Barceloneta 3 Standard Apartment

Address: 104 Carrer de Sant Miquel Street. The apartment measures 35 m2 and is divided in a double bedroom, a living with double sofa bed and table area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It also has a small balcony facing the street. Housed on the 3rd floor of a typical old town building. The apartment is 200 metres from the beach, in the heart of the former fishermen district of La Barceloneta. It is 20 minutes' walk from the famous Las Ramblas, Gothic and Born city centre districts. It is surrounded by restaurants, shops and public transport facilities. Please note that a final cleaning fee of EUR 30 is not included in the price. Please note that there is a 20 EUR charge for late check-in starting from 21:00.

Sean (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, but bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. - The location is very convenient to the beach, close to the metro, markets and restaurants, and walkable to a lot of sights (if you like walking). The air conditioning was appreciated - even though it wasn’t that hot, it was really humid at the time of our visit. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. It was quite noisy, and there were aspects of the suite that were in disrepair. For example, there was a broken window that was covered in plastic, the shower head holder was about to fall off, and the bed was sinking in the middle. The hot water also ran out before the end of three short showers. And, even though it didn’t matter to us, there is only (Spanish) cable TV - no streaming services.

Alan (8/5): We had an excellent time in Barcelona and the apartment served us well. - Loved the location and the neighborhood vibe. Great scene. Our host who met us was excellent!!! We didn't know it was a long walk up apartment which was fine but should be stated. The shower ran out of hot water quickly especially if two people need to shower.

Princeofmalta (6/5): it was an ok experience, if the place was clean we would have given it thumbs up - great location, and nice neighborhood, close to the beach and all amenities the level of cleanliness was very poor, so much that we informed the host and she refunded us the cost of the cleaning fees (which had to be paid in cash and on arrival - 77eur by the way)
