• Monique (5/5): Gebroken nacht - Lokatie Bedbank: matras was te vies voor worden Onhygiënisch. Te dun om op te slapen, je lag gewoon op ijzeren onderstel, gebroken wakker. Slapen is dus min 10, rugklachten en bacteriën. Wifi die was er niet, geen bereik In de douche hoorde je heel de nacht naast de wc water druppels vallen bij afvoerputje.
• Nathalie (8/5): Appartement très bien placé pour tout faire à pied - Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement au rez-de-chaussée très bien situé pour visiter tout Málaga à pied. L’interlocuteur répond rapidement aux questions et les explications concernant les clés et le logement sont claires et efficaces. L’appartement est joli, bien décoré et confortable. Le point négatif concerne surtout le manque de lumière lié au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu’une forte humidité avec une odeur assez présente. L’accès à la piscine est également un peu compliqué à gérer avec le système de clés et d 'horaires ce qui n’est pas très pratique un peu trop fliqué

• Yuliana (7/5): - Central location and cleanliness There was not enough hot water for 3 people to take a shower and it was a shock. In addition, in the apartment you can hear everything that is happening around, neighbors' conversations, someone walking down the corridor or taking a shower. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. 2 days of our stay on the street where the apartment is located, drug addicts were sitting.
• Tatjana (3/5): - The location is veru good, since it is one street from the historic part of the town however the neighbourhood is a not so good, at night there are some shady guys, didnt feel safe at night. We stayed at groud floor however the windows were directed to atrium of the building so there were no sunlight. We had to keep lights on during entire day The noise- walls are extrey thin. You can hear next door sneezing. Sometimes was impossible to sleep. Cleaning- the apartment was bearly cleaned, the lamps had a thick layer of dust falling on beds and floor. There were hair all over the place (not ours). The bed was uncomfrtable and squeecky, the sink was leeking, the couch was uncomfrtable to sit on( dont want to even think how uncomfrable would be sleeping on it), the water pressure in the shower was really week.

• Wendy (7/5): A decent stay for a short solo trip - Good apartment for one person, mainly due to the great price-quality ratio and the convenient location in the city center. The check-in process was fully digital and worked very smoothly. The pool was also a big plus. However, I did miss having a balcony or any kind of view, which made the apartment feel a bit enclosed. The walls are very thin—I could clearly hear the neighbors (believe the reviews). The bed is on the small side and needs replacing; it was very creaky and somewhat worn out. Overall, a decent stay for a short solo trip, but with a few clear areas for improvement.

Доброжелательный персонал. Очень большая слышимость соседей и окна выходят на соседние номера, на противоположную стену. Мало солнца в апартаментах.

• Mark (8/5): Very nice accommodation and good location. - Accommodation was clean with all the facilities I expected. Bed was comfortable. Check was easy. All done with codes. Location was good. A good walk up from the train station and port but central for the old town. It was quite noisy at night. Mainly from other people living in the apartments. Door banging, people talking, etc. This is obviously not the fault of the company but just letting people know.

Very clean and modern. Very comfortable. Staff were super helpful and attentive.. I would stay here again All good although it was a little noisy at peak times with people entering and leaving the apartment block but only at certain times.

• Flavio (9/5): Ottimo punto di riferimento per visitare la città! - L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben fornito, perfetto per un soggiorno anche di più notti vista la spaziosità e i servizi disponibili. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza di una lavasciuga e delle pods per fare la lavatrice. Posizione centrale, ottima per visitare la città, ma purtroppo abbiamo notato che la via dove si trova l'ingresso del palazzo non è particolarmente ben frequentata di notte. Niente di particolare, si tratta di un qualcosa che non dipende dai gestori e che comunque non mi fa cambiare idea sulla qualità del soggiorno

Ponadto podczas naszego pobytu który trwał 3 dni prze dwa dni basen był nieczynny. Kolejny minus to plaga mrówek. Kiepskie rozwiązania z otwieraniem drzwi gdyż otwierane są na elektroniczne klucze a nam się przytrafiło zostawić jr w mieszkaniu i wyjść i z niewiadomego powodu nie chciano nam podać kodu tylko musieliśmy poczekać na przyjazd personelu

• Olga (10/5): - Очень всё понравилось! Отличное месторасположение. Даже не ожидали, что всё в шаговой доступности. Каждый день поднимались в бассейн. Не нужно было пешком, использовали лифт. Бассейн всегда был чистый . В аппартаментах есть всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Спасибо большое! В следующем году планируем ещё раз посетить Малага и будем брать именно у этой фирмы аппартаменты. Рекомендую всем путешественникам!

• OSCAR (10/5): - Destacamos la limpieza y prolijidad del departamento. También la amable recepción de Silvia, que nos brindó varios datos del lugar. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la Plaza de la Merced y el Museo Picasso. También fue muy simple el check out. Sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo y lo recomendamos.
• Ale (1/5): - Turned up to the property and there had been a leak a few weeks ago prior to our stay. Which left damage in the kitchen and also the bathroom had mould and a hole in the celling. We were only informed once we had arrived. We were also asked if the insurance company could come into the room on one of the days to check the damage. After being out during the day we came back to a trail of ants across the room. If we had known all of this prior we would never have booked this room. Terrible customer service and nearly ruined our holiday would not book.

