• NATIVIDAD (5/5): Para estancias breves - La situación , bien comunicado con transporte público y cerca del mar. El agua caliente debe ir con termo y dura muy poco y el dormitorio diminuto sin armario ni mesita de noche y muy justo para pasar. Poca luz porque está en un callejón oscuro pero la zona es muy bonita. El sistema de entrada que tienen con codificación nos falló dos veces en 4 días y no fuimos los únicos. Bien para pasar 2 o 3 días por Barcelona pero incómodo para más tiempo.

• Barbara (5/5): - il bagno non aveva nessun punto di appoggio considerando le esigenze femminili, lo scarico del wc non funzionava adeguatamente e tornavano indietro i residui fecali, casa infestata dalle zanzare l'appartamento si affacciava su entrambi i lati davanti ad altri edifici con minima distanza quindi avevi la vista dentro la casa altrui non c'era una vera stanza da letto ma uno spazio angusto in cui entravano solo 2 letti singoli con 20 cm di distanza tra l'uno e l'altro casa accessoriata di ferro da stiro (chi si mette a stirare in vacanza?), frullatore ad immersione e altri accessori che potrebbero essere comodi peccato che poi ci ha lasciato solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto ricomprarla comunque per sintetizzare rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato

• Gina (8/5): Appartement confortable, très bien situé et qui est très bien équipé. - Accès à l’appartement : il a été facile d’accéder à l’appartement car l’ascenseur arrive directement à l’intérieur de l’appartement et le code pour la porte extérieure a bien fonctionné. Emplacement: cet appartement est extrêmement bien situé, dans le born, près du port, nous avions plusieurs attractions à proximité. Quand je reviendrai à Barcelone, il est certain que je relouerais au même endroit. Équipement : l’appartement était bien pourvu en ustensile casseroles et plusieurs petits appareils électriques. Tout pour cuisiner, on ne manquait de rien à ce niveau. Confort: nous étions très bien et les lits bien que petits était confortable et moelleux. Nous avons très bien dormi. L’appartement était silencieux. Propreté : l’endroit était relativement propre. Le personnel est venu changer la literie une fois pendant notre séjour. Communication : à toutes les fois que j’ai écrit à Renato, il m’a répondu dans l’instant qui suit. À quelques petits détails près qui seront facilement réglés par le propriétaire, je recommande cet hébergement. Nous avons séjourné pendant neuf jours et l’Internet n’a bien fonctionné que la dernière journée. J’ai écrit plusieurs fois à Renato qui à chaque fois quand à tenté de régler le problème. Pour nous qui avions besoin de faire plusieurs réservations pour notre voyage, et vérifier beaucoup d’informations, ce fut vraiment contraignant. Il y avait une odeur persistante des tuyaux qui pour les personnes qui ont l’odorat développée peut être dérangeante. La bouilloire avait un gros dépôt de calcaire et devrait être nettoyée. Nous entendions les gens parler quand ils passaient devant notre appartement en ascenseur.

• Maryna (9/5): - The location is excellent — all the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is very cozy and spotlessly clean, and everything was perfect during our stay. I had asked in advance if the beds could be joined together, and it was arranged perfectly. I also requested an early check-in, and to my pleasant surprise the apartment was already ready at 13:30. Thank you very much to the host for the great hospitality and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay! The only inconvenience was that guests were required to take out the trash themselves. It would be more convenient if this service were included in the cleaning fee. It is not very comfortable to carry trash outside when you already have luggage and bags with you.
• Pedro (8/5): Great! - I stayed in the apartment for two weeks. The location is excellent (and there’s no street noise), access is straightforward, and the staff provided accurate information with quick support. The living room is quite spacious, and the integrated kitchen serves its purpose well. The shower is very good. One day I forgot my key in the elevator, and the staff promptly found it and informed me; I really appreciate that. There are a few points where I wasn’t 100% satisfied, but nothing that compromised the overall stay: 1. The bedroom is extremely small; I could only reach my bed by walking sideways through the narrow space between the beds. 2. The bathroom lacks privacy, it’s like a frosted glass aquarium on all sides. Not an issue for solo travelers, but it can be a bit awkward for two people. 3. The elevator door opens directly into the living room, with no hallway or additional door, so it’s common to hear people going up and down the elevator, which feels a bit unusual.

