• Mingli (7/5): Beautiful B uilding, Good Potential but Misleading Information - The building is beautiful The listing photos suggested access to roof terraces, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. As a group of four women, we would have loved to enjoy this space and were really looking forward to it. However, after check-in, we were informed that the terraces were not accessible, which felt misleading. On the day of arrival, we were also asked to pay a late check-in fee in cash, which was disappointing—especially since this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Additionally, the apartment facilities could be improved. The shower setup caused water to spread across the bathroom, making everything wet, and there was insufficient toilet paper provided for our group over a four-night stay.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great place in Barcelona - Carlos was extremely helpful. It was a lovely large airy space with everything you could possibly want. The location was great There was an extra charge for children over 4 year olds that we were not expecting, however they were very helpful and we got it sorted I'm the end ☺️
• XiaoJingZi (4/5): 不推荐 - 无 服务不专业，中介只管订单收费，入住前的，联络、入住后的服务，都交给了房东；对于房东是否履约、交付质量等，没有进行监督和制约； 入住后发现开暖气同时洗澡，房间会有煤气味，房东说这么久没有租客申报过，真不知以前的租客都是怎么住的。在我们入住5天后才补装了排气管，在这期间不能使用暖气； 入住期间没有清洁服务，只适合非常短期的落脚。 一间房是大床，一间房是双床宽90cm左右，这两间尚可住。第三间是高低床，宽80cm，翻身困难，第四间房非常小，只有一张小床，都不宜居。我们是3入住，房东在第二间房只放了一张床的床品、第四间房的床上没放床品，使我们只能住指定的三张床。对于这种把客人当贼防的态度，让人很不舒服。

• Leslie (9/5): - We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment that is on the 2nd floor so it did not have access to the rooftop terrace as shown in the listing pictures. It is located in a historic building and it worked great for my family. The apartment runs the length of the building so there was plenty of room inside. There is a nice covered balcony in the back. The beds were pretty comfortable and we didn't have to use the AC with good airflow from opening windows on both ends of the apartment. However, street noise is significant at the front end of the apartment with the windows open. The back of the apartment was quiet. There is one bathroom and one toilet room. Communication was easy and quick before and during our stay. We met our host at the apartment and he showed us around the apartment and explained how to use a few things (stove and washer). Location was excellent and close to lots of things. Bus stops are close and the metro L3 & L5 and city trains were 7-8 min walk away. We mostly used the metro to get around town to various sights. I would recommend this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay in in Barcelona! The street noise is significant with windows open, not too bad with windows closed, but only on the street side of the apartment. The middle and back of the apartment are not too noisy.

• kris (10/5): super super super ... - locatie, onthaal en gelukkig voor ons in het Engels werd alles netjes uitgelegd indien vragen eigenaar reageerde direct eerlijkheid van de eigenaar (bij aankomst maakte eigenaar melding van probleem warm water en werd ook direct opgelost) vertrek procedure niks eigenlijk om iets mee te geven , misschien iets meer bestek/borden voorzien vooral als de groep iets groter is - voor ons zeker geen probleem

• Marjolein (8/5): Prima appartement in een leuke wijk - Locatie uitstekend. Eixample is een mooie wijk. Appartement is netjes en schoon. Bedden ook prima. Tegenover het appartement zit een leuk koffietentje voor het ontbijt. De badkamer is wat klein voor het aantal slaapkamers. Kleine wastafel indien je met meer personen bent. Ook rook de badkamer wat naar urine. Appartement is wel gehorig.

Main bathroom smelt and required us buying products to try and fix this. Very hard to regulate tempreture on the shower - either boiling hot or very cold.
• Raama (5/5): Great location and space, but poor soundproofing, outdated interior design, and some comfort issues - Location is great. Enough space for a family of four (or more). The apartment was clean and in a good historic building. The owner was very attentive to our questions and requests, though wasn’t able to resolve some. This is an old apartment with a dated and cheap interior design and everything. Thin walls - you could hear Neighbors listening to music or walking/ opening doors. A/C blocked to cooling at 23C+ - how is it even legal? Shower water temperature changes when you run it - the owner proposed a workaround that made the issue less impacting but it wasn’t resolved when we left. No blackouts.