• Sara (10/5): Increíble apartamento. - La piscina de la azotea es genial, aunque no cabe mucha gente viene muy bien para refrescarse y la zona de tumbonas es grande e ideal para tomar el sol. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y limpio. Estupendo para dos personas, totalmente recomendable. Buena ubicación, se puede ir andando al centro y a la playa. Sin duda repetiría. Las almohadas eran finas y había mucho cojín, sería mejor solo una almohada un poco más gordita. Pero lo demás todo bien.
• Emma (6/5): Cheap & cheerful for short stay to explore the city - It was in a great location, and cheap & cheerful for the couple of nights. Defo wouldn’t recommend to stay for long term. The pool closing mid day for a couple of hours is not told when you book and is so odd Collecting the keys was an easy process - I always throw my eyes up at reviews about this as I think people don’t read instructions correctly but in this case, the instructions giving were missing pieces which were very important ie what door to enter the premises through!

• Davide (1/5): Humidité et moisissure - L'emplacement central L'appartement était très sale, très humide et avec des taches d'humidité importantes au niveau de la cuisine. Et surtout ça puait d'humidité et de moisissure. Les matelas sont très inconfortables. L'endroit très bruyant. Le rapport qualité-prix était très mauvais car je considère qu'ils ont profité d'augmenter les prix à cause de la feria de Malaga, mais l'appartement ne le méritait pas du tout. Jamais plus!
• David (10/5): Muy comodo - El apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y céntrico. La piscina es muy chula pero es comunitaria y tiene aforo para 16 personas en el agua a la vez… así que hay momentos que hay mucha gente y te tienes que esperar, es una piscina para un chapuzón rápido.
• alyssa (7/5): No está mal - Céntrico. Tenía de todo. Camas cómodas Reservamos este hotel porque habíamos estado allí una vez y nos gustó oor la piscina, y por eso lo reservamos otra vez. Pero esta vez tenía nuevas reglas. Ya no se podía beber , ni estar q lado de la piscina tenias que ir a las camas. Cerraba a mediodía que es absurdo . Staff antipático.
• Patricia (7/5): El personal lo mejor del alojamiento - El alojamiento estaba bastante limpio, tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban súper limpias. Es muy cercano a las calles principales del centro y hay muchos bares alrededor. Sin duda, lo mejor ha sido la atención del personal, tanto Marina como Magdalena han sido súper atentas en todo momento, dispuestas a ayudar y a solucionar todo en tiempo récord. Las personas que trabajan en el edificio son un encanto, muy educados y ayudando en todo momento (limpiadora, chico de mantenimiento y chica de la piscina). El apartamento es bastante pequeño y cuando se monta el sofá cama te quedas sin salón. La piscina es demasiado pequeña para la gente que había el día que fuimos.

Very quick response on the platform. The location is good to the center and shops. 1. Noisy Neighbors behind the wall. It was especially problem for us because we were with our almost 2 years old daughter and it was a bit problem to put her fall asleep. 2. No ramp for wheelchairs/baby buggy chairs 3. Very low water pressure in the bed 4. No hot water after 2 people were washed, you had to wait a bit to be washed. 5. Ventilation in the bed worked only once during our one week stay.

• Petronela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was as expected on pictures expect the pool situation. The, size of bed was good , cleanliness and location of the apartment was good as only few minutes away are plenty of restaurants and 20 minutes walk to the beach. Was quiet during night and quite touristy the complex which lead to some noise during day or middle of night (one one occasion) when people were leaving which can be disturbing if sleeping. Apart of that we were happy with everything overall. Water pressure could be better and the advert on booking.com was saying that is a private pool and not community pool which was disappointing and the fact that has specific time when to be used, which unfortunately lead to us not to use it as after 8 pm we were arriving to the apartment. As well the fact that there was no cleaning service during our stay was a bit unexpected but not an issue. Apart of that everything was as advertised and meet the expectations.

• Hartley (10/5): a beautiful stay with everything we needed in the apartment and a nice pool - Location was great. Only a couple of minutes from the main areas of Malaga. Apartment was clean and we were provided with everything we needed. The hosts were easy to contact for any questions we had via WhatsApp The only thing was how little sunlight there was in the apartment, it was on the bottom floor and very closed in.
• Torrible (10/5): Couldnt have asked for more! - Host was great, made contact and stayed in contact, and even helped me navigate around after I got lost. Was a little bit of a walk from the port but a happy walk more than a killer. Room was spacious and clean and exactly what I needed.

• David (8/5): Excellent, well situated apartment. I'd certainly use it again. - Nice apartment. well-appointed. Good size Had everything necessary. Nice shower, comfy bed, efficient air-con. Quiet as well although it's only a five minute walk to restaurants bars etc, and a nearby large supermarket. The old town is 10 minutes away, the marina is about a 20 minute walk Excellent hosts, everything was very well handled. I was given an out of hours number to call should there be any problems. I arrived quite late but it wasn't an issue, just clear instructions and a key in a lock box. The batteries in the air-con remote need changing :-)

• Niklas (8/5): Nice stay overall in a central location with good facilities. - Good location, renovated building and spacious apartment No heater, no possibility to store luggage after check out. Prior to arrival we were informed that late check-ins after 8 pm would be extra chargeable with an additional increase after 10 pm. We arrived early but no staff was available for check-in so we were instructed to use a key box with a code. I don’t get the idea of charging people for late check-ins when having a key box. Also we had to confirm our exact arrival time before which took away the usual flexibility. No big issue but could easily be improved if they just sent every guest to the key box.
• Nadja (8/5): Good value for the money - Very good description provided, looks exactly like description. Nice location. In addition to everything described, the washing machine has a dryer option, which was a big plus :) Couple of details I didn't expect but realistically are probably more place/climate related than the property itself: 1. The amount of hot water was limited, enough to get a shower but not enough for a bath. 2. There was some mold in the bathroom. I'm mildly sensitive to mold and didn't get any reaction, but if you're very sensitive you might want to take this into account (again, I'm afraid it's the climate...) 3. The roof pool is open in winter, true, but the water isn't heated 😅
