• Marika (6/5): Spacious apartment for an average value - The apartment is spacious and conveniently located in the center, in a quiet building. The apartment is much more run down than it looks in the pictures. The appliances are run down, including the kitchen, the dining area, the bathroom. It looks like it needs a renovation, even the doors don’t close properly. We also had several issues with the key to the main entrance (the lock doesn’t work properly). There’s also no nice view from the apartment, only view of the surrounding building walls.
• Olivia ellen (7/5): - The apartment was a good size for 6 adults. Location is in a good area as well. The apartment had a strong damp smell throughout, we believe it comes from having laminate flooring in the bathrooms but it was not pleasant. It would be nice to have some extra seating in the lounge area so some of the guests didnt have to sit on the chairs around the dining room. Also would be nice to have some spare bin bags for rubbish.

Alles was prima maar wat haakjes in de badkamer zou fijn zijn om je handdoek op te hangen

• Christ-Jan (7/5): Appartement oke, maar.... - Goed snel contact met eigenaar. Locatie is perfect parkeren in het gebouw is zeer aan te bevelen en handig. Alles was schoon bij aankomst. Alles wat ik bij wat viel tegen ga plaatsen was best mee te leven. De staat van de keuken. Koffieapparaat werkte niet broodrooster ook niet. Verder al het kastwerk is echt aan vervanging toe. Sommige ramen gaan niet op slot maar daar hadden we geen last van. Van de niet sluitende deuren ook niet, maar als je met meerderen gaat is dat niet handig. Televisie alleen Spaanse zenders en niet smart. Airco verwarming werkte alleen in de woonkamer. Meubilair voldoet maar vooral de eettafel mag best vervangen worden.

• JOSE ROBERIO (1/5): Decepcionante - Não tenho nenhum ponto positivo para mencionar Infelizmente, minha estadia foi muito abaixo do esperado, foi péssima. O local é dividido em vários prédios e não há qualquer sinalização indicando onde fica o apartamento. Avisamos com antecedência que chegaríamos por volta das 2h da manhã, mas não recebemos nenhuma instrução sobre como encontrá-lo. Chegamos às 3h pois o voo atrasou e ninguém atendeu às nossas chamadas — foram mais de 15 ligações sem resposta. Tivemos que esperar sentados nas escadas da entrada até às 9h da manhã, quando finalmente entraram em contato, sem sequer pedir desculpas pelo transtorno. O apartamento apresentava diversos problemas: o ar-condicionado não funcionava em dois quartos, não havia lençóis (apenas edredons com cheiro desagradável, aparentando não terem sido trocados), o piso dos banheiros estava danificado e com mofo nos cantos, e a mesa de jantar bastante desgastada. Foi uma experiência muito frustrante e desconfortável. Sinceramente, não recomendo de forma alguma este alojamento. É necessário melhorar o atendimento e as condições do imóvel.

• Carolina (3/5): No es como en la descripción - La ubicación es lo único que merecía la pena, Para llegar al apartamento tienes que acceder y cruzar un portal y un patio Interior, se dijo que era un apartamento exterior y da a un patio interior, Los baños tienen el suelo y rodapié de madera que está podrido por qué cae el agua de la bañera. El baño huele a tubería y es inaguantable.

Close to everything allowing us to walk everywhere The towels need upgrading they were thin and scratchy. The sheets need upgrading they appear worn. The edging around showers is mouldy and rotting.

Por ponerle una pega, la entrada es un poco liosa pero con el vídeo que mandó el propietario se entendía bien.

• Maria Cellin (7/5): - Appartamento adorabile e quartiere molto tranquillo e posizionato in centro, a pochi metri dalla cattedrale di malaga Casa ben arredata, adatta per un gruppo e fornito di quasi tutto ciò che è stato elencato. Prodotti per la pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani disponibili. Mancanza di comunicazione con lo staff. Non parlavano in inglese ma per fortuna si è risolto tutto in pochissimi minuti. In una delle stanze però mancava l’aria condizionata abbiamo richiesto un ventilatore ma non è stato possibile riceverlo in quanto la proprietaria ci ha detto che a causa di eventi passati i ventilatori prima disponibili ora erano entrambi rotti. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con l’aria condizionata alta e le porte aperte affinché potesse entrare anche nella stanza senza aria condizionata. Alcuni asciugamani avevano un odore strano consiglierei di portarli da casa. Però per il resto è ben fornita

• Andrea (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Posizione della casa eccezionale in pieno centro, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari come aria condizionata funzionante, wifi, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per le nostre richieste e dubbi, ci ha anche condiviso un video su come arrivare all'appartamento dall'atrio in quanto altrimenti la prima volta potrebbe essere un po' difficoltoso ritrovarlo. Casa un po' piccola se come noi si è in 8 persone, soprattutto la camera con i letti singoli molto stretta e calda in quanto non era presente un condizionatore. Piccolo lato negativo si hanno a disposizione solo un mazzo di chiavi e per un gruppo questo è un po' limitativo.

• Rachael (7/5): Good location, clean and spacious - Great location, very close to most attractions. Very spacious (I was a single traveller but can fit more people). Arrived at the property and could not get in contact with Alvaro (to get access to the building). After waiting for 20 minutes Alvaro finally answered my call gave me access. A bit inconvenient and caused unnecessary panic. However, the rest of the stay was smooth. Would have been nice to have shampoo and body wash. Also slightly noisy in the mornings from neighbours but I didn’t mind too much as I was out early. On one morning there was someone yelling through a megaphone but hoping it’s a one off.
• Scott (8/5): Very good - It was a very nice apartment. It was big and modern with everything you could need for a few days stay. The best part is the location. It's close to everything. We got a contact person who was very helpful and polite. At least in one of the big bedrooms, you could hear absolutely everything going on outside. You could hear the neighbors working below and there was a speaker or something outside waking me up every morning. (this was only an issue for one of the rooms) Another slight remark was like 2-3 bugs in one of the bathrooms but not a problem.
• Angelina (8/5): Very good - Very big and spacious apartment. The location was perfect, within a few minutes walk to the old town. The apartment isn't the newest, but it’s clean and comfortable. There is no parking at the property/. We were directed to a nearby paid parking that cost us 27 Euro per night, not 10 as indicated in the property description.
