• George (9/5): Lovely accommodation for a great price - Lovely apartment, with great facilities. Great shower/toilet room with an extra toilet room (no door locks, so closed door knock policy). The kitchen had everything you could want/need and we were able to cook for ourselves rather than need to go out every meal. Dishwasher if you need it, however only really enough plates/cutlery for the 5 guests so we just hand washed. Tiny old lift to take you to the 3rd floor, but you can use the stairs. We had no issues with the lift and it felt very quant :) I loved it. The host was very nice and helped when we needed anything or had any questions. Slight leak from the washing machine, but no other issues during the stay!

Las instalaciones del piso están en perfectas condiciones, todo está tal cual en las imágenes publicadas. Esta muy bien equipado y ambientado. Estuvimos super cómodos. Estaba todo perfecto, lo único quizás, es que se escucha bastante el ruido del ascensor y los pasillos desde las dos habitaciones más pequeñas que se encuentran en el pasillo del departamento. Pero nada exagerado, en si los vecinos son tranquilos y no hubo movimiento tal que impidiera el descanso.

• Laura (7/5): Uns hat es an (fast) nichts gefehlt. - Die Kommunikation und der Check-In haben gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Es gibt eine U-Bahn Station, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betten waren bequem (wenn auch nur 1,90 lang). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Spülmaschine. Bei Ankunft bekommt man ein kleines Paket mit Schwamm, Spültuch und jeweils einem Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentab und Wäschepod. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Waschmaschine mussten wir allerdings erst reinigen, bevor wir sie benutzt haben. Der Aufzug im Gebäude ist sehr alt, aber ich mochte den Retro-Charme und er hat tadellos funktionert. Allerdings ist er sehr laut, was man wohl in den kleinen Schlafzimmern auch gehört hat. Das große Schlafzimmer liegt direkt zur Straße. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist die Lautstärke absolut ok. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, das ist aber ganz typisch für Barcelona. Was uns gefehlt hat waren die Basic-Zutaten in der Küche, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Öl. Das alles für eine Woche Aufenthalt selbst zu kaufen fühlt sich sehr verschwenderisch an. Auch ein paar mehr Spülmaschinentabs wären gut gewesen.
• Alexa (9/5): Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung - Sehr grosse Wohnung, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Klos sehr schön eingerichtet, kleine Supermärkte und Cafes in der Nähe. Metro und Busstops in der Nähe.

• NOUF (3/5): ما اكررها ابداً - قربها للاماكن بس ال elevator كان سيء جداً وماياخذ مكان ونزلته وطلعته كأنك بالعصر الحجري الشقه مافيها غير تكييف واحد فقط وصغير مرره وحاطينه بالصاله على اساس يهوي الشقه كامله حررررر طبعاً مره بالنسبة لي ما انصح فيها ابداً

• Andrew (1/5): Bon appartment mais très Mauvais gestionnaires - On avait demandé en avance 2 paires de clés et un check-in anticipé. Nous n’avons jamais reçu une deuxième clé sachant que nous sommes plusieurs personnes, chaque jour on nous disait demain. Pour le check-in, ils étaient très mal organisés, plus d’une heure au téléphone, avec envoi des preuves qu’on nous avait confirmé d’un early check-in. Et pour finir, lors du check-out, on nous appelé avant l’heure du check-out et nous ont facturé une somme importante du dépôt de garanties pour une demi-heure de retard.
• Ádám (10/5): Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this place for a short stay with good value for money. - The accommodation has a great location – close to a Mercado supermarket, several cafés and casual restaurants. The metro station, a larger shopping center, and the National Museum are all within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spacious and clean – the rooms, living area, kitchen, and bathroom were all in good condition. A big plus was having two toilets – one separate and one in the bathroom with a shower, which was very convenient. The only downside was the lack of kitchen essentials – there was no oil, so we had to buy small butter packs just to make simple breakfasts like eggs. There was also only one dishwasher capsule provided. For a short 3-night stay like ours, it was okay, but for a longer stay (6–7 nights), it would be more comfortable to have at least 2–3 dishwasher and laundry capsules available. We ended up washing most dishes by hand.

• Yongjine (5/5): It was easy to approach downtown. - It was very difficult to contact and call them when I did late check-in even though I paid the amount on late check-in. There was no person, tried to call and no answers when I checked in. It was difficult to find digital code box for door lock on the door, It seems different cultture. In Asia, it is easy to find it on the door. It recommend that the sign of door lock is marked on the door. For 5 days, there was not enough for bathroom supplies and asked for it and delivered them. It was not comfortable in a room with unbalance with large furniture arrangement for living room size. It was paid without a reason by a credit card but the pay was finally canceled after I asked the detail of use.
• Michelle (9/5): Superb - Location around 20mins walk from the centre by bulb the metro station and bus stops are 3mins away. Stairs are steep and narrow charming old lift with srl opening doors but it can’t hold more than two people and luggage at a time.

• Craig (7/5): Good stay, great hosts. Great for what we needed as 3 guys but a little noisy in the mornings! - Location great. Flat was big enough for 3 people and nice enough for a place just to get your head down. The noise around the apartment block was really noisy. Lots of doors slamming and buzzing from intercoms. Definitely sleep with earplugs.

Calling before arrival not easy on US phone without instructions on adding prefix before number, etc Could have been better stocked with necessities-- coffee, sugar, etc. Purchased coffee pods at Mercadona that did not fit into the machine provided. Thus wasted money
