• rababa (7/5): تعاملي مع مدام نسيرين جدا جميل وراقي - الشقه كانت نظيفه ومريحه لكن لا توجد مصداقيه اول يوم عند وصولي سكنت شقه غير نظيفه وحشرات وغبار وثاني يوم سكنت الشقه اللتي اخترتها المكان ودخلت المجمع وصخ جدا وغير نظيف الشارع المكان غير متوفر في المحلات والمطاعم

• Suha (1/5): - Nothing This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The apartment was nothing like the photos or description on Booking.com. It was very dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned, the sheets were dirty, and there were no towels at all. It was supposed to include breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. The location was terrible, and to make things worse, the lift only worked with a key card, which the owner never gave us. The apartment was on the 5th floor, and it was such a struggle to get up there. I tried contacting Booking.com customer service several times, but they never replied. The owner refused to refund my money, saying that Booking.com was holding the payment. I only stayed one night, but they still charged me for the full booking. I feel completely scammed and disappointed. This apartment should not even be listed on Booking.com. Avoid this place — it’s dirty, misleading, and the service is terrible!

• Yousef (10/5): A perfect stay with breathtaking views, comfort, and a great location—I would definitely return! - The apartment had a stunning view of the Nile, a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, and was very clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions. The furniture was comfortable, and the overall ambiance made our stay enjoyable. Everything was great! No complaints at all.

• Balbaa (9/5): Excellent stay! - The view is stunning, can be seen from several rooms in the flat. huge flat which my crawling baby enjoyed very much!! The kitchen is very well equipped. The flat was clean. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would go there again and recommend it. The microwave wasn't working and had a wire with no proper head.

• Helmy (3/5): not worth the price paid 218 $ US FOR SOMETHING NOT WORTH EVEN 100$ - I didn’t like at all location was in deserted ruined area. unclean bed sheets was dirty with blood spots and I have photos. the shower drain was clogged I have photos also.
