• Dorothea Tsekoura (10/5): - This apartment is in the best neighborhood in Barcelona, close to a metro station and some of the best restaurants in the city. Especially on Saint Jordi's Day, the whole block was full of life and music.

Fui com minha esposa e meu filho de 2 anos, onde pudemos cozinhar alguns dias, e fazer refeições dentro do apartamento. Ao voltar a Barcelona com certeza ficarei novamente nesta acomodação! Recomendo tranquilamente! Mário foi muito solicito também! Obrigado.

Very clean, the beds are comfortable. I would choose this accommodation again if we are in Barcelona next time.

Mario nos recibió en persona con mucha amabilidad a nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó recomendaciones muy utiles. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todo de 10.

• jin (9/5): - 位置很好，离米拉之家才一个街区，步行5分钟就能到达感恩大道，公寓设施齐全，有洗衣机和厨房。 房东态度需要改进，约了六点办理入住手续。我们从tossa驱车赶往公寓，途中大雨滂沱，耽搁了10多分钟，他就开始抱怨，到达楼下雨很大，门也不好找，始终没有下楼接应一下，大概欧洲人就是这样的吧～有天椅子脚断了，先生摔了一跤，联系房东后，也没任何回应或道歉，悄悄上门来修椅子，还送来甜甜圈和红酒🍷，行动力可以，但是至少要打声招呼吧。

• Nikol (7/5): תסתכלו על דברים חשובים במלון שלא תופתעו כמונו - מקום מאוד שקט, המיטות היו נוחות והיה קרוב למטרו וכל האזור ליד עם חנויות, בתי קפה וכו שלחנו כמה ימים מראש למארח דרך בוקינג שאנחנו נעשה צ׳ק אין מאוחר יחסית(סביבות 23:00)והוא אישר את זה. כשהסתכלתי על שעות הצ׳ק אין בבוקינג היה רק כתוב מהשעה 12 בצהריים, ושום שעת סיום. מסתבר שאם יורדים למטה ממש בהזמנה ומחפשים בדברים החשובים(שלא הופיעו מקודם כשמזמינים)רשום שאם עושים צ׳ק אין אחרי השעה 21:00, צריך לשלם על זה 25 יורו. לא קראנו את זה כי זה גם היה בדברים החשובים הכי בסוף, וכשמזמינים בבוקינג מקבלים התרעה של מה שחשוב לדעת, וזה לא היה שם. המארח ידע שנגיע מאוחר, ולא טרח לעדכן אותנו. ביום השני הוא פשוט שלח הודעה שאיך נרצה לשלם על האיחור, ולא ידענו במה מדובר בכלל עד שהוא הסביר. הוא יכל לשלוח לנו הודעה מראש על זה כשידע רק בשביל להזהיר, ולא פשוט לצפות שנדע. בנוסף לזה, גם צריכים להוסיף את זה להודעה הקופצת בבוקינג של הדברים החשובים, כי ככה זה פשוט מוסתר… בכללי התקשורת איתו היתה קצת מוזרה, היינו צריכים לעשות צ׳ק אין לבד דרך אתר וכבר היינו בשני מלונות שונים בברצלונה ולא היה דבר כזה, ובנוסף לזה הוא הסביר לנו רק כשעתיים לפני הצ׳ק אאוט איפה משאירים את המפתחות, וגם זה כי שלחתי לו הודעה בשביל לשאול

• Eleonora (10/5): - La casa è molto accogliente. Molto ben organizzata con lavapiatti e macchina caffè Nespresso. Pulita e molto ben arredata. In posizione centralissima estremamente comoda sulla Ramba. Vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali e con tantissimi negozi e ristoranti sotto casa. Facilissima da raggiungere, gentilissimo lo staff che mi ha seguito a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Molto chiari nella comunicazione. Super consigliato.

