• Maria (8/5): Basic, very well located apartment - Reading contradicting reviews, I was a little worried, what I would find on arrival. So I'll try to provide some details for the followers. The apartment is large and has plenty of daylight. The living room and bedrooms each have their own air conditioner. The living room and one of the bedrooms have each a balcony. All rooms have a Nile view. The best one is in the bathroom. I enjoyed the view a lot while taking a shower =) Location is convenient, in the heart of Zamalek. You can safely walk in the area; there are plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and small, unique shops. Many embassies are located around. If you are not very much detailed oriented and look for a good basic, value-for-money accommodation in Zamalek, most likely you will be satisfied with this apartment, as I was. You miss a loving hand in this apartment. From my POV, you could make much more out of it. Details are not at all thought through, equipment is very basic. For example, the cutlery was very poor. All cleaning tools are in a bad condition (I really don't envy the cleaning lady, who has to get everything clean with them). There was no drinking water provided on arrival. Not a single bottle. So if you are a demanding traveler, used to high comfort and service level, you might face some points that can spoil your experience.

I stayed here many times. it located in the best neighborhood in cairo ( .Zamalik). many restaurants and cafes around in walking distance. very high security in the area and in the building which make you feel very safe.i can see the nile river from balcony. i will come back to this apartment whenever im in cairo nothing
