• Liam (10/5): A marvelous stay for a large group! - The location is fantastic. Everything you could want to do is walkable. If you love the beach, look no where else! The host is fantastic, the communication is 10/10 and a very friendly and warm welcoming. The facilities are great, you have a lovely spacious lounge area and a fantastic balcony. 3 bathrooms is also great! I would whole heartedly recommend this property!
• Madalena Pavao (10/5): Stayed here with a group of friends and couldn't have asked for a better place! - The apartment is really well located, just a short walk from the beach and port, which was perfect for us. It's clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need, no complaints at all. What really made the difference was the owner, Fran: super friendly, always easy to reach, and really flexible with timing. That kind of hospitality goes a long way when you're traveling. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back. Great value, great vibe!

• Ian (8/5): - The location was good. Near to the metro and beach area. It's quite a noisy area (traffic and people, if you are not used to that) but this isn't the host's fault.
• Heriberto (9/5): Great Location and very clean. - Location and service from the owner were impeccable. Only thing was were we with an elderly person, two flights of stairs was a challenge. Something to think about.

The location is perfect because you are in the first line to the beach and there are several bus stops nearby that connect you to the rest of the city. Francesc is the perfect host, always available, quick to respond to messages, ready to help in various situations.

• Nour (9/5): Lovely, spacious, and great stay! - The location being across the street from the sea was absolutely amazing - very easy to go for a quick morning or night dip! The host was very friendly, receptive, and responsive. He met us outside to help us situate with the space and gave lots of kind recommendations. The space was large enough for our group of 6 and could even fit in one to three more folks depending on sleeping set ups. I only slept in the master which had a very comfortable bed. There was also a washer and dryer available for us to use which was very handy! While we didn’t use much more than the kettle, there was also a full kitchen ready to be used. The downstairs bathroom, while helpful to have, did have a tiny little shower which was hard to use and a had some issues draining. We ended up doing our best to share the upstairs showers instead of relying on that one. Besides that, since it was quite hot throughout the day with no AC in the living room, it did make it hard to hangout as a group in there, if we wanted to. Though there were many fans set up in the space, I think it would have been nice to have an AC in the shared living area. There is also a hookah lounge just downstairs from the apartment. They have limited hours so it wasn’t a big problem, but I would recommend closing the windows before going out for the night on the days they are open. We also noticed that the patio doors lock but can still be opened, which caused a little bit of anxiety but it all ended up being perfectly fine.

• Konstantinos (10/5): The location is perfect as it is opposite the beach. The owner is amazing - What I liked was the approachability and availability of the owner. You send a message and the reply is instant. When driving into Barcelona, the owner Francesc greeted us on the road and literally walked us to the parking spots. He then explained all the various keys and was extremely welcoming. The property has secure underground parking with a restriction of 2.10 metres if you have a jetbox. The location is ideal as it is by the beach, supermarkets and Red Bus sightseeing stops

• Nandish (10/5): Great Location + Perfect Host - The location was perfect to visit the beaches, the nightclubs and the harbour. Having the supermarket nearby was also a huge bonus. Francesc was very welcoming, we would definitely stay again! Not much to dislike. The AC in the downstairs room was perhaps a little annoying at night.

The location is great, right by the beach with a supermarket and great food stops only minutes away. The apartment itself was very spacious and had no problem accommodating all 10 of our party. 3 stories with a large living area in the middle floor. The shower was a bit small in the downstairs area, especially for some of my tall friends but that is the only complaint I have from a very enjoyable stay.