• Gianmarco (5/5): Appartamento sufficiente, esperienza da evitare. - Posizione centrale per il centro e la Barceloneta, Wifi veloce, check-in comodo e ben organizzato con codici e istruzioni dettagliate. Appartamento datato tipico del centro storico quindi poco coibentato, il riscaldamento (split in cucina) è vecchio e insufficiente a coprire tutti gli ambienti nei mesi freddi essendo limitato a 21° del termostato che non bastano a raggiungere la camera. Manca il phon. Il gestore è indisponente verso le richieste degli ospiti (una stufetta elettrica). La via di ingresso è frequentata da senzatetto e usata come pisciatoio dai clienti della movida.

• JudyAB (10/5): Would live in the apartment full time if I could!! - It was a wonderful little apartment and I could easily visualize living there full time. The location was perfect with a wonderful bakery around the corner and a restaurant (Pisa Morena) a few steps away for a morning latte. The apartment was newer construction with plenty of storage, well equipped with kitchen stuff and super clean. The cleaning service changed the sheets and towels weekly. Although the bedroom was small the beds were comfortable. The manager (Renato) was very responsive. While we hardly spent any time in the apartment, when we did take an early evening break it would have been nice to have a lamp to give some softer lighting for reading in the main room.
• Cynthia (5/5): Not a very inviting place. - The location was very good. The entrance door can be very fickle and it takes several tries to get it to open. Often leaving you outside in the dark looking like a totaly tourist! The lighting is horrible. Cheap overhead LED lights with no side lamps anywhere in the apartment. Absolutely not the place you would want to spend any time in relaxing.
• Martin (9/5): A great location with a local flair, but with some trade-offs - The place is great because of its excellent location right in the center; everything is about a 10-minute walk away, or there’s convenient public transportation. The apartment itself is very small and is suitable if you don’t plan on spending much time there. Keep in mind that they require payment of a tourist tax (about 10% extra on top of the price) and a €200 deposit, which you pay directly and will receive back a week after checkout. These are important details that are written in fine print. I recommend the place with a few caveats (the bathroom has a water heater and there’s not much hot water; if you’re in the fifth or fourth apartment, there are very claustrophobic stairs or an elevator that’s the only way to get there), but overall it’s super cute and suitable.

• Obdržálek (5/5): The apartment is clean and well equiped, in a nice location. But noisy. - Location is nice. Though quite lively through the day and evenings, with bars and music, everything stops at midnight and at night it is really peaceful and quiet. The locals are friendly. There is a multitude of bars, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, everything literally around the corner. The beaches are within walking distance. The house has paper-thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing - moving around their apartment, taking a shower, flushing a toilet... I could not get any sleep. Also, you get a set of two keys with instructions - small one is for the elevator (yes, elevator door opens right into your apartment, meaning you have the elevator running practically through your apartment everytime someone uses it - noisy) and large key is supposed to be from the house front door - except it isn't. I checked with other neighbours and they had the same issue. So you need to use the code for the numpad which doesn't work too well, usually takes two or three tries for the front door to actually unlock. Probably lock has seen better days. Really anoying.

• Michelle (7/5): Basic apartment, good location, several frustrations - Basically a small studio apartment with basic amenities. It's not the prettiest place, but the beds are comfortable and you have plenty of space in the "living room" area. Location is pretty good. It's an easy walk to the Barceloneta area and the head of Las Ramblas through the old part of town, plus close to Ciutadella Park (my favorite place in Barcelona). The metro (yellow line) is 5 minutes away, along with lots of bus lines and Estación de Francia for rodiales/trains. The AC works well (CRUCIAL in summer) and the building even has an elevator (not always available in older buildings). Oh, and the noise at night in the area is pretty low. A few things were a bit weird, mostly having to do with getting appliances to function. I never got the TV to work (not super important to me, but I would have liked to have seen the local news) and the microwave in the kitchenette was extremely frustrating to use. The worst is that I tried to do laundry in the communal machine shown in the property description. Only one of the washing machines worked, and neither of the dryers seemed to work at all. So basically I got a bunch of clothes wet and then had no way to dry them. :( EDIT: I removed a line from my positives about communication with the host being excellent. Communication was timely when I was actively in the apartment, but I had to contact them after the fact to get an invoice and they only seem to respond to messages first thing in the morning Spain time, which is 2-3AM where I live. This obviously doesn't work for timely communication. Then they ignored several messages, and the invoice wasn't detailed they way they're supposed to be (per-night costs, additional fees like cleaning as line items, date and method of payment, etc). I asked for something itemized with more clear proof of payment, and they just kind of gave an unhelpful non-answer.

