• Safa (1/5): - The apartment benefits from a central location, a bath and shower, and a decent balcony. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The skirting boards and doors were visibly dirty and covered in built-up dust, which immediately gave the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. This is not what you expect when paying for a serviced short-term rental. One of the showers only produced cold water, making it unusable for part of our stay. For an apartment advertised for eight people, this is unacceptable. Basic amenities were also lacking. Only two toilet rolls were provided in each bathroom for eight guests over five days, forcing us to go out and purchase more ourselves. The duvets were extremely thin and uncomfortable, offering little warmth, and one of the bedrooms did not even have a bedside lamp, showing a clear lack of attention to basic comfort. The television was very outdated and did not function properly. It remained stuck on a single channel and was not adjustable. Even more concerning, the channel displayed inappropriate images, which is completely unacceptable, especially in accommodation marketed to groups and families. After checkout, we received a message from the host falsely accusing us of leaving the apartment in a mess. This was entirely untrue, and we took photos and videos before leaving as evidence. We were accused of leaving towels on the floor, when in reality all towels were gathered neatly in one place to assist the cleaner. We were criticised for the placement of toilet paper despite the holder being awkwardly positioned and requiring you to twist your body to reach it. We were also accused of leaving trash all over the kitchen and scattering kitchenware, which is simply false — no trash was left, and all kitchen items were placed in the dishwasher. The situation escalated further when we went to return the key. The host accused us of stealing it, despite us clearly explaining that some members of our group had briefly gone to brunch and would return it shortly.
• Alim (7/5): This apartment is worth staying at and great value for money. - The location is perfect as you are near train stations, shopping malls and Malaga Centro and the beach. Food spots were also nearby and the area felt safe. The overall condition of the apartment could be improved. A smart tv would enhance the entertainment/ free time. The bathrooms were satisfactory and can be improved. There were no kitchen towels, tissues, anti bacterial wipes and air freshner- I went out to buy this.

The flat had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with lots of useful basics like coffee, salt, and olive oil and lots of others . Bardzo dobry pobyt Polecam maiłem wrażenie ze ktoś codziennie kontrolował mieszkanie i wchodził podczas naszej nieobecności i zostawiał otwarte okna (obiekt nie był sprzątany codziennie ale ktoś codziennie przychodził), mimo tych dziwnych praktyk wszyscy wyjechaliśmy zadowoleni.

It was clean and the host received us in person on our first day. The apartment is close to a main road and it gets busy and full of cars during the week days. The kitchen could have some basic ingredients like salt and pepper.

• Alexandra (3/5): Disappointing - The apartment doesn't look like in the pictures anymore, it is old and dirty, but the view is beautiful. We asked the host about the lack of the iron, but we haven't received an answear to this day. The experience was not what we expected.
• Nicola (8/5): Great stay super location would visit again - Great space, well kitted out with decent quality items - very handy nespresso machine for morning coffee! Location is perfect - short stroll into everything but with a taxi rank right outside for airport runs. The tower is on a busy road so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs as the traffic can be quite noisy. It’s on the 11th floor so if you have issues with small lifts then prepare for a climb (wasn’t an issue for any of us)

Airco didn’t work so great and since the apartment is located in central location- be prepared for constant noise which is heard even when the windows are closed.

Nearby public transportation and sightseeing can be done by foot. Beautiful view from the 11th Floor. One of the elevators wasn't always working so good (the left one). Very noisy appartement. Not the neighbours, but the noise from the street. It seemed you were sleeping on the groundfloor, with the window open! The appartement had 3 bathrooms, but the first colleague told us not to use more than 2 showers at a time, the other colleague texted us you had to use the shower one by one. But no matter what we did, sometimes the water was extremely hot or extremely cold. We were there with 6 people, so it took a while for everybody to shower.
