• HYUNJOO (10/5): - 위치가 대중교통을 이용하기 좋은 곳에 있어서 쉽게 이동이 가능했다 기본조미료가 준비되어 있어서 조리해 먹기 좋았다 체크인시 연락을 부킹닷컴 이용해도 된다고했는데 전화(이심사용 전화불가)로 연락을 하셔서 체크인할때 문앞거리에서 기다려야핬던점이 조금 아쉬움

• Isabelle (10/5): Superbe ! - L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de la ville. L’appartement est calme et propre avec une très belle terrasse. Le personnel est réactif et la personne qui nous a accueilli très agréable. Des gardiens sont présents en permanence en bas de l’immeuble, ce qui rassure carrément. Je recommande vivement.

• Josef (3/5): Top Lage mit unzumutbarer Unterkunft - Zentrale Lage Wir hatten Wohnung Nr. 6: alles veraltet und runtergewirtschaftet. Jalousien funktionieren nicht, daher heißt sich die Wohnung auf. Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht… Teilweise lebensgefährliche Elektrizität. Offene Schalter, Lampe hängt an Kabel von der Decke, Tür zertrümmert usw. Die Bilder im Internet zeigen etwas anderes als wir antrafen…
• Sofia-Panagiota (5/5): Καθόλου ικανοποιημένοι σχετικά με τη κατάσταση του καταλύματος. Έντονη δυσοσμία και μούχλα. - Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Αλλά, λόγω των μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς είναι εύκολο από κάθε σημείο της πόλης. Έντονη δυσοσμία από το μπάνιο, που μεταφερόταν σε ολόκληρο το κατάλυμα. Υγρασία και μούχλα. Η τιμή δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Οι τοίχοι και οι πόρτες καταστραμμένοι από την υγρασία.Τελος, για τρεις βραδιές κράτησης δεν υπήρχαν επιπλέον πετσέτες για αντικατάσταση των χρησιμοποιημένων.

Es gab viele Macken und Probleme, die wir größtenteils übermittelt haben und bekamen bis heute keine Antwort darauf. Die Terrasse ließ sich nicht abschließen. Die Matratze im Wohnzimmer war nicht brauchbar. Bilder (von Undichtigkeiten) wurden ebenso über booking com geschickt.
• Martina (6/5): Nel complesso una buona soluzione per due persone, mentre per una famiglia di quattro può risultare meno pratica. - Ottima la posizione: davvero comodissima per visitare Barcellona. A due passi da Casa Batlló e dalle vie principali, e in circa 25 minuti si arriva anche alla Sagrada Familia. Molto pratico anche il collegamento con l’aeroporto, raggiungibile in taxi in circa 20 minuti. L’appartamento è carino, ma per quattro persone può risultare un po’ sacrificato. Il divano letto dove dormivano le nostre figlie non era confortevole e presentava alcune macchie, quindi non è stato il massimo. Inoltre il bagno si trova all’interno dell’unica camera da letto: questo rende scomodo l’utilizzo per chi dorme nel soggiorno.

• Costache (10/5): - Very nice location, very close to the center, and public transportation. Perfect for a ciyi break or a longer stay. Even tough you came with that family or friends, the location is perfect. Edison waited for us, and helped us with early check in (12.00), without extra costs, and was very nice. The place does not have gas or centralized heating, it has just electric radiators, and we had to be carefull, but for us it was not a very big problem. Recomandatio:. Change the air conditioners to new ones and lose the electric radiators!

La cucina carina ma sprovvista di alcune cose basilari (tovaglia) e nemmeno un caffè o thè o tisana disponibili. Prima di andare via ho fatto una domanda via whatsapp e nessuno ci ha risposto...

