خرق صريح لقوانين العمل الرسمية تحدثت للمسؤلين عن المكان كان الرد بالاعتذار و الوعود انه في الزيارة القادمة سوف يكون الوضع افضل ولكن مافائدة الاعتذار وانا أعاني الان فكيف سوف أعود للمكان مرة اخرى الكنب كان مستهلك جداً و السجاد غير نظيف كان هناك تسريب في الماء في الحمام والمطبخ و بلغتهم قاموا بتجفيفه فقط، كان هناك كرتون ممتلئ ببقايا البلاط المكسر تحت مغسلة المطبخ ، كانت اقامتي 22 ليلة لم يتم خلالها تنظيف البياضات او تغييرها و قمت بتنظيمها بنفسي، التلفزيون لم يكن فيه اي اشتراكات و قمت باستخدام اشتراكاتي الشخصية وعلى حسابي .

• Mrwan (10/5): هاديء ونظيف وامن واثاث جديد وموقع ممتاز لتمشيات القاهره - الشقق جديدة ونظيفه وأمان عالي جداً وجميع الموظفين بدون استثناء كاظم ونادر وزياد ومحمد كلهم خدومين وماتسمع لهم صوت ومايغثون احد اذا جاي للتمشيات والطلعات وتبي ترجع اخر يومك في سكن نظيفه وستايل ومريح وتنام نومه حلوه في هدوء وعندهم يوتيوب ونت فليكس والتلفزيون سمارت انصحك بشده خصوصا عوايل الخليج والسعوديه عالخصوص والله كل كلمه قلتها في حقهم حقيقيه ومازدت شي وسعرهم ممتاز بدل ماتروح فنادق خمس نجوم واخرتها يطلع في ملاحظات وكلن يتضرب فيك وعندهم سياره تبعهم للمطار ومشاوير اليوميه وزينه انصح وبقوه يستاهلون ولا شي كل شي تمام

• Mohammed (10/5): It was nice and value for what I paid. - The location was great and near to all the tourist attractions and you can reach easily. The staff was friendly, welcoming, supportive and polite especially Mr. Eslam and khadim. Nothing.

• Ali (4/5): Not value for money - NOT recommended - The one we selected is not a full hotel apartment building as we saw in pictures, they do have only 2 flats in that building. We requested a slipper for more than 3 days no one care about on the fourth day they brought Shower area where you stand get full of water and became like a pool need to be serviced by plumber to discharge water smoothly Any way im not going to recommend this stay to anyone else

• Réka (8/5): Modern place with friendly staff - The staff was extremly helpfull and flexible, the apartment was very nice and modern Bring earplugs as it is on a very noisy and teafficfull road. We booked it for 4 persons, but its more confortable for 3.
• Kamal (6/5): Pleasant - The property does not serve breakfast as it's a furnished apartment. The couches were not clean and had visible stains. The kitchen was adequate but nothing exceptional. Street noise is noticeable and can be disruptive. On the positive side, the place feels safe with cameras installed at the main entrance. We paid $110 USD per night, but in my opinion, it’s not worth more than $50 USD. The location is close to the local market.

• Mohammed (10/5): Great hosts, modern room, wonderful stay! - Great location and brilliant host! Eslam was incredibly accomodating and helpful, and the team looked after us very well. Very responsive hosts, and the room they gave us was modern and very nice to stay in. There was a slight smell of mold coming from the shower, and it needed proper cleaning.

Comfortable bed, cleanliness, great facilities in the bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well. The host was always available in case of any questions. Perfect place to stay for those who like peace and don't like to be disturbed. Hair dryer was not provided.

• Ashantia (10/5): AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING STAY! - Absolutely loved this place!! My husband and I stayed here for the last leg of our trip to Cairo. The place was amazing! Very clean, modern amenities, the bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect! Very safe area for tourist. Looks exactly as pictured. Also, have a work area that is perfect for remote workers. Wifi is very good. Netflix is great option as we were craving English speaking television. Try Sizzlers restaurant while staying here. Highly recommend Everything was perfect!

He responded promptly to my messages and was always smiling. the location was very good and there was a coffee shop, supermarket, pizzeria and various other eateries nearby. It was exactly as in the pictures and very clean. I would choose it again!

• Kulsum (7/5): A nice apartment for a short stay in Cairo if you will be using Uber to get around. - The property was well-decorated and situated in a good accessible location for Uber. We would navigate to and from the cafe Cortado which was a few doors away. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Mahmoud and the manager regularly messaged to ensure we were happy and to ask if we needed anything. We were not notified about the electricity black outs that occurred daily for approximately an hour in the evening, this was inconvenient as we often came back to the apartment in the evening during these blackouts and had to wait until the electricity came back on. The WiFi did not work on one of the days during our stay but was eventually resolved with Mahmoud’s help.

On a main road, but very easy to catch taxis/Uber and the apartment itself was very quiet. Bed was comfy, shower hot and powerful and WiFi excellent. Eslam was a fantastic host and very helpful, thank you.