Metro and buses were fairly close as well The shower was either too hot or too cold which made it difficult to shower. I spent most of my showers adjusting the faucet. Other than that and some street noise (it is in a city) this place was wonderful

Riesige private Dachterrasse mit Aussenküche, grossem Tisch und Sonnenliegen. Etwas magere Küchenausstattung - aber mit all den tollen Restaurants in BCN kein Problem 😎 Nespresso- Kaffeemaschine hat uns gereicht.

La salle à manger devrait être à la place du living rom et le living à la place de la salle à dîner , car la distance entre la cuisine et la salle à manger est trop grande. Ceci est une suggestion

• Dónal (8/5): Comfortable apartment in Eixample with a huge roof terrace - Comfortable apartment in a great location in Eixample with a fabulous roof terrace for hanging out and eating al fresco. One of the bedrooms doesn't have its own A/C unit, so you have to leave the door open from the living room. Also despite sharing my flight number and details. I received multiple requests to reconfirm flight times and arrival details. Lastly despite saying they accept American Express each time I tried to use my AmEx, it wasn't accepted.
• Valentina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are located in a good area in a beautiful historical building. There is an individual huge terrace where on the rooftop where you can enjoy barbecue and sunset. The apartments have everything for a comfortable stay and enough space. There is a metro station near the apartments, and you can reach all the main tourist destinations on foot. The owner of the apartments quickly answers to messages and is always ready to help. We will surely stay here next time we visit Barcelona.

• Lc (10/5): Great location in Barcelona - We enjoyed staying in this lovely part of Barcelona. The host was really accommodating and friendly, and the location was super convenient. We prefer softer beds, and the bed was too firm for our taste, but this is a highly personal choice, and some people prefer firmer beds.
• Bruce (9/5): Superb - Our host was wonderful, and the apartment was a great space, lots of room for two of us (but can accommodate more). We found, on average, it was about a 30-minute walk average from most of our destinations (Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter, etc.), and of course an easy taxi/Uber ride of you're tired after a day of walking. It's in a less touristy area, which was kind of nice. The HUGE rooftop deck was a wonderful surprise. We didn't use the bbq, but did have breakfast out there + some aperitivo time to unwind after a long day.

• Felix (8/5): Very good stay at spacious and historic property in an excellent part of town. - The check in process was easy and the apartment was clean and ready on time. The host meets you at property to hand you the keys, show you the apartment and provide you with a few recommendations. It is located in a beautiful, historic building in an excellent and safe area. The apartment is located within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Metro and bus stations are also nearby, which connect you to main attractions. The apartment is huge, in comparison to other properties nearby. It has plenty of space, beds and bedrooms for 6 people, even though it was only 2 of us. It also has central A/C and all the facilities you could need in an apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen and one and a half bathrooms. The main bedroom and dining area have cute balconies overlooking the street. It has a terrace towards the back, with a small table and two chairs, that overlooks a backyard and other apartments, in which we had our coffee in the morning. Checking out process was easy as you just leave the keys inside and go about your way. For as big, beautiful and historic as the property is, it could use a refresh when it comes to bedding, sheets, table cloth and decor. The bedding is thin and the decor feels a bit tired. If the kitchen were to be used by more people, it could also benefit from more dishes, larger cups and glasses. Also, make sure to ask for instructions on how to use the stove as it was difficult for us to figure it out. Furthermore, it not specified when booking that there will be a 200 euro safety deposit fee charged when checking in. The safety deposit fee is reimbursed after check out, so there was not a problem, but is it something to keep in mind. Make sure to ask the method in which you will be making payments and getting your safety deposit fee reimbursed.

