• Heather (4/5): Big disappointment - It had space- not cramped. Outside the front door, there are a lot of restaurants! Firstly, we were promised a balcony with city views- well that didn’t happen! Got views of offices. Messaged owner, full of excuses ( I feel that I deserve a part refund as this was booked with excitement and that didn’t happen) Horrendously overpriced for what we got. Bed cover was old, towels old and mismatched, rusty dish rack, very old, sagging couch, definitely not as advertised. Would not recommend unless price drops significantly!
• Svitlana (9/5): - Расположение это 10 из 10! Очень удобно добираться из аэропорта, автобус приезжает практически под апартаменты. Мы уезжали в 4 часа утра в аэропорт, и это было очень комфортно. Квартира на 5м этаже, но есть лифт и пандус для инвалидной или детской коляски. Сами апартаменты это конечно не 5 звёздочный отель, но было комфортно и есть всё необходимое (кровати, подушки удобные, постели и полотенца чистые и их достаточное количество), есть фен, утюг, чай, соль, сахар (это вроде мелочи, но именно они делают проживание комфортным). Было достаточно чисто, нам хватило и ванных принадлежностей и туалетной бумаги. Окна выходят во внутренний двор, поэтому не было шума. Квартира отлично подойдёт для семьи из 4 чел, или для компании из 4 (есть кровать и раскладной диван). При бронировании я спешила, и не прочитала отзывы, потом прочитала и расстроилась, но однозначно владелец учитывает замечания гостей, поэтому что в наше пребывание все прежние замечания были учтены. Контакт с сотрудниками/владельцами очень удобный, нас сразу заселили, трудностей не возникало. Не идеально, но очень хорошо, особенно если учитывать соотношение цена/качество, я бы сказала 9 из 10.

• Rozan (1/5): - NICHTS!!! Sehr schlecht. Keine Hygiene. Nicht mal ein Stern verdient. Das Badezimmer ist von Schimmel befallen. Das Geschirr ist so dreckig, dass man alles selber erstmal richtig schrubben muss, auch die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher die voll mit Flecken waren, dass wir sie gründlich waschen mussten. Ebenfalls wurden wir von riesige Kakerlaken befallen. Die Summe ist nicht angebracht für so ein Schweinestall. Ich würde Ihnen empfehlen, woanders zu buchen, aber auf garkeinen Fall hier. Außerdem mussten wir die mehrmals darauf hinweisen, dass wir eine Quittung haben wollten, aber die haben es immer verschoben und erst dann geschickt, als wir am letzten Tag die drohen mussten dass wir kein Check-out machen bis wir es halten. • Stephen (8/5): - Perfect location I was told the apartment was wheelchair accessible but unfortunately that was only when Francis (surly concierge) was on duty. Francis had the key to the wheelchair ramp and was the only person able to control it. So, when Francis was not there the apartment wasn't wheelchair accessible. Please be aware of this if you're expecting wheelchair accessibility as his hours are something like 10.00 to 13.00, and 16.00 to 20.00 during the week. And limited on Saturday and non-existent on Sunday. There's about 5 steps to the elevator and luckily my 16 year old son was with us. Otherwise it's not exactly wheelchair accessible unless you work within Francis' hours
• Cyma (7/5): Excellent location and comfortable clean apartment - Central location, lovely hosts, apartment was very clean and quiet and beds were very comfy There was only one toilet roll in the entire apartment & no cleaning spray so I had to buy these Apartment came with a broom & spade but I think it could have used a vacuum for the carpet in the living room TV could only connect to radio
• Emine (1/5): Dirty, smelly and noisy flat - Location is good but there is better flats and hotels in Barcelona I was extremely disappointed with my stay. There was absolutely nothing to like about this flat. I am genuinely baffled by how it has such a high review score and how it manages to pass health and safety regulations. The flat was extremely dirty, with mould everywhere, making it smell awful. Most of the kitchen tools were rusted and unusable, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Additionally, the noise level was high as you could hear everything from the neighbours. Serious improvements are needed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and livability.
• Paulina (9/5): It was fun good but it would be better if we got breakfast and we could get in to the room earlier - I likes the air condition and it was a good apartment hotel! And it was good that it was in town. The towels, bed sheetas, no breakfast, hard to get in and long wait.

• Mostafa (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect; it is only two minutes away from Catalunya airport bus. The host was very responsive. The WiFi was excellent also. We were three adults and we had only one copy of the keys which was dissatisfying. The furniture was good but a little bit old.

• Martina (9/5): Superb - The apartment has perfect location, it wasn't noisy. As we travelled with a curious toddler we found that the apartment is not "toddler proofed" - there were 3 electrical sockets within a hand distance in the toilet which our toddler loved to play with :( .

• Vihi (10/5): Exceptional - It is in a very central location, everything is within walking distance. We will stay here again in the next time in Barcelona!
• Natasa (3/5): The overall impression is dissapointment. - Central location and communication with the guy who welcomed us. A very low standard. It seems like nobody takes care of the property. Everything seems so neglected and outdated. The beds are quite old and lousy and there wasn't even the douvet case for the children's bed, so we really felt pretty uneasy to sleep there. There is a glass table in the kitchen which makes a sharp sound so you need to be very careful not to touch it.
