• abdullah (10/5): سفره عائليه انا وزوجتي - الشقه مطابقه للصور ونظيفه جدا وتوفر جميع الخدمات داخل الشقه والاواني وصاحب الشقه الاخ زياد شخص خدوم جدا ومحترم ويقدم المساعده متى ما طلبت منه وتوفر امن على مدار 24 ساعه في العماره والامن اشخاص محترمين جدا والموقع آمن جدا ومريح وغير مزعج وتوفر جميع الخدمات حول المبنى لجميع احتياجاتك اليوميه وبالخصوص العشق مطعم فرحات للحمام قلة النظافه في الشارع وكثرة الكلاب وهذه هي حال المنطقه باكملها ولا يعيب السكن بهذا المكان

• Hussam (10/5): اقامه مريحه جدا - الشقه نظيفة مره نفس الصور... صاحبها متعاون متوفر wifi وحراسه 24 ساعه وصيدليه وسوبر ماركت وصراف atm جنب الشقه.. الشقه بالدور 11 متوفر مصعد العماره هادئه واعجبتني الشقه صراحه.. وقريبه جدا من كل الخدمات.. هل سأكن فيها مره اخرى نعم.. يهمني النظافه وتعاون صاحب الشقه بعض الاصوات الكلاب اخر الليل.. بعض المتسولين والمهندسين وجامعه الدول معروفه المنطقه بهذه المشكله
• Fahad (10/5): الشقه تصلح للعائله - الموقع قريب من كل شي الشقه نظيفه متابعة القائمين عليها اول بأول تحت البنايه يوجد المطاعم السوبرماركت الصيدليه المخبز محلات الفواكه نظافة وامان الشقه
• Abdul (9/5): Egyption Magic - Ziyad the host is a preffessoinal,has exceptional communication skills, very kind, very caring and his number one priority is to ensure the saftey, comfortablness and care of his guests. Take his advice on everything you may need, it'll save you money & time. The building staff are very helpful. 24hrs security. Walk to kfc,pizza hut, hungry jacks as well as very tasty authentic food, explore the area & enjoy! Meet locals & live the egyption spirit with authenticity. I was so sad to leave, truly. Wish i booked longer.

• Abuzaid (10/5): رائعة وانصح بها وتستحق التكرار - ​تجربتنا في هذه الشقة كانت رائعة وتفوق التوقعات! ​النظافة والجودة: الشقة جديدة بالكامل، مرتبة بشكل مذهل، ونظيفة و مريحة ، المطبخ متكامل بجميع الأدوات الحديثة . ​الخدمة والموقع: تعامل المالك زياد كان قمة في الرقي والتجاوب السريع، مما يضمن إقامة مريحة. الموقع ممتاز و استراتيجي ومثالي، حيث جميع الخدمات والمطاعم والكافيهات على بُعد دقيقتين إلى خمس دقائق مشياً. الشقة آمنة جداً ومناسبة للعوائل. ​شكر خاص: نشكر البواب محمد مخلوف على تعاونه الاستثنائي ومساعدته السريعة في جميع طلباتنا، وهو شخص محترم جداً. ​الخلاصة: إقامة مثالية بكل المقاييس. سنكرر التجربة بالتأكيد وننصح بها . الكلاب و القطاوة في الشارع كانت كثيره بشكل مرعب