• Eva (9/5): - apatman je vo vynikajucej lokalite, tesne pri namesti Plaza de Catalunya, kde je dopravny uzol, vyborna pesia dostupnost pamiatok, restauracii, obchody s potravinami. apartman bol orientovany do dvora, velmi ticho, napriek centralnemu umiestneniu. boli sme 4 osoby, 2 vyuzili manzelsku postel, 2 osoby vyuzili rozkladaciu pohovku, prekvapivo bola velmi pohodlna. k dispozicii bola kuchyna, sedenie vnutri aj na terase, kupelna mala sprchu, vanu, wc a bidet, velka kupelna s oknnom. k dispozicii bola aj pracka, tu sme viac krat vyuzili. vsetko bolo super, len par detailov by potrebovalo trochu upravy. kedze sa apartman ponuka ako pre 4 osoby, tak osoby, ktore spia v obyvacke nemaju vobec ziaden ulozny priestor na oblecenie, musia vyuzit skrine v spalni. kupelna bola priestranna, dostatok uterakov k dispozcii, ale ziadna moznost uterak zavestit, hoci za dverami je volna stena, riesili sme to susiakom na terase. sprcha ma velmi labilny zaves, treba drziak upevnit. tak isto vana, ma sklenenu zastenu, ktora vsak ma zospodu 1cm priestor, tecie voda do kupelne. taktiez v priestore smrdi kanalizacia, bol k dispozicii osviezovac vzduchu, ale asi by bolo dobre riesit realny problem. boli to ale skor detaily, umiestnenie ubytovania bolo super, priestranna terasa, roleta proti slnku, aj pracka nam velmi sprijemnili pobyt :) kupelna potrebuje trochu lasky, zisla by sa aspon mensia skrinka na oblecenie v obyvacke (napriklad namiesto skrinky na pohare vedla stola)

• Fatih (9/5): Harika - Tesisin konumu tek kelime ile muhteşemdi. Barcelona’nın tam kalbinde Plaça Katalunya meydanının dibindeydi. Tüm markaların mağazaları hemen apartmanın altındaydı. Bu kadar merkezi bir konumda konaklamak paha biçilemez. Yatak odasının biri karanlık ve küçük bir odaydı. Bir de üst katta yer alan yatak odasının merdivenleri güvenlik konusunda küçük çocuklar için sıkıntılı olabilir.
• Ume (9/5): リラックスできる素敵なお部屋。 - ソファやリクライニングチェアなどおしゃれで快適に過ごせる設備が整った広々としたリビングと、素敵なテラスでした。 デロンギのコーヒーカプセルもたくさん用意してあり、一泊一つだけとか考えずに楽しめました。 建物にはエレベーターがあり、セキュリティ、警備も良いです。 立地はカタルーニャ広場へ徒歩1分の距離で、24時間運行の空港バスもメトロの駅も近くて完璧です。 チェックインの手続きのためスタッフが現地に来ましたが、別件のため予定より30分ほど遅れて来られました。とても気の良い方で、スペインの日常なら仕方ないと思いましたが、ちょっと不便に感じました。 部屋の鍵の開け閉めに苦労し、鍵が開けられず、隣の部屋の人に訪ねて解決しました。鍵がものすごく硬いのが原因でした。結局閉めるのはオートロックでしたので、それも教えて欲しかったです。 細かいところでは、ソファベッドのマットが少し波打っていて寝づらかったり、洗面所が下水臭かったり、シャワーの水がどうしても水はね防止の隙間から飛び出てビタビタになったりということがありました。

• Mirla (3/5): Totalmente una estafa - Solamente la ubicación, es mi primera vez en Madrid Debíamos entrar a las 3 pm y recibimos las llaves a las 4:30 pm, las fotos de lo que rente no era, soy discapacitada y viaje con mi nieto de 1 año y medio y este apartamento nada cómodo no tenía dos habitaciones tenía una habitación y un loft totalmente abierto y con escaleras imposible de usar por mi o mi nieto, llamé a todos los números de teléfono que tenía y nadie contestó

La terrasse est géniale ainsi que le toit terrasse 😊 L’appartement est très confortable même si celui ci est vieillissant. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et aussi pour notre chien Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Le bruit des voisins même si celui ci n’est pas métrisable par l’hôte… Le lit du canapé lit est peu confortable.

