• Estévez Pedraz (5/5): No fue lo esperado - Estaban esperandonos cuando llegamos Tuvimos que dejar un depósito de 100 euros y nos quisieron hacer firmar unas "normas de depósito" de las que no sabiamos nada hasta ese momento en la que nos sancionaban si: no tirabamos la basura 20€, manchabamos sábanas o toallas 20€ por prenda, no respetabamos la hora de salida, 20 €, no mandabamos un mensaje en el momento de la salida 50 €, si pierdes o te llevas las llaves 100 €, dejar AC encendido 50€. Otros daños o extravíos la cantidad correspondiente o reclamación a booking o Airbnb. Era un alojamiento un poco viejito y todo estaba muy usado. Tardaron más de 10 días en devolvernos el depósito que recibimos íntegro.
• prusinski (9/5): - Czysto, schludnie, lokalizacja ok Odpadający tynk ze ścian, brak poinformowania ze przy zwrocie kaucji przelewem jest o 28 euro mniej niż się dało [100 € ]bo koszty 28€ przelew przy czym ze 427zl robi się 305zl do oddania, kaucja powinna być zwracania w dniu wyjazdu i po odbiorze mieszkania na miejscu, nie przelewem, zwłaszcza ze to klient traci a nie wynajmujący mieszkanie. Polecam Dobrze przeczytać warunki wynajmu gdyż są kary np: za nie wyrzucone śmieci itp.

• NosNos (7/5): Kellemes, jó fekvésű. - Jó fekvés, sok tükör. nagyon jól felszerelt konyha! Talán a parkolás volt egyedül egy kicsit nehézkes, de azért megoldható.
• Eduard (10/5): But this apartment is worth staying in during your visit to Malaga, with its convenient location, comfortable beds, and - We really liked the apartment owner, who was very polite, kind, and communicative. He was always available and responsive. We also appreciated that the apartment is located in the city centre, which made visiting the most interesting places in Malaga very convenient. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. It’s worth mentioning that the apartment did not have toilet paper or soap, which could be inconvenient if local shops are closed when you arrive. We also noticed some noise at night from people talking outside, which occasionally disturbed our sleep. This may be a temporary issue, but it was consistent throughout our stay.

• nicolas (5/5): - L'appartement ne reflette absolument pas les photos. Mur sale, ustensile de cuisine d'un autre âge, mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain , serviette propre mais qui ont bien vécu. Lit confortable et proximité avec le centre ville .. Merci à Icham pour son bon accueil.

• Ricardo (1/5): PROPRIETÁRIOS BURLÕES - A localização não era péssima e tinha wi-fi O check in gratuito terminava às 20h e disseram-nos que a partir dessa hora até à 0h00 tínhamos de pagar uma caução de 30€ e depois da 0h00 seria de 50€ (estava escrita que terminava às 20h, mas não que tínhamos de pagar esse valor, só nos foi informado depois). Uma vez que chegámos perto das 21h aceitámos a caução, mas pedimos uma FATURA SIMPLIFICADA a qual NÃO NOS FOI FORNECIDA. O documento que nos enviaram era uma papel com a designação “check in tarde” e o valor. No entanto não tinha quaisquer dados fiscais do alojamento, ou seja, os proprietários burlam os clientes com este valor de check in e não declaram às finanças os respetivos ganhos.

• Lenka (8/5): Very good - Very nice host. Good location in walking distance to the centre. Appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. Despite minor imperfections, the apartment was fine. The shower needs some maintenance (water did not run off). Also some of the kitchen equipment should be replaced (very scratched pans).

• Anna (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, everything is nearby. Our host was really nice and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The apartman could be a little bit cleaner. You have to pay for the late check-in (after 8 pm). It would be great to have a key box for example.
