• Kubra (8/5): - Ruim appartement waar we met 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in konden. De grote tafel is leuk om samen aan te kunnen zitten ‘s avonds. Alles was netjes en proper, beddengoed en handdoeken voldoende aanwezig! Enorm handig dat er 2 aparte Wc’s zijn, zeker als je met een grote groep bent. Goede uitvalsbasis qua locatie en levendige buurt! De buurt is gezellig en toch geen last gehad van lawaai. De badkamer en Wc deuren hebben geen slot, hier moet toch iets aan gedaan worden. Enkele hangers in de grote badkamer is ook wel handig. Het appartement is proper, maar je merk dat het is verouderd. Het laminaat in de gang hangt los en is wel gevaarlijk… Een vaatwasser is ook wel een must voor een appartement, zeker als je met zo veel mensen samen reist. Elke dag alles afwassen is minder leuk en neemt wat tijd in beslag. In de woonkamer hangt er een blauw flikkerend lichtje, dat je toch even doet schrikken midden in de nacht…

Simpática recepção humana pelo colaborador Lucas e bastante colaborante. O estado fisico do imóvel. Precisa de renovação. O sistema da água quente é do seculo passado. Deverias optar por instalar uma caldeira. Mais e melhores utencilios de cozinha.

• MARIA (9/5): Great city apartment for big groups - The flat was spacious and covered the needs of 7 people. Great location, walking distance from key points of interest and easy to commute. The apartment was clean and tidy, there were towels, sheets, soaps and shower gels for everyone. The Luke who gave us the key was very friendly and easy to reach. We had to check in ourselves manually through the website which was a bit time consuming for 7 people and required a lot of coordination.

• Kumcay (7/5): If you will be out all day and just need a place to come back to at night, this place is adequate - The location is quite good. It’s a fairly old building and apartment with two bathrooms, though neither is in great condition. The kitchen is adequate. The place is spacious, and 6-7 people can stay comfortably. You can reach Plaza de Catalunya and Casa Batlló within a 10-15 minute walk. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants nearby.
• Zeyad (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend the place - The only positive is the location of the apartment It was a huge disappointment To start with the place is totally different from the pictures in booking Very old furniture 3rd room with no AC and only fan with poor ventilation Towels ,bed sheets were over used and looks so old . The second toilet you can reach it through the kitchen . Hot water at the tub will last for few minutes the cold water will shock you during shower The smell of the building and elevator is like sewage and in tolerable We arrived by cruise to Barcelona around 10 am in the morning and stayed in the street for the agent to deliver the keys until 12 pm with no flexibility in early check in. Although we raised a complaint immediately about the apartment condition we received a promise to contact us directly with no real response after that The fees were including cleaning services but we didn’t receive any during our stay .