• د خالد (1/5): - مكان سييء مرحبا، لقد حجزت عن طريق booking و ادخلت التواريخ خاطئه ، بعد دفع المبلغ المستحق قمت بطلب تغيير الحجز فطلب مبلغ إضافي المبلغ الاضافي لم تكن الفيزا متاحه للدفع تواصلت مع صاحب المكان فقال مستعد ياخذها نقدا ، اتفقنا علي ذلك بعد يوم من الاتفاق تم إلغاء الحجز ، تواصلت مع booking و اكدو لي إيصال المبلغ كامل، عندما تم دخول الفندق الشقه والعمارة غير نظيفه والقمامه في كل مكان والشقه لم نستطيع دخول الحمامات بسبب وجود اعطال في الصرف الصحي، الملايات وأوجه المخدات غير نظيفه لم يكن هناك مناشف أو فوض، يوجد رائحه كريهه في المنزل، الأواني غير نظيفه ورديئه، رموت كونترول التلفزيون غير صالح للاستعمال، صاحب الشقه اشك انه يراقب البيت من كاميرات مخفيه، يزعجني طوال الوقت ويقول لي لماذا تفتح التكييف، عندما أردت إلغاء الحجز اتي مع رجال ايضربني، وقال لي صاحب الجواز التركي بيتفشخ بمصر وهو ليس بمصري أريد تعويض و تهددني بتقديم في بلاغ للشرطه في حال عدم تنازلي عن الشكوي، أنا احمل booking مسئولية حمايتي وحياتي ،

• Wafa Hakami (7/5): - الشقة نظيفة مثل الصور،ومتكاملة والموقع ممتاز،قريب منه بيتزا هت،برقر كينج، وبقالة،وصيدليةمتواضعة،وأشكرأستاذ زياد المسؤول عن مكان الإقامة،إنسان خلوق،ومتعاون ،والله العظيم ماأعرف إيش بدي أقول عنه،كل الكلام الطيب قليل في حقه،أسأل الله له التوفيق والسداد،وسعة الرزق أولا: خشونة المناشف والبطانيات،محتاجة شوية لينور مع الغسيل عشان تصير ناعمة ومريحة أكثر.ثانيا:التلفزيون ماكان يشتغل،أويمكن يحتاج إعادة توجيه،بس كنا نشغله عن طريق اليتيوب،ثالثا:العمارة مدخلها قديم،بس ما كان يهم لأن الشقة للأمانة جميلة،وذوق،ومتكاملة،ماينقصك شيء فيها أبدا.
• Guillaume (8/5): Nice place in a local neighborhood - That's an amazing interesting place and it depicts well the situation with tourists in Egypt. The place is very very nice. Big, clean, well equipped, it has everything. For that price, this place is amazing. My only thing is the location... This is a local neighborhood... . we went with family, we felt completely safe but I can understand some people more used to posh places being concerned. I just want to warn you, for us it was a great place anyway. Need a bit more of explanation when you get in. The apartment is big, you need to spend quite a time looking for where to switch on things.

The interior design was both modern and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to all the key attractions while still offering peace and quiet. • Ahmed (6/5): Flat is not luxurious, below our expectations - The host was supportive and helpful even before we arrived at the premise. They kept communicating with us even while he was on travel. Thanks also for the welcome drink and sweets. The location was close to the main attractions in Cairo City and there were many nearby cafes and restaurants. The receptionists at entrance were welcoming and friendly. To be honest, the apartment is old, far from luxury and far below our expectation. Even though the host sent some photos for the flat prior to arrival, I think they were not reflecting the reality. The master bedroom wheel was rolling and not stable at all. The apartment was not cleaned well and the beds sheets were a bit dusty and stinky. I reported that to the building management and eventually we were offered to move to other flat downstairs. It was better than what we had booked initially but still found to be unclean and perhaps, because they were not expecting us to stay there. So the host thankfully arranged a cleaner two days later and got it cleaned, with the beds being washed.

• Azza (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Mr.Ziad was beyond wonderful with excellent clear communication. He went the extra mile of preparing condinments and filling the fridge which was wonderful as we didn't have to go shopping in our first days. Location is in the center of everything. Resturants, pharmacy, currency exchange office, mini market, bakery and clothing stores are all 1-3 mins walking distance. Building staff were very helpful and security was available round the clock. Had a really lovely stay and won't be our last. None

His apartment is very clean and comfortable, he cares about his customers and want to give them a great and wonderful stay. The location is also very good its close to Lebanon square everything is available in the area. I enjoyed my stay in his apartment. Recommended place for great experience. Nothing I didn't like