• Ashleigh (5/5): - Totally central. Amazing to get around. The air con wasn't working properly. It wasn't effective at all and we were sleeping on 40 degree heat. Having to have cold showers throughout the night and sleep with iced water bottles. It was horrific. We did ask for some fans and no one got back to us.
• Ashleigh (3/5): Not worth it. - The location was absolutely perfect for shopping and eating out. The actual apartment looked nothing like the photos advertised. The rooftop was just that, a rooftop! They didn’t bother to put any furniture up there so people could sit and relax. But the apartment next to us did! There was no explanation in the advertisement that the photos were only for “certain” apartments and not all. The sofa bed was awful. My kids slept horribly. They didn’t provide us with a blanket at all. Just a top sheet. I’ve never rented a place that thought it was acceptable to not provide ALL of the bedding. Not just the sheets. The toilets in the bathroom smelled rank. Like that old sewer smell that never goes away. Ran out of hot water pretty fast. Had to take a cold shower on the 1st night. To top it off, the last day we were there, ants were covering the counters and the trash can.

Location is very convenient to get to either with metro/bus or coming from the airport with express bus. Close to main attractions and walkable distance to Gothic Quartier/El Born. The upstairs bathroom sink was not working properly - it was leaking water all over the floor.

The terrace is really nice too. unfortunately, there are a lot of things that need to be improved within the apartment. We had a pretty awful stay. If we were staying for longer, we would have moved to another hotel. The cleaning lady pushed her way into the apartment 15 minutes early to strip the beds (we were finishing packing the suitcase and I was ironing my shirt at the time). I have never experienced the cleaner pushing her way into the apartment to strip the beds and start cleaning before check out. It's super unprofessional and doesn't look good to your guests. The hairdryer was a fire hazard and unsafe to use. It was destroyed. It was completely melted. The hair dryer is a 20 euro piece of equipment so just replace it. Again, it's not a good look to have a piece of damaged equipment like that in the property. The shower curtain is hanging off, and there is an unbearable smell of poo and foul water coming from the drains in the bathroom. One of the kitchen doors is hanging off. The kitchen cabinets are water damaged and pretty mouldy. The couch has cigarette burns on it and is just genuinely uncomfortable to sit or lie on. The pillows on the bed are the worst that I have ever had to sleep with. I had to see a massage therapist after because my neck in so much pain from the pillows and bed. There were also dirty towels left in the apartment from previous guests.. The TV has a big white spot in the middle of the screen where it has been damaged so even watching TV is annoying. The noise of the elevator motors is pretty loud in the apartment and was waking me up whenever someone used the elevator. And finally, the Italians next door were partying for 2 days straight so we couldn't even rest in peace.

• Rita (3/5): The location was wonderful and Gonzalo was great, but the apartment not so much - The location was amazing The apartment was not comfortable, we arrived to dirty towels, I found some extra that we could use. The apartment wasn’t ready at agreed time and we had to go walk in the rain for 2h to make sure it’s prepared for us. When we arrived, kids foldable sofa was missing sheets. I ended up finding a duvet cover to cover the kids sleeping area. When I went to wash my self I found dirty towels from previous tenants, they still had make up and lipstick on them. The apartment smelled very bad, like mold and sewage. There was a leak in the ceiling and looks like a bathroom had flooded and was never was fixed leaving everything smelling like mold. We couldn’t close the bathroom door so the smell traveled through the apartment. It was hard to go in that bathroom due to smell.
• Qasim (6/5): Overall stay was good but needs improvement. - Excellent location in the middle of the city centre. Good size apartment with terrace. Bathroom was damp and smelly. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Bed linens and towels not clean. Damp odour in the apartment. The window repair work started during the stay which took 2 hours of constant noise.
• Charmaine (8/5): Fantastic - Beautiful property, close to everything eg metro, airport bus, restaurants, Ramblas, Casa Batlo, shops. We got the address wrong and we got in late but the property manager kindly waited for us. As it was in the centre of town on a weekend there was faint noise from people around at night. It was not really an issue as we slept alright. There was a loft with no balustrade so it could be a problem for young kids but not for us
• Ron (8/5): Apart from above it was great. Gemma was great meeting us early to put our luggage in apartment - Location Shower. Unable to use shower/bath due to connection broken The very small shower was hard to use