• Lisa (9/5): Lovely apartment in beautiful Barcelona - We really like being able to wash our clothes and hang them outside on the line. We loved coming home to our spacious apartment and opening a bottle of wine and resting in the living room. We made breakfast each morning before heading out for our day's adventures. We were close to a metro station and that was easy to use to get around Barcelona and to train stations to head out to Montserrat and Girona. We were able to check in by 1 pm on the day we arrived and that was very convenient. I thought we had booked the apartment with the balcony but we got a different one. We did have a nice sunroom though.

• Nancy (9/5): Awesome location. Charming penthouse apartment with a gorgeous terrace! Within walking distance of many sites and excell - Great location! Many wonderful!! restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Felt very safe. The apartment was really quite amazing with the rooftop terrace. Building and space both had lots of charm. I could say that there was great communication with the hosts, but it was over the top. They want to meet you when you arrive and also be there when you depart. I received many texts about my time of arrival and time of departure. When you are traveling by air, it isn’t always possible to communicate and it’s not always possible to give a precise time. When my departure time changed and was 15 to 30 minutes earlier than I had said, the host replied that it wasn’t convenient for him… which I felt uncomfortable about. Not to mention that I have never had a host be so adamant about meeting (for inspection) before departure. In addition, for all of the great things about the apartment, there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. We didn’t have a dish cloth or dish towel or even any kind of paper towels to clean up. We did receive some upon request.

• Žvižaj (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, spacious apartment in tipical spanish style. And also very clean. Great location. The metro stations are only few minuter away and it takes only 2 stops to La Rambla. You can find some grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice and very friendly staff. /
• Stephen (9/5): Greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for those looking for a centrally-located place - The location is excellent for exploring downtown Barcelona. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is spacious and has a lot of charm. Beds and bathroom were in good shape and the kitchen was most welcome. Having a washing machine was much appreciated as well. Elevator was a must for taking baggage upstairs. Soap for the shower would be a good addition. There is noise from adjacent apartments and the street, so if you are a light sleeper suggest bringing earplugs or a white noise device.

The apartment is in a beautiful, older building with amenities and transport all on the doorstep. A great place to explore Barcelona from. Carles, who met us, was very welcoming and helpful even though we were later than expected. Would absolutely return here when back in Barcelona. Highly recommend. Nothing. Everything was as we expected.

A bit too many questions regarding our arrival time and I kept getting questions about when I was arriving during my day of travelling which was a bit stressful. I had already notified my arrival time twice. Also, typical tourist flat features such as extremely uncomfortable pillows, no kitchen towel, slightly dirty kitchenware but overall everything was good for our needs.
• Ray (9/5): Superb - They Apartment is spacious. Gets the morning sun on a covered rear sun room. There are 4/5 bedrooms and dining room, drawing room, and sunroom. There is a bathroom with shower and wc and a separate small wc/toilet room. The apartment is functional, clean and secure. This apartment would suit a family or group of friends. Location is just off Ave de Diagiona which runs across Barcelona, so it is central and within 20 minutes walk of most locations with metro nearby. Taxis can be hailed on the corner of street or prebooked. Local shops and cafes with a 5 minute walk Would recommend and would stay again. Nothing to dislike about the apartment. Would recommend suppling a teapot for tea drinkers (kitchen has everything else needed, kettle, coffeemaker, fridge / freezer, microwave, hob, oven, saucepans, coffeemaker, utensils, etc.).

• Stacey (7/5): Lovely location, but a little on the small side for the price - The Host was amazing as our train from Madrid was 4 hrs late - he waited around till we arrived even though it delayed his own plans - he kept in contact with us all afternoon. The location was great, close to metro and other attractions within walkable distance such as Casa Mila. The sun terrace was great and we used it a couple of afternoons and also to dry all our washing! The entrance hall to the apartment was beautiful. The apartment did have everything you needed to stay for a few days. The apartment was much smaller than we anticipated for a 2 bedroom. There was also no air con unit in the small room which meant to cool the room you had to leave the door to the lounge open - not ideal when room is being used by a 14 year old. We did feel that the apartment was a little expensive compared to others we have stayed in given the size. 3 adult sized humans in the apartment made it fee a little cramped.
