Guest Reviews
- Priya (5/5): It’s an ok ok experience. An overnight stay with a view to the pyramids is the only way I would suggest to book this pla - The view from the room was spectacular. Cleanliness was good. Not possible to book an Uber from the property as every booking shows pickup location at the Pyramids entrance. Water supply is extremely bad, we did not get water to take bath over 2 days. Jacuzzi is just for show. There is never enough water to fill the jacuzzi.
- Ellery (8/5): budget friendly Million dollar view - The view from this room was out of this world! It looked like a screensaver. The View alone was worth every penny The room definitely needs a new bed. Other reviews stated it had sunk, which I disregarded. However, my back was well and truly stuffed afterwards. Be mindful, if you are not used to staying in a 2nd/3rd world country it can be confronting. Everything from the outside looks and feels a bit daunting. So be warned, as this place does not deserve a bad review from precious guests.
- Adam (1/5): This place is a run-down dangerous ghetto. Please read & see photos - The view is real, but don't let that fool you. Please read my info as of June 2025. I was unfortunately shocked, to be honest. I stayed in June 2025 and it was horrible. First thing is they have someone named "Bob" who will offer to organize a ride from the airport for $10USD. Well, my driver never had seatbelts in his old car, which was falling apart, and no headlights at 4am in the morning on the highway! Terrifying. When I got to the neighborhood in Giza, I realized very quickly that this place is located in a run-down ghetto. It's not a safe area at all, and in a back alley, especially at night. My local friends even told me how dangerous the back alley place is (See photo I took from my friend's car when I left earlier than I booked) So how was the room? It had the view, but I attempted to use the jacuzzi, but it was filled with lots of black dirt/hairs/etc. and was absolutely disgusting, so I could not use it (see photos) The shower stunk like sewage (seriously) and the whole place was rotten. The dirtiest place I've ever stayed in my life (See photos of the dirt/hair). Also, the whole building is an absolute dump. The elevator is more like a laundry lift.. very sketchy with a big hole in the main door. It also stopped working for my floor, but thankfully, I was not in it. I left the place earlier than I booked and walked down 9 floors to stay with my friends instead. Never again. The view is not worth the dangerous area, the run-down building, and severe lack of cleanliness. I asked for some kind of refund, and they refused, saying they would waive the cleaning fee??? What cleaning? ..This is not how you want your experience to be in Giza, please just stay at a modern hotel with a reception and stay safe.. the Instagram view is not worth all of that. Just go see the pyramids instead of getting ripped off at this place
- Guadalupe (9/5): Superb - The apartment is identical than in the pictures ! We have been traveling to Egypt for a bit now and wanted to chill out with a view.. was the perfect staycation!!! The personal es very helpful and they reply fast to any question! The bed is very uncomfortable! I am not picky with this kind of things, but was extremely soft that make us wake up several times at night and with back pain.
Also when activating the jacuzzi was some sort of dirt coming out of the machine !
Small details but overall, very nice stay !
- Sai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Duc (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with excellent service and a million buck view Nothing
- Rohit (9/5): Superb -
- Rafaela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! The Pyramids’ view from the window is simply amazing!
- Aisling (9/5): Superb -
- Sharma (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (1/5): Awfull - Caution: Do not trust the photos! The room is located in a rundown building with constant jackhammer noise from construction throughout the day. They charge a €100 deposit, not mentioned on Booking, and withhold it without valid reason. More than half of the deposit was deducted for allegedly replacing low-quality towels. Moreover, frequent water cuts, dirty water from the faucet, and hot water interruptions are common. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
- Ivanica (10/5): Exceptional - View was amazing…apartment looked exactly as on picture…amazing!!!! Excellent customer service from owner and people who take care of apartment…very easy to communicate and very helpful. Area around apartment is not the best one, but it’s close to pyramids.
- Jason (10/5): Super amazing view, pictures are accurate! - The view speaks for itself - whatever you see in the pictures is completely accurate! We went in winter so it was a little foggy in the morning but by late morning/noon the view was just amazing. The apartment was spacious and the staff were just super helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out which really helped. Everything was seamless before, during and after check-in. Google maps is also updated so no issues at all in finding the place.
- Julio (10/5): Exceptional - The retractable window visor is a huge selling point The internet was a little spotty but messaged the office and gave me a different wifi signal to log into
- Mitch (8/5): Very good - Beautiful view of the Pyramids. Jacuzzi amenity. Nice room and locations. There was a $100 refundable deposit. Unusual for booking.com but owner required and it took over a week for the refundable deposit. Had to message them a few times to remind them. We only stayed one night.
