• Samantha (9/5): Warm welcome! - Carlos welcomed us very friendly in his former family house. The place was very cozy, but bright and even had some childrens books, which our daughters liked very much. We loved that there were two bathrooms and a big balcony. Even when I put the keys in the wrong post box when we left, Carlos was still friendly. Nothing to complain for us, but the appartment is in the attic of the building on the third floor, so you need to be able to walk the stairs. Also the ceilings are not very high if you are a tall person.
• Kelvin (10/5): A lovely apartment on the edge of the old town. - A lovely flat in a residential block. Good to have two separate bedrooms rather than just a sofa bed so my son could have his own room. Plenty of space in all the rooms plus a little balcony. A little view over the rooftops. In a quiet area just over the river bed from the old town. Easy to wa;k into the centre and to the Malaga Central Almedia station. Very friendly host who gave us some restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again. The celings slope so could be a bit tricky if you are very tall. Was not an issue for us. The apartment is up three flights of stairs with no lift - so do not choose if you cannot manage stairs, otherwise not a problem. The owner helped carry our luggage up.
• Emily (10/5): Perfect base to explore Malaga - The apartment is a perfect base to explore Malaga, it is only a 10 minute slow stroll to the city centre and is in a safe neighbourhood. Our host Carlos could not have been more welcoming, it is rare these days for a host to communicate so well and have care for your wellbeing and enjoyment. He recommended such delicious spots to dine, which we fully enjoyed. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Thank you, Carlos (and Olivia). Steps could be challenging for much older people, but we managed just fine and it keeps you fit :)

Seul petit bémol la salle de bain un peu vieillotte avec une douche très petite.

• Pavlo (10/5): Чудові апартаменти і сервіс - Чудова квартира з усім необхідним: - розташована в 5 хвилинах пішки від центру, але у значно тихішому місці, купа магазинів поруч - велика: дві спальні, вітальня, кухня, два санвузли - кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті, для Малаги це важливо - простора тераса, де можна поснідати або повечеряти - дизайн з багатьма старовинними речима в якості декору - паркомісце у дворі, велике за іспанськими стандартами - останнє, але дуже важливе: чудовий хост Карлос, який чекав нас до ночі, бо наш рейс затримався. Карлос показав де що і як у квартирі, дав поради де поїсти і що робити в місті і околицях, просто супер-господар! - це було в описі, нема ліфту на третій поверх, може бути важкувато з візком або малою дитиною
• María Dolores (10/5): Buhardilla con encanto muy céntrica - El alojamiento cumplió con todas mis expectativas: muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo y con encanto.Carlos fue muy amable y nos marcó en un plano todos los sitios de interés para visitar y a nivel gastronómico, nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones. Cuando vuelva a Málaga, reservaré de nuevo en esta buhardilla.
• Ana Belén (9/5): - Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos, al llegar Olivia nos dió información muy bien detallada de que podríamos hacer y visitar con sitios claves de Málaga. La plaza de garaje es muy benficiante ya que no hemos tenido problemas en movernos fuera de Málaga y tener que preocuparnos por buscar aparcamiento al volver. El apartamento es muy bonito y amplio, con mucha luz natural, nos encantó desayunar en la terraza. Volveremos sin duda!! Por la noche olía mal, el baño sobre todo, el portal por la noche no tiene nada de luz hasta que no entras y ya puedes darle al interruptor, por lo que cuesta un poco abrir el portal.

We stayed with our two children and there was ample space and great to have two bathrooms. We found the apartment very peaceful and relaxing especially with the bonus of a roof top patio. Carlos is an amazing host who met us at the door and sat down and advised us on all the places to visit. Carlos had already been in regular contact with us leading up to our booking answering all our questions. I wish every host could be like Carlos. The apartment is perfectly located a five minute walk to the beautiful old town where you can visit all the lovely tapas bars and historical sites (we visited the castle, market, roman ruins, picasso museum etc). The beach is walkable but also the apartment is very close to the metro train line if you want to venture further up the cost (we got a green card from the tobacco kiosk and it only cost us 59 cents per person per journey) We had an amazing holiday in Malaga and truly loved Carlos and the apartment I cannot think of anything negative to say as we simply did not want to leave

• Orestis (10/5): Great stay for 4 people at a lovely central apartment - The apartment was great for 4 people because it had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It was also in a very central place. Carlos was super friendly and kind with everything we asked. Also everything was very clean and the apartment had all the amenities we could need.
• Meg (10/5): Exceptional - Carlos is the most wonderful host I have come across on my travels. He my mother and I at the building, took our cases up and gave us a grand tour of the apartment. He then sat down to give recommendations on a map- a real personal touch. The apartment is beautiful, very homely and clean. It was really nice to have outdoor space (a rarity in Málaga.). We will be recommending this place to all our family and friends. N/A

Carlos the owner is extremely nice and his detailed suggestions greatly helped us during our stay in Málaga. The location of the apartment is perfect to visit Málaga city center on foot and is very silent.

Wonderful help! A little bit inconvenient for tall people, since three rooms have low attic ceilings.

• Marie (10/5): Paradise in paradise! - It was spacious, in a very residential neighborhood, yet close to the necessary shops and tourist destinations. The kitchen was amazing. The 2 bedrooms were large and one had a terrace. There were 2 bathrooms which was convenient for us traveling as friends. The lighting was wonderful for reading. It was very secure and safe Best of all is the host Carlis who went beyond being helpful and considerate. Despite lots of steps, it actually made it feel more real than a modernized facility so lack of a. Elevator is an extremely minor point.

The apartment was very comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The shower cabinet is small and could usefully have a tray for toiletries inside. Perhaps a small coffee table in the living room to put wine or coffee on near the sofa.

What is the most important is the hospitality of the owner, who personally welcome us in the apartament and explain carefully everything concerning both the facilities in the apartament and all interesting places to visit including very good restaurants:)

Was waiting for us with keys (we arrived at night 03.00am).Even it was so late, he used his time to show us everything, gave us maps of Malaga and Andalusien, showing us places to visit and giving tips about restaurant and beaches. The building has no elevator and the property is on the fourth floor, also the bathrooms are so awkward, one has a tiny shower where a big adult can’t make it and the other one has door or curtain.

• Bogdan (9/5): Great apartment, great hosts! - We were greeted by Carlos, AMAZING person and host. Great communication and lots of recommendations for the city and surroundings. The apartment is nice, you have everything that you need for a pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen, very clean, quiet and comfy. Lots of kid friendly stuff in the house, books, games, a chalk board...my 1yr son loved it. Parking inside the building yard with remotely controlled gate. Town center and shops 10min walk away. Keep in mind there is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no central heating system in the apartment, we used the AC for that, no problem. I just mentioned these for people to be aware, it wasn`t an issue for us, our stay was lovely!

• Conor (9/5): Great hosts, great location and great city - Carlos and Olivia were brilliant hosts. They showed flexibility with the arrival time and provided us with loads of tips of what to do for 2 nights in Malaga. They were very friendly and Carlos spoke a good level of English which really helped. The best feature about the property was the location which was perfect. Not quite in absolute centre but perfectly close. Took about 3 mins to get to the historical center. Apartment itself had 2 bathrooms which was helpful as we were 2 couple la staying. Car parking was also a massive advantage. If I return to Malaga, I would absolutely get in touch with Carlos to use this accommodation. Very little to be honest. Maybe a tip for Carlos would be to arrange a way that guests can pick up keys from a drop box to save himself the hassle of waiting for them to turn up.