• Silton (4/5): Great location - not worth the money - Location is fantastic. I was accommodated with early checkin. Property owner didn’t communicate that the washing machine had to be replaced so I had to wake up earlier than what I was wanting on my first day in the apartment. Shower head wouldn’t stay on the wall holder and the owner only responded with sarcasm to my message - shower head was never fixed. Bed was not comfortable for me.
• Dmitry (10/5): Exceptional - Apartments were fully equipped and clean. It is placed in the city center between two walking streets. Close to Gaudi buildings, 1.5 km from Sagrada, 15 mins walk to Gothic district. We stay with 3 yo son. The apartments were silent.
• Hai (10/5): Great place to stay - Great appartment in the city center. It was close to all restaurants and bars. Walking 15 mins to the main city attractions. No noise in the building. The place had well equiped kitchen, good living room space for chill, even with the baby. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Good communication with the owner. Everything was clean. Overall I can recommend this place. The place just needs few improvements. The sliding door to the bathroom was quite hard to open. The sofa was not that comfortable for sleeping.
• Marloes (9/5): Very good central choice in safe lively neighbourhood - Perfect location direct on the Ramblas Catalunya, very close to metrolines and big main attraction like Passeig de Gracia and Casa Battlo. Sagrada/Placa Catalunya etc within 15-20 minutes walking through very safe and nice neighbourhood. Appartment was spacious, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, workplaces, sitting area. Owner was very friendly and responsive in case of any questions, would definitely be my choice for Barcelona next time. Some wear and tear, so improvements can be made but are ongoing I noticed. These is no outside space but of course we knew that upfront and with so many terraces direct in the street you don't miss it. Price/quality ratio very nice.
• Rina (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Barcelona - Location was superb. It was right in the middle of shops and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. It was near a metro station and walking distance to Casa Batllo and even Plaza Catalunya (with some bit of walking). The host was friendly and accommodating. He/she even booked us a cab on the way to the airport when I requested the night before our flight. The bedroom size was kind of small but, still ok. It would have also been great if there are some complimentary breakfast items/treats and bottled water in the fridge, similar with other Spain apartments that we booked.

• Geanina (8/5): Great location for Barcelona stay - The property is right on Rambla Catalunya, 2 minutes walk from Diagonal metro station and 5 minutes from Casa Mia and Casa Bartlo. The apartment is comfortable for a family of 4 (we have 2 teenagers) and checking in and out was very smoothly. The apartment needs quite a few repairs

• Indra (6/5): please take more care of the maintenance of the apartment - The apartment is in the center of a very convenient place. Access to it is very easy. Nearby there are grocery stores, Metro and bus stops and attractions to visit. Quiet and pleasant to stay. the price of our stay for 5 days is more than the average salary for Bulgaria. For that money, everything had to be perfect. For 5 days no one cleaned a single time, the button on the dishwasher with start does not work, the water tank is dirty and full of limestone, there is no coffee machine, there is only a coffee maker, in the bathroom the hot water shower works very weakly and you can hardly take a bath, the button it is also not good for the toilet and it is difficult to flush. One of the blinds in the kitchen has a problem with the stopper and cannot be raised. There is puffy paint in places on the ceiling in the kitchen.

• Me (8/5): Exploration and shopping headquarters - Location is great if one plans to explore the city by foot, as to reach all the major atrractions. However, if the idea is to stick around the Gothic Quarter, it'll require a half an hour walk in each direction, which can be a bit annoying. Metro station Diagonal is very close for those who prefer subway. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Heating works fine. Communication with the host OK. Late checkin possible (although chargeable) A bit pricey for what you get, even during off season, compared to the rest of Europe. Facilities a bit worn and in a condition that will require renewal in a short period. No extra hooks for clothes and towels in bathroom. (There are only 2 hooks in a 4 person apartment) Noisy fridge runs most of the time although set to minimum. No terrace.

• Lee (5/5): Good location but old and dated apartment needs upgrading for the price. - Great location close to bars, restaurants etc The property is old and in desperate need of upgrading. The lounge is uncomfortable and pillows on the lounge have no life left in them. The bedroom linen is old and grey and some door knobs etc were falling off doors. The biggest thing we didnt like was the bathroom which you stood on a wooden mat to shower and was in need of a good clean. The photos on booking.com are not accurate and need updating.