• Esteban (7/5): Muy buena opción para un apartamento en barcelona, excelente ubicación - A pesar de no ver a nadie de la organización, son muy rápidos contestando. La habitación es espaciosa, la cocina pequeña pero funcional, las sartenes un poco rayadas. Es muy original entrar desde el ascensor, el sofá era cómodo. Hay un cuarto de lavadora y secadora en la entrada del edificio. Las llaves se recogen dentro del edificio, es cómodo pero no ves a nadie en ningún momento. Localización estupenda, cerca de la estación de Francia, la playa, en los barrios clásicos de Barcelona CLot, las ramblas, etc... aunque esté situado un poco entre callejuelas EL colchón demasiado blando y fino, a mi no me resulto cómodo. El cuarto de baño pequeño y con pocas amenities (un bote pequeño de champú y gel y unas pastilla jabón, escaso para 5 días, 2 personas) y toallas un poco pequeñas. Se hubiera agradecido algo mas en la cocina: Azúcar y sal al menos, un poco de café... Hay un gran ventanal con balcón en el salón pero no evita que sea muy oscuro porque el edificio de enfrente es mas alto y esta pegado al apartamento

• fulvio (3/5): Da non ripetere - L'unico aspetto decisamente positivo della struttura è la sua posizione: in un quartiere molto caratteristico e a brevissima distanza dalla metropolitana. Ottima la connessione Wi-Fi. La struttura presenta numerose criticità. Sia la zona giorno che la zona notte hanno una pessima illuminazione naturale: in qualunque ora della giornata e con qualunque situazione meteo (anche in pieno sole a mezzogiorno) si deve tenere la luce accesa. I letti sono ubicati in un "loculo": lo spazio tra un letto e l'altro è di circa 25 cm; i letti sono addossati alle pareti; il vano è parzialmente separato dalla zona giorno dal bagno e il varco di accesso misura 50 cm; la sua finestra affaccia su un cavedio popolato da piccioni che hanno sparso sterco ovunque sulle pareti esterne, è raccomandabile che non venga aperta per evidenti ragioni igienico-sanitarte; le luci di cortesia rappresentate nelle immagini disponibili della struttura non esistono (cosa per altro confermata dal gestore cui è stato sottoposto il problema), per leggere è necessario accendere la luce centrale, con buona pace del secondo ospite, qualora intendesse riposare. Il bagno manca dei requisiti igienico sanitari non essendo presente una apertura per la ventilazione naturale, né una ventilazione meccanica (cosa confermata dal gestore); non c'é una mensola né un appendino; le pareti sono vetrate (satinate) il suo uso notturno deve essere fatto al buio o si sveglia chi sta dormendo accendendo la luce.

A low powered light is needed somewhere in the apartment. With only two windows it is pitch black at night if one needs to get up for anything. Leaving any of the available lights on means the bedroom is too brightly lit for comfortable sleeping. A few pictures on the wall would brighten up an otherwise totally white interior. These observations are meant as helpful suggestions not serious complaints

