• Juergen F. (5/5): akzeptabel wenn die Schlüsselübergabe vernünftig getimt wird. - Die Schlüsselentnahme. 1. Hat booking .com schon einen Code angegeben, der aber rein gar nichts mit der Wirklichkeit vor Ort zu tun hat. Hätte man die Daten vom Vermieter zeitgerecht bekommen und nicht erst 1 Std. nach Ankunft, dann hätte man sich viel Stress ersparen können. Ohne den einheimischen Taxifahrer - der mit der Agentur telefonierte - wären wir völlig aufgeschmissen gewesen. Als man die Daten später gesendet bekam, wäre es auch ohne fremde Hilfe kein Problem gewesen. Ohne dieses Problem kann man höchstens bemängeln, dass die Wohnung recht dunkel war. Erst recht, als der benutzte Toaster für Kurzschluss sorgte. In eine fremden Wohnung in völliger Dunkelheit nach den Sicherungen zu suchen ist auch kein Kinderspiel.

• Sanny (8/5): Very good place to stay. - Assistance from Holidays2 Malaga was great, both before and afte r we arrived. Thank you Marcos, Laura, Elena, Adriana, Luis and anyone I forgot to mention. Service at Holidays2Malaga was friendly and very helpful, apartment was very good, location is just fantastic. We had a very good time. Centre of Malaga is within walking distance, good public transport to other sites. Tip: get a 10 trip bus card for a few euros and save yourself walking, to the beaches for example. Highly recommend Pedregalejo beaches! One of the neighbours is not a fan of tourist apartments and showed it by throwing a bucket of cold water while we were having a coffee on the terrace (11.00 AM and not being very noisy). Hole in one, so probably not the first time she/he did this.
• Paul (5/5): Spacious property disrupted by weather conditions. - My son and his wife stayed at this property along with their two children, aged 4 and 3. The property is located on Calle Victoria close to Plaza de Merced which is a popular area with many restaurants and close to many of the facilities that Malaga has to offer. Spain was experiencing flooding during the period we stayed here. As this property is located at the back of a building on the ground floor. The property came very close to flooding. Unfortunately they didn’t have electricity or running water for 36 hours and this proved difficult with two young children. There experience of the property was curtailed due to the prevailing circumstances. (I booked this property for my family while my wife and I stayed in another property in Malaga. The conditions were challenging).
• Maggy (1/5): Bad - After booking and paying, we received our reservation confirmation. They then contacted us for us to do a deposit on the room through another platform. Being in a foreign country, our bank institution blocked the transaction on the unknown platform so we explained the situation and offered to do the deposit by credit card at check in or in cash. We were only staying one night and had been travelling for over a week without issues anywhere. The host refused to take the deposit in person by credit card or cash and stopped answering. We were left without a place to sleep at 22h with our child and had paid for the room. We ended up renting an actual hotel room somewhere else but it started off our Malaga vacation on a negative note . Also, they refused to reimburse us which led to a complicated process to get our money back. I would stay away from this establishment.
• Judith (5/5): Passable - Location fine. The office to obtain the keys was not near the property and difficult to find. WiFi difficult to obtain-needed several calls to office for correct password. Badly broken step leading to outside area. Net curtains dirty 2nd en-suite bathroom down a long corridor. not near the bedroom. Shower in main bedroom doesn't drain properly causing blown woodwork at bottom of bathroom door and shower in 2nd bathroom won't stay regulated and needs attention as goes to scalding hot and then cannot be adjusted safely. Location of Apartment once inside the building was difficult to locate and involved slot of walking-,should not be booked by anyone with walking difficulties.
• Emily (5/5): We would not book this apartment again - The location is excellent and largely the flat was good but a few things let it down badly. In principle this should have been a really good visit. 1. Booking.com promised free airport transfer. However, the keybox for the flat is not near the apartment so we had to go to a different address first and pay an extra €15 - not a great start. 2. On arrival at the apartment, we had a real problem. We went in the front door to look for our ground floor apartment. But there was only 1 door (maintenance or something), a lift and 2 flights of stairs. It took us (helped by 4 Spanish locals), over an hour to find the flat. Why? - we did not understand Bajo G is the flat name. If we had been told Bago means 'flat' that would have helped - to get to the apartment we needed to take the lift up to the first floor, go down a corridor and through an unmarked door, go down 2 very long ramps to come back to the ground floor at another part of the building, go through another door, go down a short corridor until eventually we would have found flat G. If we had been given these instructions, it would have been so easy. At no point were we told to go up to the first floor. - we tried several times to phone the out of office hours number we had bern given but no answer. Finally got in the flat at almost 2am. 3. The ensuite bathroom shower does not drain properly. In order to use the shower, we had to put 2 towels next to the shower tray and only turn on the shower half way. The first time we used the shower we flooded the bedroom. We told the company this, but it was not fixed and judging by the rot on the woodwork on the door surround, this has been a problem for a long time. 4. The kettle didn't work, but this was replaced.
• Bill (9/5): Great location. - The location was excellent 300m from pedestrian centre but still very quiet at night. All major sights including harbour and beach within walking distance. Shops, cafe and bars close by. Air con was excellent. Problem with the shower overflowing in main bathhoom and third single fold out bed not very comfortable.
• Abdul (1/5): THE AC IS JUST A FAN - Avoid and go elsewhere - I am unable to tell more about some of the good features of the apartment as I feel as though I have been scammed as they sold me an AC flat with just a fan in the middle of summer 40 degree heat. It's unforgivable. It does have a good hotel next door the Bro Hotel. Apartment was.sold with AC, but this never worked nor was it ever fixed by the company or owner. This was poor and should not be allowed, I feel as though I had been scammed. I had small children and went during 40 degree summer heat and it was simply not good enough. The company did not care and offered no solution as they had already been paid. Also it was dusty and not cleaned very well. We had to go round sweeping and dusting the rooms and outside. Also had to buy bleach to clear and unclog the shower which was smelling.
• Tea (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and has an outdoor terrace, which is a big bonus. It is located in the center, everything is nearby. A minor adaptation of the accommodation is required.
• Kateřina (1/5): Bad - When we arrived in the evening we discovered that there was no hot water. For 2 days we worked with the H2M agency to get us another accommodation, because we had 2 small children with us. At first they offered 2 apartments, when we chose one they stopped responding and we didn't get any replacement apartment. The day before departure, they fixed the problem with the gas boiler. I do not recommend this agency.
• James (8/5): Very good - A large apartment with a kitchen, dinning room, and bedrooms that are comfortable and well equiped Overall not well maintained. All windows face an interior courtyard with very little natural light. The interior courtyard patio was unkept and never receives direct sunlight (it did not look like it does in their photo). One bathroom has a door handle that was not attached and a shower with temperature that would not stay as set, the other shower would not drain properly. The kitchen faucet was barely attached to the countertop. Sad that it is not better maintained.

• Bianca (6/5): Acceptable - The location was very good. The apartment was located at a basement of a building. and because of the terrace it smelled a lot of food from everyone. It also left you the feeling that it was not that clean and it was a lot of humidity inside.
• Angela (8/5): Great location - The location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It was also nice to have some outside space. Michael was very helpful at check in. The shower in the ensuite bathroom could not be turned on fully as the room would flood if you did so. This has obviously happened as the skirting board was damaged. The middle door of entrance was temperamental and difficult to open, I am not sure whether it was the key or the lock. However , we still enjoyed our stay . Also the second bathroom is some distance from the 2nd bedroom
