- Ioana (3/5): Mislead into a different property, old and cold, not Luxurious or Modern - The location was alright, had many coffee houses and restaurants nearby. Quite easy to find, and the doorman was always there to let is in the building. We did however receive only 1 key for 3 people, which was not easy to coordinate. We were checked into a totally different property, very old, with no heating, no bedsheet, with the internet not working for the first couple of days, a dirty and broken kitchen, and the doors of the rooms not working. The Bathrooms had no warm water, the boiler for the hot water only partially functional in one of the 2 bathrooms, and AC units old, dirty, noisy and not working. While the owner/manager was nice and apologetic, he still did not fix the problem and we moved out 3 days early.

- Ibraham (4/5): it’s ok. - nothing! It’s not easy to communicate with the facility staff. They normally not answering the phone calls or text messages. The internet has poor signal.