• Valiant (7/5): - Die Lage ist gut, sehr nah an die Altstadt. Und check in funktioniert gut. Die Betten sind zu klein und unbequem. Dass bad mit wc ist sehr klein . Man hört alles von den Wohnungen oben und unter dir und am Wochenende sogar die Wohnungen vom Gebäude gegenüber. Dass Apartment ist insgesamt sehr klein und nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet, alles ist ein bisschen heruntergekommenen. Nicht den Preis wert was dafür verlangt wird.
• Константин и Катерина (9/5): - Расположение — просто лучше не бывает. Шикарное. На двух человек дали два комплекта ключей! Это отлично! Можно гулять независимо друг от друга! Сама квартирка забавная. Небольшая, но вполне полноценная. Места хватает. Есть лифт для подъема на этажи. В квартире есть маленький холодильник, маленькая плитка, микроаюволновка, электрочайник. В подъезде (который весь — один аппарт-отель) есть две стиральные машины и две сушильные (на пять квартир этого достаточно). Квартира очень хорошая, и минусы не очень существенные. Кроме платы на букмнге отдельно взяли 54 евро — городской налог (почему не включить в цену на букинге?). И отдельно взяли залог 200 евро. С учетом того, что квартира и обстановка не новая — залог напрягал. Например, в каркасе кровати не хватало двух реек. Индукционная плита со сколом. Душ подтекает. И так далее. Залог полностью вернули, поэтому проблема только в моральном напряжении, которое он создавал. Регистрация почему-то доступна не сразу, как мы внесли плату за проживание, а за неделю до въезда. Нам было неудобно, мы уже были в путешествии. Нет мелочей для кухни типа соли, масла и т.п. Если захочется один раз что-то приготовить, все это надо будет купить дополнительно.
• Diana (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja w dzielnicy gotyckiej, ok 15-20 minut od plaży, blisko do zwiedzania wielu atrakcji w Barcelonie oraz do piekarni, kawiarni czy marketu. Mieszkanie jest ciemne, wpada do niego mało światła zewnętrznego, brak soli, herbaty (my swoje kupillismy i zostawiliśmy). Gdy sąsiedzi na górze czy na dole są głośni nocą to dosyć mocno słychać. Uwaga na komary nocą - lepiej zamknąć okno i włączyć klimę.

• Mezzullo (8/5): - La posizione ottima e il self check in con ascensore che si apre proprio nell'appartamento, in cucina per essere precisi. La cucina era ben fornita e ho trovato anche il sapone per il bucato. Pur essendo una zona molto centrale, non c'erano schiamazzi o disturbo alla quiete notturna. Lavatrici e asciugatrici un po' complicate da fare funzionare, ma con un po' di impegno ci si riesce. I cicli però erano troppo lunghi. Un po' buio l'appartamento perché era al primo piano.

• John (9/5): Superb - The location suited us as we only had two nights in Barcelona. We were close to the metro and had a supermarket just round the corner. There were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. For a short stay the apartment was fine and comfortable, but being small may feel cramped if staying longer. As I wrote above, the apartment is fine for a short stay, and the location is excellent, but it is small.
• Essi (4/5): Disappointing - was in center. big problem to get the key.we were 4 difrent placecs befor non of them asked for fill up form to get the key ,we wehre busy traveling ,no time to check my emails to see form.we fill it night before .when we ariverd was no internet in all country.we were tired to find a way to find proprety owner to get the key,and wasn't care about ouer setuation .we could get in after 3 houres.no were charg tax, they did.no were chrge damage deposit , they did ,but give us back, bank charged us $10

• Anna (10/5): Anna - Beautiful, clean apartment. Easy to walk from Plaça de Catalunya, close to everything, very safe. Everything was explained very well in the instructions including a video on how to pick up the keys. If I am ever in Barcelona, ​​I will stay in this apartment again.

Room not keeping warmth (in January), so we had to use the AC most of the time. The patio isn’t actually directly connected, no kitchen consumables were provided, and there was a persistent smell.

• Torsten (8/5): Clean and convenient apartment in the heart of El Born! - Great location, in the heart of El Born. Clean and practical apartment, where everything worked. Comfortable bed and good shower. Nice rooftop terrace to hangout Super small elevator was a bit tricky with stroller and a small kid. Otherwise, no complain.
• Cathy (6/5): Loved staying in this old part of Barcelona. - Excellent location in a lovely old area. Cute little streets with nice eateries and boutiques. Bedroom and beds were adequate but not much space around them. Did have all basic facilities and access to a laundry.
• Husain (3/5): It’s a perfect location and in middle of the action. But the place is too small and bathroom is not comfortable to use - It’s an amazing location It’s a very small place and the layout made it difficult to even open a bag. Not recommended for more than one person
• Rose (7/5): After the fiasco of trying to get the keys for our room then good - The video explaining how to get the room keys from the box was not of the box at our property We spent 45 minutes trying to get the keys and talked to 3 operatives via the emergency number One promised to phone us back but never did Not happy with this and expect the company to compensate us!!
