• Hrebeniuk (10/5): Отлично! С маленьким но. - Все отлично) Бойлер не работал, и пришлось немного разобраться, благо все решили сами. И да проблемы с горячей водой присутствует температура очень скачет.
• Елена Езерова (6/5): Не стоит своих денег, нуждается в реновации - По сути у этой квартиры всего 2 главных достоинства: 1. она расположена в Барселоне 2. Она невероятно близко к метро. Буквально метро буквально у вашего подъезда, и это конечно супер-удобно. В квартире было чисто, было чистое постельное и полотенца. Был утюг. Розеток мало, но ок. Есть посуда, сковородки, кофе машина, стиралка. В общем в этом смысле довольно комфортно. К сожалению, на этом достоинства заканчиваются. Во-первых, почините смеситель!!! Вода идет то кипяток, то ледяная. Если в кухне кто-то моет посуду - то помыться в ванной нельзя, вода будет идти ледяная. Во-вторых, поменяйте что-то в ванной, в идеале вам нужна душевая кабина. Иначе вода просто все время вытекает из поддона на пол и это очень неудобно!! В-третьих, почините горелку на плите!! Самая большая и удобная - не работает! Поменяйте швабру на более современную или хотя бы такую, которая хорошо впитывает тот потоп, который организуется в ванной после приема душа. Шторка очень грязная, прилипает к телу. Это очень неприятно и не гигиенично. Шкафчик в ванной не закрывается. Стеклянная полка так торчит, сто об неё обязательно кто-то да ударится. Вообще квартира очень маленькая для 4х, а цена как раз взимается немаленькая. К фену тоже было много претензий от моих соседок, он выглядит как аварийный. Вообще есть такой вайб типа «все равно приедут», поэтому видимо в квартире столько неисправностей. Район в 20 минутах на метро от центра. Вечером небезопасно, видели как наркоман колол себе наркотик прямо на ступеньках за домом. Вечером лучше ходить группами, не в одиночку.

• Nataliia (9/5): Overall, very convenient with enough space for the whole family. - Great location, the beach is within walking distance – about 20 minutes through the city, with beautiful parks and nice streets along the way. A large shopping mall, many restaurants and shops, and a metro station are nearby. The apartment has everything you need – air conditioning, household appliances, and the possibility to cook your own meals. Overall, it was very convenient – with many rooms, it was perfect for traveling as a family, since everyone had their own space. Some disadvantages: the water in the shower is difficult to regulate (it suddenly changes from hot to cold, making it impossible to adjust properly). Since there is no glass partition in the shower – only a curtain – the water flows out into the bathroom combined with the toilet, and we had to clean up the water every time after taking a shower. Cooking on the gas stove in the kitchen is quite slow. After we finished cooking and turned off the gas, the stove remained very hot until the morning, even though the gas was off, which caused our porridge to burn and the soup to almost evaporate and overcook. There is no tool for peeling potatoes. We also did not know where to dispose of the apartment’s garbage.
