• ADRIANA (6/5): - El depto es amplio y tiene todo como para estar cómodos lastima que nadie te avisa que son 3 pisos por escalera. No nos gustó que la ouerta del baño no cerrara, que de la poca iluminación del mismo solo funcionará una lámpara. Que lo anuncian con parking y el mismo es privado y lejos.

• Martin (8/5): Celkově tedy výborná lokalita, ale za cenu výrazně horší kvality vybavení a komfortu. - Ubytování má skvělou polohu a dostupnost – v tomto ohledu opravdu 10/10, vše je blízko a pohodlně dosažitelné. Bohužel kvalita vybavení a jeho stav tomu vůbec neodpovídají. Postele, zejména přistýlka, byly výrazně proleželé a téměř nepoužitelné, židle byla rozbitá. Pračka nebyla použitelná kvůli plísni uvnitř. V noci navíc kapala voda z bojleru, což bylo rušivé. Kávovar Dolce Gusto jsem raději ani nepoužil, protože jsem neměl důvěru v jeho čistotu. Velkým problémem je také velmi špatná zvuková izolace – sousedy je slyšet prakticky každé slovo a při jejich sprchování se nedalo spát.
• Pam (7/5): - Locatie heel goed, ruim appartement. Op de (slaap)bank zaten vlekken, er was niet goed schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was het lastig om in contact te komen met de eigenaar (voor later inchecken, extra persoon). Later werd de communicatie beter.
• Tereza (2/5): Nedoporučuji - The location was great, with a shop just around the corner and only a few minutes’ walk to the main square in the city centre. The worst part of the stay was the communication with the owner. Before arrival, I asked him to issue an invoice and to confirm my check‑in—no response to either email. He only reacted later via WhatsApp. That part was fine; he sent me clear instructions on how to access the flat. On the second night, someone started banging extremely loudly on the wall in the apartment below, and it continued even after 1 a.m. It sounded like nighttime renovations. I messaged the owner; he saw the message but did not reply. All of the walls were very thin in general—I could hear conversations from the neighbouring apartment all throughout the day. I also discovered that the boiler above the kitchen counter was leaking. I reported it, and the owner said he would send a repairman, though I left two days later and don’t know if anyone came. The main issue came after my departure, when I again requested the invoice needed for my work trip. The owner promised to send it, but after more than two weeks I still haven’t received anything. He read all my reminder messages on WhatsApp without responding. Even Booking.com customer service contacted him twice, but he did not react. This caused complications with the reimbursement of my business trip. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were in poor condition, there was some mould in the bathroom, and the duvet cover didn’t fit properly, which left part of the duvet sticking out which was not hygienic. Plus, opposite the apartment, there is a small courtyard terrace inside the building block where someone would go to smoke, and the smoke could be smelled even inside the flat. The fridge was unplugged and defrosted, so after I woke up after the first night, there was a large puddle on the floor. I strongly do not recommend this place—the owner is completely unreliable if you need anything to be fixed or addressed.

• Simone (7/5): - Me ha gustato que el espacio es grande y acogedor. Y la zona muy céntrica, cerca a todo tipo de tiendas y zonas de ocio. No me gustó que el espacio no estaba en óptimas de limpieza, olía a “cerrado” y la cama muy ruidosa. No se podía ni sentar porque ya sonaba, el TV imposible poner algo para ver porque no servía y la ducha tenía poca presión de agua. La calefacción no es de la mejor para un espacio tan grande.

The only downside was that it automatically switched off when the hair dryer was plugged in, requiring it to be turned on again from the main switch.

• Miguel (3/5): No lo recomiendo, muy decepcionante - Ubicación La experiencia en este apartamento ha sido bastante negativa. Desde que entramos, el portal y las escaleras estaban muy sucios, el suelo en mal estado y con olor constante a marihuana. Al acceder al apartamento, el olor era muy fuerte a humedad, con un ambiente cargado y poco agradable. Además, el váter del baño principal estaba sin limpiar, con restos del huésped anterior, lo cual nos pareció inaceptable. El sofá está tan sucio y manchado que da reparo incluso sentarse. La ducha apenas tiene presión, los vasos estaban pegados al cajón de la suciedad, la cafetera no funciona bien y la nevera enfría muy poco. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio hace muchísimo ruido, las almohadas son incómodas y había pocas toallas disponibles. El baño tiene una viga de madera que impide incluso orinar de pie sin agacharte, y no hay ni un perchero para colgar las toallas. Las bombillas están llenas de polvo y claramente no se limpian desde hace tiempo. Lo único positivo que podemos destacar es la ubicación, que es muy buena. Pero lamentablemente, no compensa todos los fallos del apartamento.

La heladera estaba desenchufada y se descongeló dejando el piso mojado cuando llegamos. El lavarropas, si bien era nuevo, cargo agua y no funcionó. Tuvimos que sacar la ropa y lavarla a mano en la pileta de la cocina. Deberían mejorar en limpieza y renovar la ropa de cama y toallas (faltaba una toalla de mano). No había tazas y vasos para tres personas , luz de baño se prendía y apagaba. A pesar de todo, compensaba estas debilidades el tamaño y comodidad del apartamento.

Poche asciugamani per 3 persone e si avvertiva la mancanza di un balcone o una finestra a vista. L'host non ha effettuato il check-in in presenza.

• Deidre (8/5): Very good - The owner was very helpful with directions/ access to the premise. Also helped with getting a cab for early departure. Place was close by to store and restaurant for last minute snacks. Place is very clean and spacious. Host is hospitable and thoughtful having towels and coffee/tea items available. As a foreign travellor, I had a hard time locating the building as it was not easily marked and missing street names. Locals in office outside was very helpful. I found the Door keys are very old and difficult to open and close the locks.

• Daria (5/5): Nice stay for a short time - Location was very nice, all the necessary equipment was in the apartment. Also, responsive landlord. One big minus - bedsheets were not fresh. Pillows also smelled bad. Old uncomfortable shower, but totally fine for 1-2 nights.
• Marser (9/5): Superb - Nice cosy appartment at the top floor. It was very warm in the end of November, we did not even use the air conditioner. Easy check in and check out. The host provides recommendations and reacts promptly. The water pressure is not perfect, but enough to have a shower.
• Vytenis (9/5): Superb - Great location. Excellent recommendations from the owner. Clean and comfortable place. Shower pressure was very low. A bar of soap would have been nice. It's an attic room, so going to the bathroom can be uncomfortable for a taller person due to the ceiling slant.

• Anna (10/5): A beautiful apartment with a great location - I loved the location, its in the main street leading to the heart of the old town and all the attractions. The street is well lit and safe to aalk in the evenings. There is a supermarket just next to the apartment and a few smaller shops and bars around. The apartment itself is bright and spacious, very clean and comfortable. And the host is a very kind person. HD sent me a list of great places to go out which was excellent. Everything was great

• Derek (8/5): Nice short stay - The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the appliances needed for a short stay. There were a few power cuts. I asked the owner who replied promptly & explained electricity repair works were affecting the whole district.

We got a lot of recommendations from the host too which was very helpful Nothing not to like but it was on the top floor of a narrow and steep staircase so going up and down with a large suitcase was a struggle.

Perfect location, so close to the center and quite as well. It's very cosy, well equipped and clean. I also appreciate comunication with the owner.
